A school district in Missouri requires teachers go through DEI/CRT training. CARB is able to set emissions standards that exceed those set by the EPA and they are using this ability to force the rest of us onboard with the EV truck agenda. Multiple states have laws that makes it so they automatically adopt any new standards CARB enacts which has lead to California dictating US emissions standards. This is clearly by design too.
