Greetings Fellow Food Junkie Followers, On this day, we are sharing how we make iced coffee. We use a cheap Mr. Coffee coffee maker and we love this unit. We love it because it has all the measurements premeasured for great ice coffee. You can make ice coffee in a regular pot, but the issue is when you pour it over the ice, once it starts to water down it will get very diluted and the taste will not be good. The Mr. Coffee Ice Coffee maker uses a more coffee grounds per cup to make it stronger therefore when it dilutes, it is just right. If you pair that with a great small batch coffee like Fire Department Coffee like we are showing you in this video, it makes the perfect combo. I get a lot of comments from my other review videos on the Blue Diamond Ceramic pans. They are saying stuff sticks in this pan. Any pan will stick if you have the heat too high and don’t use oil. This pan has held up great so far after a year of use. I purposely tried to take it rough on this pan. I stack in with other pans inside of it when storing. It’s been washed in the dishwasher. The only negative I do not like is the hollow handle as it conducts heat. Otherwise it has been great. I can start to see some chipping on the top edges. I do not think this pan will last for 5 or 10 years. If treated good it may though. Make sure not to use metal utensils as with any coated pan! Use lower heat unless your searing meat. I would use cast iron for that anyways.

I like to use a circular motion when pouring and you can also take your whisk and smooth it out if you want perfectly round pancakes.

Place eggs in a large stock pot half full of water. The boil times will vary, but once the water starts to boil, I set my timer for 10 minutes. This process can also be done in an instant pot. Remove from the burner and pour water out. Fill the pot back up with cold water or ice water. Once the eggs have cooled, you want to peel them and then chop the eggs up. Making Egg Salad Cut eggs in half. Remove the yolk and add to a large bowl. Using a fork, break up the egg yolks Add in mayonnaise and yellow mustard. Greetings Food Junkie Followers, We were informed by a marketing agency for O'Charlety's that they have a new lunch menu out and were asked to check it out. I have to be honest, I hadn't eaten there in a few years and the food had good down a bit. I used to love their rolls and their potato soup. I am not sure if the restaurant is under new management and they are trying to revamp it, but nevertheless, we decided to check them out to see what the fuss was about. If you have been around here a while, you will know that we have tried a few of the flavors that Jumex offers. We are continuing down this winding road by reviewing Jumex Peach Nectar today. My questions to you all are, have you tried Jumex Peach Nectar before? A few of the flavors we have tried were viewer recommendations, but this one I saw, and being a peach fan, thought I give it a go on my own. The first thing to know is that Jumex peach nectar isn't the same as peach juice. This is also not a healthy food drink, it is similar to drinking a soda. It has lots of sugar and therefore should be enjoyed on occasion. I chose the Jumex peach nectar that is in a can. I typically enjoy sodas and drinks from a can as I feel the flavor is true. Persimmon Pudding is a traditional American dessert that is as old as America itself. This rich, decadent dessert is great to enjoy around the Fall and Winter holiday seasons. This is a salty and sweet treat. You can make these year-round with regular Hersey Kisses Milk Chocolates and regular m&m but at Christmas time we like to use the Hersey Hugs and the Christmas colored M&M's.
