Democrats Using California and the Clean Air Act to Force Electric Trucks on the Rest of the Country

Because the Democrats can’t get their EV agenda passed through the House or Senate, they are using the California Air Resource Board to do an end run around both. CARB is able to set emissions standards that exceed those set by the EPA and they are using this ability to force the rest of us onboard with the EV truck agenda. Multiple states have laws that makes it so they automatically adopt any new standards CARB enacts which has lead to California dictating US emissions standards. This is clearly by design too.
