The Colorado baker who was told to bake the cake bigot and fought it all the way to the US Supreme Court and won has been targeted by another member of the LGBTQ brigade. This time it was a tranny lawyer who has openly stated the whole reason why he wanted the baker to bake him a cake was so he could sue him. Which he was successful at doing leading to the baker appealing the decision and losing. The tranny lawyer wanted him to bake him a birthday/transition cake that was making a statement by using blue frosting and pink cake. It was him saying that on the outside he was a man but on the inside he was a woman and the judge claimed that there was no speech being made by the tranny with that in ruling against the baker and therefore it didn’t violate his First Amendment rights with Colorado forcing him to bake the cake. A freshman Republican congressman from Missouri has introduced his first bill and it is to repeal the National Firearms Act. Somehow in Missouri it is legal for the state charge people property tax on vehicles that are not on the road, including parts cars, like they are a house or condo. The guy in this video clearly was too honest with the state and shouldn’t have reported his purchase of a parts car that he picked up to use in order to maintain and keep his 1979 Corvette on the road, especially considering if he had stripped it down at the point of purchase the state wouldn’t be able to tax him like it is now. For years, he was paying the property tax on his parts car based on the actual purchase price of $1,000, but this wasn’t good enough for the state though. Without any warning, it decided to reassess the value of this parts car without having an actual appraisal of it done. The state arbitrarily decided that NADA book value for a pristine example of a 1979 Corvette accurately reflected the car’s actual worth and assessed a new property tax amount based off of that amount instead. Which of course was much higher than the purchase price at $12,100. He went from paying less than $70 a year to now paying well over $700 and the state is trying to put the blame for it sticking him with this ridiculous tax bill on him even though it has admitted it has arbitrarily assessed the new value of the car without any proof it is worth that much. A Colorado man who was competent enough to gain access a secured USB port on a voting machine during the 2022 Primary Election and insert a USB device into it has been found by a court to not be competent to stand trial. The judge then released him free as a bird and ordered him to undergo outpatient psychiatric treatment with the hope of someday him being able to stand trial for the felony he’s been charged with.
