Ingredients:
3 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
3 Carrots (peeled and sliced)
15 Baby Yellow Potatoes (halved)
20 Pearl Onions
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Corn Starch
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
3 sprigs Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
1 cup Beef Stock
2 cups Burgundy Wine
Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Sear meat on stove (optional).
Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 6 hours.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Chocolate Chips
2 cups Shredded Coconut Flakes
1-2 cups Chopped Nuts
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and butter.
Press crust into bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Bake crust for 10 minutes.
While crust is hot, layer chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts.
Drizzle condensed milk over the top of the entire dessert.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until coconut flakes begin to brown.
Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in airtight container at room temperature or in refrigerator.

Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:
12 oz. Spaghetti
1 lb. Ground Beef
3 oz. Pepperoni Slices
24 oz. Pasta Sauce
1 cup Shredded Italian Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cook spaghetti to al dente, drain, and add to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Cut pepperoni slices in half and sauté for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Set aside
Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
Add beef over spaghetti, add pasta sauce, half of pepperoni slices, cheese, and remaining pepperoni.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

2 lbs. Chicken (Any cut)
1 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Add chicken to 13 x 9 inch baking dish and top with vinaigrette.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Optionally, top with fresh basil.
Bake for 30-60 minutes, depending on cut of meat. (Bone-in chicken will take longer.)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cream together sugars, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Add eggs, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Add flour to the wet mixture and mix until just blended.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Add rounded tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350º F for 9-12 minutes.

1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Lime
Shredded Lettuce
Picante Sauce
Instructions:
Sauté peppers and onions.
Brown beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Rinse and drain black beans. Boil in a medium saucepan with water.
For rice, add rice, cilantro, and the juice of one lime in rice cooker.
To prepare bowl, layer all ingredients as desired.

Asian-style Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken
2 lbs. Chicken
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Starch (approx.)
Green Onion (optional)
Sauce
2 cups Chicken Stock
3/4 cup Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Corn Starch
1/4 cup Cold Water
Instructions:
Chicken
Marinate chicken (cut into bite-size pieces) in refrigerator for at least one hour in a mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce.
Drain chicken and dredge in corn starch.
Add oil of choice to pan and apply medium heat.
Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove chicken from pan, add to a bowl, and garnish with green onion.
Sauce
In a medium sauce pan, add sugar, chicken stock, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil.
In a separate bowl, add corn starch and cold water to make a slurry.
Drop temperature to low and add corn starch mixture to pan. Simmer until sauce thickens.
Toss chicken in bowl with desired amount of sauce. Serve over rice.

Ingredients:
2 Bananas (smashed)
100 g (1 cup) Quick Oats
50 g (1/4 cup) Dark Chocolate Chips
50 g (1/4 cup) Shredded Coconut Flakes
5 ml (1 tsp.) Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Smash bananas and add all ingredients to a bowl.
Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper by 1-inch balls. Press down the balls to flatten.

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Chicken
1 lb. Spaghetti
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
1/2 Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Onion Diced
1 22.6 oz.(Family Size) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a large stock pot, boil chicken until done. Reserve 2 cups of chicken broth to use for later.
Cook spaghetti to al dente in remaining broth. Drain and set aside.
Sauté peppers and onion in pot until softened. Roughly cut chicken in to smaller pieces.
Add soup, chicken, and any needed reserved chicken broth to thin out mixture to desired consistency.
Add spaghetti, half of cheese, and salt/pepper to taste.
Add all ingredients to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. During the last 10 minutes of cook time, uncover to allow cheese to form a lightly golden crust.

Filling

1 cup Light Corn Syrup
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat together crust ingredients until crumbly.
Spread and press crust into bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
Mix together all filling ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over crust.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream cream. Store remaining squares in the refrigerator.

Instructions:

Lower heat to low, and add macaroni.

Cream Cheese

Cajun Seasoning
Sriracha
Instructions:
Prepare the rice according to the directions on the seasoning bottle.
Slice cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese into strips to place into the roll.
Sauté the shrimp in sesame oil and cajun seasoning.
Add all ingredients to the sushi roll. (See video for more instructions on rolling sushi.)
Cut roll and garnish to your liking.

Add bell pepper, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Add potatoes to a 2 quart casserole dish, reserving a few slices to top off the casserole.
Add beef mixture to casserole, and top with remaining potato slices. Optionally, add cheese to taste.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Chicken Noodle Bake

Ingredients:
2 lbs. Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts
2 cups Egg Noodles
1 Chopped Onion
2 cloves Minced Garlic
3 cups. Chicken Stock
1/3 cup Cooking Sherry
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes (drained)
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Prepare egg noodles in a large pot and set aside.
In the previous pot, add onions, garlic, vinegar, sugar, thyme, peppers, stock, and sherry and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add tomatoes.
In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, add noodles and top with chicken breasts that have been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Chop and add fresh basil over chicken.
Pour liquid mixture over chicken.
Bake covered for 40 minutes.

1 1-oz. package Taco Seasoning
4 cups (16 oz.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Milk

Instructions:
Prepare macaroni and set aside.
Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
Add taco seasonings to beef, following instructions on the seasoning packet.
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, add half of macaroni.
Top with half of cheese. Top with taco meat, and finish with the remainder of macaroni and cheese.
In a bowl, beat together milk and eggs and pour over casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes.

3 1/2 cups Pasta Sauce
1 cup Water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cut bread into 1-inch pieces and add to 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spread over bread.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of bread.
In a medium bowl, combine meatballs, sauce, and water. Add to baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes.
