Welcome back friend!! So happy to have you here with me again today! Today is all about bringing control back to our thoughts by bringing our focus back to the breath. Our thoughts create our reality and our perception of our circumstances. When we allow our thoughts to run wild, it may make us feel unsteady or unmanageable. We regain traction when we focus on controlling those thoughts and actions and in doing so, are able to bring peace back to ourselves.
If you find yourself becoming overwhelmed with anxiety and stress, refocus your attention to your breathing, concentrating solely on the inhales and the exhales. As you bring the control back to your breath, you can envision the stress and anxiety leaving the body and feel the peace taking over!

Hello my friend.
So happy you are here with me today!
Today is all about letting go of the idea of perfection. Perfection does not exist and if we are constantly chasing it, we will always be left feeling inadequate. We need to drop this idea of 'perfect' and allow ourselves to be ok and to find joy with exactly where we are right now. Allowing ourselves to be and tapping into how it feels to be where we are in the current moment. Finding a comfort and a calmness in this acceptance and letting go of what others may think of us.
There is a freedom in letting go! Breaking out of this prison of perfection allows us to be who we truly are and gives us the freedom to create the life that we truly want. Our goal is to find progress not perfection. Doing what we can to become better than we were yesterday while also being happy with where we are today!
I challenge you today to stop thinking anything or anyone is perfect and allow them and yourself to just be. It may be hard at first, but with practice it becomes easier to know...perfection doesn't exist.
Enjoy your day and time with yourself. Pat yourself on the back. Be proud.

Hello my beautiful friend! So happy to have you back with me for day 3 of this wonderful journey to bettering ourselves! Today, we are focusing all on letting go and letting our higher power, whatever that may be for you personally. Sometimes the weight of the world or of our own personal situations feels almost too much to bear. Today is all about learning to let go of some of that burden that holds us down and letting our higher power lighten the load a little.
For me, my higher power is God. I carry God with me in everything that I do. I let go and allow him to lead me and guide me to where I am meant to be. In allowing God to take over, he has relieved me from any anxiety or weight that the world has placed on me and provided me with peace and freedom in my life. I would not be where I am today without him!
