I use it to blend soups a good bit. Especially when I make potato soup. Never had an issue with it. Ninja Blender http://amzn.to/2xt1Q4l This was another item that I did a lot of research on. I was trying to decide between the Magic Bullet and this. I ended up going with this and to this day, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. It blends really great. Does what I need it to do. Great for smoothies where you don’t have to drag the blender out and can drink out of the same cup.

This is a recipe for how to cook Chopped steak. Chopped steak goes by many names and some know it as Chopped steak while others, like me, know it as Hamburger Steak. Either way, it is a favorite of mine and I am going to share how I like to cook them. As a kid, we had a hunting club in another county of our state. They had the best hamburger steak and that is what I would get a lot of the times. It always had me trying to cook one at home to taste similar to theirs. This video will show you how to cook a hamburger steak. I like to start mine on the stovetop but finishes in the oven. Today I am going to show you a great Bread Maker Pizza Dough recipe. Pizza dough is so easy using the Black and Decker All In One bread machine. This recipe can be used for any type of bread machine. The ingredients are simple and pretty straight forward. The pizza dough can be made in advanced and then frozen to use when you need it. Then, you will just unthaw it and make your pizza. Simple as that. This will be a two-part series where in the next video I will use the dough to make a simple pizza so be on the lookout for that video as well. Hey YouTube Family, Today I am going to show you a very quick and easy way to peel carrots. I am not sure where I learned this trick from, it may have been my mom but I am uncertain. But if you like to peel carrots, this is the best way I have found to do it. If you use a vegetable peeler, sometimes it takes off too much, and this way you can just barely take off the top layer. leave me a comment below and let me know if you have ever done this before? Hello Food Junkie Followers, Today I am sharing with you a recipe that is a spin on a classic, Toad In The Hole. This is my take on it and I am calling it Omelette In The Hole. If you are not sure what Toad in the hole is, it is where you take a piece of bread, cut the center out, and drop an egg in the hole and fry it in a pan. In this dish, Omelette in the hole, you simply take your ingredients, cut the hole out of the bread, drop veggies and protein of your choice in the pan, add cheese, scramble an egg and drop it in the hold on top of the veggies, cheese, and protein. On July 31- August 3, 2020, I went with the children from my church to Look Up Lodge in Travelers Rest, SC. Look Up Lodge is a Christian summer camp. What an awesome time we all had learned about God and each other. If you attend a church and are in our geographical area, you should check this place out. There were people from Tennesee, North Carolina, Georgia, and of course South Carolina here. Or I should say those areas are the ones that travel to come to this camp. The week of June 15th we went on our family vacation to Oak Island, NC. I grew up going here as a child and teenager, but it had been about 15 years or more since I have been. It was a great place to go and visit and I can't wait to go back again. I am sharing these experiences here with my Food Junkie Followers in the hope that you will enjoy them as well. In this video, we visit the historic town of South Port, NC. It is about 20 minutes away from Oak Island, NC. Southport, NC is a cool little town. It has many old historic homes and buildings. There are many bed and breakfast houses here and really great seaside restaurants serving fresh catches that come in on the boats daily. It has been the scene in Dawson's Creek and the popular movie "A Walk To Remember." Check it out if you are ever in the area. Oak Island is a beach town in North Carolina. It’s separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. The Atlantic coast is lined with beaches, and fishermen gather at the long Ocean Crest Pier. The Oak Island Nature Center has trails, plus displays on fossils and native animals. To the east, Oak Island Lighthouse has sweeping views over Caswell Beach and Bald Head Island. Maple Pancake Cupcake My oldest daughter Morgan came to me a few weeks ago and said Dad, I got a recipe idea. So she proceeded to tell me that she wanted to make pancake cupcakes. I thought it was genius. I told her we could make a cream cheese icing then thought, I bet Maple syrup would be well mixed it. This is how we came up with this recipe for Maple Pancake Cupcakes. The week of June 15th we went on our family vacation to Oak Island, NC. I grew up going here as a child and teenager, but it had been about 15 years or more since I have been. It was a great place to go and visit and I can't wait to go back again. I am sharing these experiences here with my Food Junkie Followers in the hope that you will enjoy them as well. Recently, while on Facebook, I came across a recipe for Squash Fritters. This was really intriguing to me as I had some extra squash laying around from our garden and really wanted to try something different than the normal fried/stewed/sauteed squash. Squash Fritters was a perfect fit. Ok food junkie followers, I got a secret to share with you, I love cucumber and vinegar. There, I said it. In the summertime, we eat this weekly. It is especially good if we have fresh cucumbers. This is my way of making cucumber and vinegar. Sometimes I make it just like it says, with cucumber and vinegar. Other times I juice it up a bit as I did in this video. On a side note, these are not true quick pickles but they go by this name sometimes. They also go by refrigerator pickles sometimes too. Most of us around here just call them cucumber and vinegar. While on a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN, me and the wife spent one night in one of our favorite areas, Maggie Valley, NC. We just love this little town. It is quite and not heavely populated, which is right up our alley. Anyways, We have had our eye on Frankie's Italian Trattoria for some time now. It is always packed, which is good sign of a great restaurant. This time, we were able to get in and try it. Man, what a experience! It was soo good. If you are in the area, you got to try this place. They have recently expanded their parking lot and the restaurant to accommodate more guest. I love this thing. If you deep fry chicken, fish, or vegetables that need to be breaded, this thing is the ticket. I was trying to decide between the Magic Bullet and this. I ended up going with this and to this day, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. It blends really great. Does what I need it to do.
