⭐⭐ Welcome to Day 18 of our Summer Prep Yoga Series. Today's practice is going to be a gentle, twisty, stretchy yoga flow, designed to help you release tension and improve flexibility in your body. This class is perfect for those looking to gently stretch and open up their body.

We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for stretching, and then move into a series of twisting poses and movements, including seated and standing twists. These poses will help improve spinal mobility, promote healthy digestion, and release tension in your muscles.

We'll also include some gentle hip openers to get those hips stretched back out after yesterday's hip drills, as well as shoulder stretches to get the upper body nice and open. Remember to listen to your body, and modify the poses as needed to suit your level and ability.

By the end of this class, you'll feel more relaxed, open, and flexible in your body. So, grab your mat and let's get started on this gentle, twisty, stretchy yoga day!
