⭐⭐ Welcome to the last day of our 28 Day Summer-Ready Yoga Series! Give yourself a big pat on the back for making it through this series. It was not easy! Our last practice is going to be all about getting that deep stretch.
We'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare our bodies for deeper stretching, then move into a nice flow that will challenge us both physically and mentally. We'll move through a series of poses that will help to open up the hips, lengthen the spine, and release tension in the shoulders and neck.
Throughout this practice, we'll focus on our breath, using it to deepen our stretches and cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation. This is the perfect class to end our series, as it will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day.
So, roll out your mat, find a comfortable seat, and let's begin our final practice together. You've come so far in this series, and I'm honored to have been your guide. Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I can't wait to see you on the mat again soon!

⭐⭐ Welcome to another Back Day in my Summer Yoga Flow series! Today, we'll be focusing on strengthening and opening up the muscles in your back, which will help you improve your posture, reduce tension, and increase mobility. This practice should feel nice after yesterday's shoulder workout.

⭐⭐ Welcome to Day 18 of our Summer Prep Yoga Series. Today's practice is going to be a gentle, twisty, stretchy yoga flow, designed to help you release tension and improve flexibility in your body. This class is perfect for those looking to gently stretch and open up their body.
We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for stretching, and then move into a series of twisting poses and movements, including seated and standing twists. These poses will help improve spinal mobility, promote healthy digestion, and release tension in your muscles.
We'll also include some gentle hip openers to get those hips stretched back out after yesterday's hip drills, as well as shoulder stretches to get the upper body nice and open. Remember to listen to your body, and modify the poses as needed to suit your level and ability.

⭐⭐ Welcome to our hip workout day in our summer prep yoga series! This session will be a drill rather than a traditional yoga flow, focusing on building strength and mobility in your hips through a series of progressive exercises.
For this workout, we recommend having a block or a book nearby to help with some of the poses. We'll start with some gentle warm-up exercises to prepare your hips for the drills ahead, then move into a sequence of exercises that will gradually increase in difficulty.
We'll target your hip flexors, adductors, abductors, and glutes with a variety of exercises and drills. You can expect to feel challenged, but we'll provide modifications and variations to make the exercises accessible for all levels.
Throughout the session, we'll incorporate poses such as cheerleader, half splits, low lunge, and skandasana to help open and strengthen your hips.

⭐⭐ Welcome to our summertime preparation yoga series! Today, we're focusing on strengthening and toning your core with a dynamic yoga workout that will challenge your muscles and help you build a strong and stable center.
This workout is designed to target your abs and obliques with a variety of poses and exercises, including versions of Plank, Sphinx, Bicycle, and Leg Raises. We will also be using a light-weight block for some of our poses today.
We'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the exercises ahead, then move into the main sequence. Throughout the class, we'll encourage you to focus on your breath and engage your core muscles with every movement. We'll also provide modifications for any poses that may be too difficult or too easy for you.
By the end of this class, you'll feel stronger and more stable in your core, with better posture and balance. So, grab your mat and a block, and let's get started on this core day in our summertime preparation yoga series!

⭐⭐ Welcome back to our summertime preparation yoga series! Today, we're focusing on strengthening and toning your legs with a wrist-free workout. This workout is perfect for those who have wrist injuries or just prefer to avoid putting pressure on their wrists.
We'll start with a gentle warm-up to get your body moving and then move into a series of standing and seated poses designed to target your legs. We'll use poses like Goddess, Extended Triangle, and Pyramid to tone and strengthen your legs, and Low Lunge and Skandasana to work your quads and hip flexors.
Throughout the class, we'll encourage you to use a block if you need extra support and stability, and we'll provide modifications for any poses that may be challenging for you.
By the end of this class, you'll feel energized and strong in your legs, with greater stability and balance. So, grab your mat and let's get started on this leg workout day!

⭐⭐ Welcome to another day of our Summer Yoga Flow series. Today's class is all about gentle yet deep stretching, focusing on the back line of our bodies.
We'll begin with some easy warm-up movements, then gradually move into longer-held postures that will help release tension and tightness in the hamstrings, glutes, lower and upper back. Throughout the class, we'll pay special attention to our breath, moving in sync with each inhale and exhale.
This class is designed to be both gentle and deep, allowing you to stretch out your muscles without pushing yourself too far. We'll also incorporate the use of a blanket, which can help support and deepen our stretches in certain poses.
Remember, the goal of this practice is not to achieve perfection in each pose, but rather to simply listen to your body and move in a way that feels good for you. So, take your time, breathe deeply, and enjoy this gentle yet deep stretch day.
