GHOST CHILLI BAKED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
Ghost chilli seasoning
Directions:
Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken wings, the more you add the spicier the wings are.
Mix well to make sure the chicken wings are covered evenly. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, add oil and place the chicken wings. Bake in the oven at 180degreesC or until the wings are cooked.
Serve on their own or with a side of fries.

Super fresh tomatoes salad recipe:
Ingredients:
Tomatoes
Pitted green olives
Snack cucumbers
Yellow bell pepper
1 onion
Directions:
Slice the tomatoes, the pitted green olives, the snack cucumbers and the onion. Add oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
TIP: It will keep fresh in the fridge if you cover it will aluminum foil.

Fake Ghost Pepper 'DORITOS' Tortilla Snacks Recipe | Granny's Kitchen Recipes
Do you have a couple of tortilla wraps which you don't know what to do with? These fake Doritos ghost pepper tortilla snacks are a really easy recipe to make.

Fake Ghost Pepper Crunchy DORITOS Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Tortilla wraps
Ghost chilli seasoning
Chicken seasoning
Salt
Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Place the oil in a bowl and add salt, ghost chilli seasoning, chicken seasoning and mix well.
This will be the seasoning for the fake Doritos. Put aside and get your 'Doritos' ready.
I used medium sizes tortilla wraps. Each wrap makes 8 snacks. Depending on how many you'd like
to make will dictate the amount of seasoning you need. Cut the tortilla wrap into 8 triangles
and season each piece on both sides. It's easier to season the wrap before you cut into pieces.
On a lined baking tray, in a preheated oven at 180degreesC, add the 'Doritos' in the oven for
at total of around 10 min or until they start turning golden brown in colour. Once they are
done on one side, flip them over the other side and continue baking.
Make sure you don't burn them, because once they are burnt, they will taste bitter.
If they are still soft, they are not done yet, they should become crispy.
You can use the same technique with different flavourings!

I missed eating this so much. I remember my grandma making it when I was a kid and I had no idea it's so easy to make and so versatile.

Romanian Cumin Crackers recipe:
Ingredients (for approx. 50 crackers)
2 eggs
100g butter
100g lard
100g plain yoghurt
100ml milk+2tbsp
200g salty cheese
7g dry yeast
2-3tbsp cumin
Approx. 500g flour
2 egg yolks for washing
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, add the melted and cooled down butter and lard. If you don't have lard, you can use butter instead. Also add in the whisked eggs, milk, yoghurt, the grated salty cheese and the dry yeast.
Mix well and add the flour bit by bit. After the dough gets a bit solid, transfer on a floured work surface and knead the dough until you reach the consistency of playdough. You need to keep adding flour until the desired consistency.
Roll the dough out into a rectangle and cut the dough into equal pieces, that's how you get the crackers.
Transfer onto a baking tray and wash with the egg yolks mixed with 2 tbsp of milk.
Then sprinkle cumin seeds on each cracker.
Bake in the oven at 180degrees C until they reach the golden brown colour.
You can do so many variations of this, it's very versatile. You can use sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cheese or any other ingredient you like. You can serve these alongside beer, or as a snack, appetizer, kids lunch special.

HOW TO COLOUR WHITE GRANULATED SUGAR BLACK?
INGREDIENTS:
Granulated sugar
Black food colouring liquid/powder/paste
DIRECTIONS:
The amount of sugar and food colouring depends on how much you need for the project you're using it for.
In a container, add the quantity of sugar you need, then add a few drops of black food colouring. Mix well and build up the colour if required by adding extra food colouring.
And that's it!
TIP: If you use liquid/paste food colouring, allow the sugar to dry after it's coloured. If you use powder food colouring, then the sugar can be used straight away.

HOW TO COLOUR DESICCATED COCONUT FOR CAKE DECORATING:
INGREDIENTS:
Desiccated coconut
Food colouring liquid or powder
DIRECTIONS:
In the desiccated coconut, add a few drops of food colouring or sprinkles of colouring powder and mix well. Start with a few drops and see how the colour turns out, and from there you can build up the colour if you need to.
If you are using liquid food colour, after colouring the coconut, allow it to dry before using it.
If you are using powder food colour, then it's ready to use as long as you're happy with the colour.

Do you have loads of green tomatoes and don't know what to do? Try this Romanian green tomatoes pickles for winter.

ROMANIAN TRADITIONAL GREEN TOMATOES PICKLES FOR WINTER RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Green tomatoes
Sliced carrots
Garlic
Sliced horseradish root
Chilli peppers (optional)
Black whole peppercorns
Non-iodized coarse salt
Sugar
Dried dill crown
Dry thyme
Bay Leaves
Water
DIRECTIONS:
The quantity of the ingredients depends on the quantity of tomatoes you have and the size of the jars.
In the jars I used, I managed to add 16 tomatoes in each jar and with the quantity of tomatoes I had, I got 8 large jars and 2 small jars of pickles. I used for mine 5 litres of water, 5 tablespoonfuls of salt and 5 teaspoons of sugar.
For every 1 litre of water, you need 1 tablespoonful of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Start by washing the tomatoes and you can add them whole in the jars or cut into pieces.
Add the water in a deep pot on the stove, with the salt and sugar. Bring to boil and then remove from the stove.
In 1 jar, on the bottom, add 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, 2 garlic cloves, 1 piece of dried dill crown, 1 piece of dry thyme and then fill the jar half way through with the green tomatoes. Add 2 chilli peppers if you'd like the pickles to be spicy, add a few pieces of horseradish root, at least 3 pieces per jar. You must use horseradish, so that the
tomatoes stay hard even after they are pickled. Add a few pieces of carrot and then fill up the jar with more tomatoes. At the top, add 1 more teaspoon of peppercorns, bay leaves, 1 garlic clove, dry dill and dry thyme. Repeat with the rest of the jars.
Once you finished filling the jars, press the tomatoes down, then add boiled water in each jar, making sure the water is boiled, but not boiling still. Each jar needs to be filled over the top of the tomatoes.
After you finished filling each jar, seal with a lid, ensuring there's no air released.
If air gets into the jars, than the tomatoes won't pickle.
Place the jars in a dark place such as a basement, garage, cupboard or pantry. They are good to eat after at least 3 weeks. But you can keep them for longer, the longer they stay, the more flavour they'll have.
TIP: You can add even more veggies into the jars if you'd like. You can also add cabbage, cauliflower, watermelon, bell peppers...The process is still the same.

Cute Halloween Marshmallow Pops recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
6 giant marshmallows
2tbsp desiccated coconut
80g white chocolate
50g dark chocolate
1tbsp granulated sugar
Hundreds&Thousands sprinkles
White food colouring
Purple/violet food colouring
Yellow food colouring
Orange food colouring
Glacier blue lustre powder
Black food colouring
Black writing icing
Green writing icing
Red writing icing
Lollipop sticks
DIRECTIONS:
Melt a bit of white chocolate (a quarter of the quantity) in the microwave, then whiten with white food colouring.
Take 1tbsp of desiccated coconut and colour with the purple food colouring and mix yellow food colouring.
Take 1tbsp of desiccated coconut and colour with glacier blue lustre powder.
Take the sugar and add black food colouring to make black sugar.
Take a lollipop stick and place a marshmallow on it.
Take the melted white chocolate and add orange food colouring, to change the colour and start decorating the marshmallows in any design you like.
If you want to cover a marshmallow in a different colour than orange, you will need to take more of the white chocolate, melt in the microwave and colour in the desired colour.
You can make googly eyes out of white chocolate and black writing icing or a dot of black food colouring.
After you finished with decorating the marshmallows, allow them to dry.

Chunky Potato Soup Recipe | Granny's Kitchen Recipes | Supă de cartofi
Healthy and delicious warm chunky potatoes soup recipe.

Chunky Potato Soup Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium sized potatoes
1 medium onion
2 carrots
8 thin Chorizo slices
3 cloves of garlic
Half red bell pepper
1tbsp flour
3tbsp sour cream
Salt
Pepper
All purpose seasoning
1 stock cube
Parsley
Dill
DIRECTIONS:
Slice the onion. Peel and cube the potatoes. Peel the garlic. Slice the carrots, pepper and chorizo. In a deep pan, heat oil and keep on medium heat. Add the onion in and brown it, then add the pepper, carrots and fry for 5 minutes. Add the chorizo and fry for 5 minutes longer.
Add the stock cube in 500ml hot water and dissolve it. Add the liquid on top of the pepper, carrots and chorizo. Boil for 10 minutes, then add the potatoes in, fill with more water if needed, to make sure the potatoes are covered. Add salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning and the garlic halved in two and boil for 30 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are
boiled.
In a separate bowl, add the flour and sour cream and mix well, to get a creamy texture with no lumps. Add a few tablespoons of liquid from the soup and mix again. Whilst the soup is still boiling add the sour cream mix in whilst mixing at the same time, to avoid lumps.
Boil for 5 more minutes and add the parsley and dill in the soup. Give it a mix and it's ready.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and dill.

HOMEMADE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT FROM EGG SHELLS:
INGREDIENTS:
Organic free range egg shells
Granulated sugar
Vanilla icing sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and boil the egg shells, then cool down and allow to dry. Add the eggs in a food processor, with the granulated sugar and vanilla icing sugar. The quantity of sugar depends on the quantity of egg shells. The mix when it's finished, it needs to be sweet, otherwise you won't like the taste. You can also use coffee grinder, but I don't have one, so I used the processor instead.
It will last in a dry dark place in a sealed container for a few months.
You should take 1 teaspoon per week.

GREEN BEANS BREAKFAST OMELETTE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
Green beans
1 slice of cheese
2 garlic cloves
Ground black pepper
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Cut the green beans in small pieces. Slice the garlic.
On medium heat, add oil in a frying pan. When the oil is sizzling, add the
garlic and fry for 2 minutes, then add the beans and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour the egg mix over the beans and the cheese ripped in pieces.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side, the omelette should be a golden colour.

Green Pesto Penne Pasta Recipe | Granny's Kitchen Recipes
EXTREMELY EASY green pesto penne pasta recipe. It will be ready in no time for your family dinner, lunch, tea, whatever that might be. You can of course increase the quantity of pasta in the recipe and accordingly increase the ingredients as well.
GREEN PESTO PENNE PASTA RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
150g penne pasta
190g green pesto
100g cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
Splash of Oil
DIRECTIONS:
In a deep pan add hot water, a pinch of salt, the pasta and a splash of oil. The oil will prevent the pasta from sticking to each other whilst boiling. Make sure the pasta is covered with water and add to boil for around 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked, or according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and add in another deep pan, on medium heat.
Add the pesto jar on the pasta and mix on low heat, making sure the pasta is covered in the pesto paste evenly. Taste if it needs any seasoning and if it doesn't, the pasta is ready.
If you are using cheese block, grate the cheese and sprinkle over the pasta when it's served.
TIP: Add half the amount of the hot pasta on a serving platter, sprinkle cheese over it, then add the remaining pasta on top of the cheese to ensure the cheese melts from the heat and then sprinkle more cheese over the top.
