⭐⭐ Welcome back to our last Arm Day in my Summer-Ready Yoga series! Today is going to be a real treat for anyone who loves working those arms and shoulders!
In this class, we are going to jump right in, getting our body's warm and our muscles burning with a series of yoga inspired exercises that will help you build strength and flexibility in your arms and shoulders. You will find it helpful to have a strap or dish towel for today's practice.
By the end of this class, you'll feel stronger and more confident in your upper body, with greater mobility and flexibility. So, grab your mat and let's get started!
