We Got Your 6@6 - Episode 151 - “Friends of Friends of Friends” - 21 May 2023
On 21 May, We Got Your 6@6 Patriot Playtime features puts three amazing individuals on the show at the same time. This is a gift from Friends of Friends of Friends, starting with our friend, Jenn Ford. WE were graced with the presence of BJ Mezek, and he brought his close friend, and WHAT?! His drill Sergeant, Beatrice Bruno! Beatrice steals the show with her stories of BJ, and the history of how she became a drill sergeant in the US Army. Life is not always easy, but there is nothing that can bring this woman down. She will be a light and a role model for all women who strive to just be more than where they are. BJ comes to us through Jenn Ford, and producing and managing music is the tip of the lengthy list of his talents. Add acting and coaching onto that list and you are still not complete.
Bringing Friends of Friends of Friends to the show makes Jenn Ford amazing as always, and she shares her story, but also adds the personal touch of one of her latest songs, Little Wing. This song is about celebrating the femininity of women. It’s a great tribute to her late grandmother, Mary, who most certainly would be proud of her granddaughter. The last song of the night was a tribute to George Micheal Todd, Jr. who unfortunately passed away.
The People’s Patriot Project exists to be the shock and awe when combating the deadly and invisible enemy that is killing our heroes. WE are ready to Be a part OF, not apart FROM, Put Talk Into Action, and conquer the world of PTSD and suicide of our service people. WE are all about making relationships and being the communication that others sometimes let slip by. It’s about those who served, and we are here now to serve them. If WE can be of help, WE are here for you or anyone you know who might need someone to listen and care. There may be a chance that you have some Friends of Friends of Friends that you think would be a great guest for the show, and if you do, please let us know. Also, please check out our guests' talents on their media outlets, Facebook, Instagram and websites.

He is a busy man being nominated in 3 different categories at the Josie Awards: Artist of The Year - Country-Male, Vocalist of the Year-Country-Male, and Music Video of the Year -Duo/Group for the song Same Ole Star. His first song was Same Ol Star where he talks about 2 people looking up at the sky who might be wishing on the same old star. His second song was Back To Wichita. It’s about a friend that went through a rough patch and went back home to reset and get his mind right. His last song of the night was called Hillbilly Heart. He says there are three things that most country songs are written about: love found, love lost and having a good time. This particular song was about a Hillbilly with a broken heart. Stay At Home is about when you’re having a good time and your heart is in a good place, do not let negative people and negative things bring you down.
Victor is a song based off of some true and some slightly less than true events. His wife’s father was in Victor, Montana and after they went there to meet the family, he decided he was going to write a song about it. He sang it to her dad next time they saw him and they knew he was ready to pop the question.

PATRIOT Weekly Debrief 05 May 2023
Debrief is here to let you know what WE have been up to the past weeks, as well as share what others are doing to help the cause.
THE PEOPLE’S PATRIOT PROJECT brings WE GOT YOUR 6 @ 6:00 PATRIOT Playtime. This week’s We Got Your 6@6 allowed us to share the amazing missions of Jonathan Barton. He is one busy fellow - and is not even close to being done. From his Warfighter Group and Brewery, and his Night-Fire Media Group to his passion for studying law, Jonathan kept us on our toes for the entire hour and more.
Last night’s music was brought to us by Schaefer Mueller. The first song was Stubborn. He talked about a time when he was sleeping in his car and finally saved up enough money to buy a guitar. He was stubborn and making bad decisions at nearly every turn. His second song was Dancing. He wrote this song for his wife. It’s about how they met, she asked him to dance, he said no, and like every good relationship he gave her what she wanted. She taught him how to two-step and the rest was history. His final song of the night was One Last Rodeo. It’s about having one last chance to say goodbye before our time is up. You can find Schaefer Mueller’s music on Spotify by clicking this link: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7HSoukjmV3tJL8XXUya5Nv?si=zHwYShhzTVWgwgx_2P8_8g

Weekly Debrief - 24 April 2023
Debrief is here to let you know what WE have been up to the past weeks, as well as share what others are doing to help the cause.
23 April 2023 THE PEOPLE’S PATRIOT PROJECT - This week’s We Got Your 6@6 brings a night of chat with Jeremy Harrell. Jeremy has a mission with Veteran’s Club Inc, and he is an amazing leader. With his experience and his constant motion, Jeremy has built a community of connections that are ready to help at a moment’s notice. A common thread and words that resonate with WeP3 came from our conversation: “If we just do one more thing today than we did yesterday, then that is a win.”
Music is by Sam Steadman on Episode 147. I like to think of Sam as an artist telling his story through his music and if you watch the videos, then you will see the story. Mark had high praise for him saying that his music has a way of drawing out thought. The first song is Rooftop. This was written to try and raise awareness for suicide. Going back to when he was younger, after suffering some losses in life, he sometimes thought of jumping while standing on rooftops. He credits God and a few great friends for him still being here. His second song is Runaway where he talked about running away from situations and problems early on instead of leaning into the music that was always there for him. His final song of the night is Till I Find Love. He says it’s his broken heart love song, but that people will interpret it as what it means to them. I think it is about finding whatever it is that you love that isn’t destructive and pouring your heart and soul into it. If you want to follow Sam Steadman and hear more of his music, you can find him here on Instagram: https://instagram.com/i__amsam

I made an announcement that there might be someone special dropping in later, and that special guest actually became our scheduled guest, Jason Steiner, will Piggy Back on That to share his upcoming event, HEROSTOCK. Listen in while we banter with our guests and share stories of the truths of those who have served and continue to do so with their nonprofit organizations and their talents.
After some silliness and seriousness, WeP3 shared music from two of our former guests. Cody Howell starts us off with his awesome song, Saddle Up. This is a song that will make you think, while you can sit back and enjoy the music.
The next song is from another fairly new friend, JayP, and he shares his “Ride Into the Sun” release, which really shows his versatility with music and his voice.
To Piggy Back on That, Lake aned Lyndale’s song, Long Way Home, is our finisher. We loved having them on the show, and their music rocks!!!

Episode 138: “Saddle Up but Not This Day” - 19 February 2023 WGY6@6 - Patriot Playtime
We Got Your 6@6 Episode 137: This week’s We Got Your 6@6 has such a message in so many ways. We are graced by the presence of both our guests, Kirk Poe and Cody Howell. Kirk has come to share his desire to help heal those who have wounds left from battle, or from harm done in the past. He has the name, Not This Day, to remind all that we can always say no, and whatever may happen later does not have to happen today. Kirk would like to have most of the world get away from the pharmaceuticals and look deep inside themselves to release what is holding them back. Saddle Up, take a listen, and learn about this amazing man’s passion.
Our music on this episode brings Cody Howell’s new songs to the world. We first hear Cody’s Saddle Up, and it is not disappointing. Cody appreciates the idea of Not This Day, and he was able to make a connection with his music and the premise of the healing that Kirk can help with. Cody’s next song, Any Way You Go, is a fun, foot-tapping melody with incredible old country-type music behind it. Both of these are amazing songs that you will love!
On 26 February, We Got Your 6@6 Patriot Playtime will feature Melody Guptill of Help Heal Veterans. Stay tuned to see who our music guest is, and we will be watching for you!

We Got Your 6@6, Episode 151: Friends of Friends of Friends
We Got Your 6@6 Episode 151: On 21 May, We Got Your 6@6 Patriot Playtime features puts three amazing individuals on the show at the same time.
Episode 149 - People Don't Want to Die, They Just Don't Know How to Live
We Got Your 6@6 Episode 149: On 07 May, We Got Your 6@6 Patriot Playtime features Mr. Bob Waldrep, who brings his amazing heart and passion, and shares the strides he has made to help and support the trauma of PTS. The big point driven home is that PTS and suicide might release the pain for the individual, but those who are left behind now have a trail of pain and heartache that could maybe have been avoided. Part of the idea behind Bob’s driving passion is the idea that People Don’t Want to Die, They Just Don’t Know How to Live. Bob shares his book and curriculum for training, and he has a new movie coming out, Trauma Comes Home, the Battle of the Warrior Family, that will explore some of the effects of this on the family. In addition to Bob’s support and passion, we have artist and musician, Chad Wooten, with his band Twenty Hands High, bringing music to share. He has been nominated for three Josie Awards this year, and we get to listen to those songs that will keep your toes tapping!

We Got Your 6@6 - Episode 136 - BE A PART OF, not APART FROM...
We Got Your 6@6 Episode 136: Our guest this week will bring some fun and sunshine into your life. Jason Spencer visits us with his group, Warriors and Whisky. He also brought along some of the fun guys that developed this group together and they share a banter that makes us chuckle. Jason fills in the parts of putting veterans together, where they can partake in sharing and talking over a smooth glass of whisky. This is another path to wellness and camaraderie that can help prevent the suicides that plague our service members, and will allow them all to Be a part OF, not apart FROM.
Our music artist is a brand new friend that was brought to us by Clayton Quisenberry, who has spoiled us with amazing artists. Chazz Wesley is a man of words, and they hit deep. Chazz first shares his song, Twenty-Two, with the message being what it would be if those who went by suicide could come back. Chazz believes strongly in supporting our veterans and first responders, because without them he would not have the freedom to do what he loves every day of his life - and that is sharing music. Chazz shared this notion with his words, Be a part OF, not apart FROM. We love this guy!
On 12 February, We Got Your 6@6 Patriot Playtime will feature guest Laurie Putnam, with Survivors of Blue Suicide Foundation. She will share the mission of the foundation and how to find them for those moments of need.
The People’s Patriot Project exists to be the shock and awe when combating the deadly and invisible enemy that is killing our heroes. We will move forward with our boots on and ready to serve those who have served. WE are ready to Be a part OF, not apart FROM, and WE will conquer the world of PTSD and suicide of our service people. Our guests have hopefully been inspired to move forward and help support and empower those who are still with us and remember those who are not. If you want to be involved in helping and paying it forward, please get in touch with us and we will find a place for you. #communityheroes #NeverForget #beapartofandnotapartfrom #PatriotPride
