Meat & Keto Q&A Live: Benefits of 100% Carnivore, Variety In Food, Eating Out & Inflammation
Richard Smith and Coach Stephen answer questions and discuss Richard's recent meeting with Tim Noakes
0:00 Intro
07:34 Transitioning from 90% carnivore to 100% carnivore has significant benefits.
- Going from 90% carnivore to 100% carnivore doesn't have a linear progression of benefits.
- When you're 90% carnivore, you possibly feel around 80% as good as you could be.
- Going 100% carnivore makes a big difference, cutting out those last little bits that are not carnivore.
- It's difficult to explain, but it's worth trying to experience the keys to the kingdom.
- Being 100% carnivore enables you to make an informed choice about the benefits of eliminating certain foods.
15:08 Posture and glute activation are key in fixing anterior pelvic tilt.
- Concentrate on maintaining good posture and aligning your head and spine.
- Activate your glutes by squeezing your bum muscles.
- Be mindful of your sitting position and try to do standing exercises as much as possible.
22:42 The body doesn't just switch off the fat burning process. Water weight and glycogen can slow down weight loss.
- Just because you're not losing weight on the scale doesn't mean you're not losing fat.
- Inflammatory signaling and toxins leaving the body can cause extra inflammation and slow down weight loss.
- Foods like sausages may contain lectins that can affect weight loss.
- Measuring with a caliper or measuring tape is a better way to track progress than relying solely on the scale.
- Increasing consumption of omega-3 rich foods and reducing dairy and pork intake may help lower homocysteine levels.
- A methylmalonic acid test can provide insights into vitamin B12 deficiency.
30:16 Living a carnivore lifestyle can aid in building, repairing, and recovering from injuries.
- The carnivore diet eliminates toxins and antinutrients found in plants, allowing the body to heal and repair more efficiently.
- Athletes who follow a carnivore lifestyle experience faster recovery times and improved performance.
- The absence of vegetables in the diet can improve back troubles, especially for tall individuals.
37:50 The carnivore diet can improve inflammation levels and offers a variety of food options.
- The diet includes poultry, fish, and various meat options.
- Fasting three days a week can be beneficial for autophagy and enjoyment of food.
- The carnivore diet is not as restrictive as it may seem, allowing occasional deviations.
- The diet can help with health improvements, but leg edema should be investigated for possible causes.
- Factors such as blood pressure, leg injuries, electrolyte balance, and activity levels should be considered.
45:24 Tips for eating as a carnivore in an Indian restaurant
- Stick to tandoori dishes and avoid sauces
- You can include small amounts of vegetables or white rice if desired
52:58 Carnivore diet can be achieved through incremental changes and supplements can be used if needed
- The speaker initially gravitated towards a carnivore diet by gradually restricting certain foods.
- Supplements can be helpful for those who find it difficult to consume organ meats or specific nutrients.
1:00:27 Apple cider vinegar can have potential benefits for weight loss and medicinal purposes, but should not be consumed daily.
- Apple cider vinegar has been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years.
- There is conflicting research on its effectiveness for weight loss.
- While it can be added to meals for flavor, it is not necessary for a strict carnivore diet.
- Education is important in making an informed decision about using apple cider vinegar.
- Excessive calcium consumption can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease by 15%.
- Calcium is essential for bone health, but sodium is needed to transport calcium to the bones.
- There is no need to supplement with calcium as it is abundant in food.

Meat & Keto Livestream Chat
Join Richard Smith and Coach Stephen for this exclusive Rumble only livestream.
* Carbs are not the way to go
- Tim Noakes recently came out and said that carbs are not the way to go and that glycogen is essential for energy.
* The damaging effects of oxalates
- Consuming calcium binds oxalates and reduces their health damaging effects.
- Foods that contain oxalates are incredibly damaging.
* Beef is not inherently bad for you
- Beef is not inherently bad for you. Pregnant women should still eat beef, and people with certain medical conditions can consult with their doctor before consuming beef.
* Glucose production and gluconeogenesis
- Rapid gluconeogenesis and slow gluconeogenesis were discussed in relation to glucose production.
* Protein has been feared within the community
- Protein has been feared within the community for a long time.
* The time it takes for the body to adapt
- It takes at least six months for the body to adapt, and possibly even beyond 12 months.
* Mitigating oxalates with calcium
- Increasing calcium intake can lower oxalates within the body and reduce their negative impact.
- Reducing protein and salt while increasing calcium intake can also improve the situation.
* Protein and calcium loss
- Consuming too much protein can lead to elevated levels of calcium in the urine, but it doesn't cause bone degradation.
- Increasing protein intake leads to a net gain of calcium in the bone.
* Risk of cardiovascular disease
- Calcium supplementation or dietary calcium intake from 700 to 1000mg per day significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular disease by as much as 15%.
- Multiple studies have come to the same conclusion.
* Avoiding calcium supplementation
- It is advised to avoid adding calcium to electrolyte production or taking calcium supplements.
- The focus should be on removing oxalate-containing foods from the diet instead.
* Danger of oxalate ingestion
- Ingesting as little as 4 to 5g (4000 to 5000mg) of oxalates can be lethal for adults.
- Foods such as rhubarb and spinach can contain high amounts of oxalates.
* Oxalates in supposedly healthy foods
- Spinach and turmeric, which are often considered healthy, also contain oxalates.
- Consumption of these oxalate-rich foods can have damaging effects.
* Clearing out stored oxalates
- It can take years to clear out stored oxalates from the body.
- Adding calcium can help bind to oxalates during the clearing process.
* Alternative to calcium for oxalate dumping
- Potassium citrate or magnesium citrate can be more effective for oxalate dumping.
- These chelating agents can be found in abundance, such as in nuts.
* Oxalic Acid and Plants
- Oxalic acid plays a role in plants, particularly in drawing up minerals from the soil.
- When the leaves are flat on the soil, oxalic acid is still absorbing minerals.
- The acid is the key to obtaining minerals like calcium, potassium, and magnesium.
- Plants need more than just calcium, so other minerals are also important.
* The Importance of CO2 and Trees
- CO2 is important for plant growth.
- Cutting down trees for wind farms in Scotland is seen as ridiculous.
- Trees act as natural sinks, absorbing CO2 and producing oxygen.
- Mono cropping and pumping CO2 into plants is not ideal.
* Interview with Tim Noakes
- Tim Noakes, known for advocating carb loading, now believes carbs are not the way to go.
- He discovered that the body can create glycogen through other processes.
- Questions for Tim Noakes are encouraged for the upcoming interview.
* Glycosylation and Glycoproteins
- Certain sugars are essential for coating the surface of cells in glycoproteins.
- The glycol calyx, a protective barrier in arteries, is affected by carb consumption.
- Proteins do not have the same negative impact on the glycol calyx.
- Dr. Kilts will discuss glycosylation in an upcoming live stream.
* Dr. Kilts and Tim Noakes will be discussing fascinating topics.
- Dr. Kilts will be talking about cell and proliferation next week.
- Tim Noakes' life has been tough since going low carb.
* Live streams on Rumble can be watched later as recordings.
- Live streams on Rumble are exclusive and not available on YouTube.
- Improvements are being made to the live stream setup.
* Concerns about calcium intake and its effects.
- Milk, including A2 milk and raw milk, can cause issues like intestinal permeability.
- Cheese is often better tolerated due to added enzymes.
* Protein does not pull you out of a ketogenic state.
- Gluconeogenesis from protein is demand driven and does not affect the insulin to glucagon ratio.
- Increasing protein intake does not hinder ketosis or its benefits.
* Ketone production and efficiency
- Richard explains that while his ketone levels may appear to be lower, his body is actually utilizing ketones more efficiently.
- This process of keto adaptation can take at least six months, and benefits may continue even beyond the 12-month mark.

Carnivore & Keto Q&A: Supplements, Salt, Protein Levels, FAQs, Red Meat Alternatives and More
Richard Smith (the Keto-Pro) and Coach Stephen. A brief summary: Lard is considered healthier than butter, but both are fine. If doing a carnivore diet, fish or poultry can be options instead of red meat. Sweeteners can still cause sugar cravings. Stevia and erythritol are the best options with zero absorption.
0:00 Intro
07:22 Transitioning to a carnivore diet can aid in building muscle and improving athletic performance.
- Removing plant toxins found in carbohydrates such as lectins and phytic acids can enhance muscle building.
- Phytolexins block the absorption of essential nutrients like zinc, iron, and magnesium, which are needed for testosterone production.
14:44 The carnivore diet can lead to significant changes in body composition and muscle gain
- The lectins in plant-based foods can lead to increased fat storage
- Phytic acids and other toxins in vegetables can hinder nutrient absorption
- Carnivore diet can lead to rapid fat adaptation and increase in muscle mass
- Increased testosterone levels may contribute to muscle gain
- Results and timeline of changes may vary for each individual
22:06 Switching to steak and eggs can have potential benefits, but be mindful of linoleic acid levels in chicken and pork.
- Eat more red meat like steak and eggs for a majority of your meals.
- Consider reducing consumption of pork and chicken due to higher levels of linoleic acid.
- Cut down on cream and cheese, especially if trying to lose weight.
- Implement an 80-20 rule with your food choices, with steak and eggs as the preferred option.
- Take into account the differences in digestion between cows and pigs when considering animal-based protein sources.
29:28 Fish is an under-regarded food in the UK, but it contains omega-3 fatty acids with positive effects on brain health.
- Fish like mackerel, sardines, and salmon are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
- Omega-3 fatty acids have been known to help fight Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and dementia.
- Consuming fish can improve bile production, aiding digestion.
- Eating oily fish like mackerel and sardines can increase satiety.
36:50 Omega-3s and improving insulin sensitivity are key for curbing hunger and improving satiety
- It is important to consume omega-3s, such as those found in mackerel or sardines, for anti-inflammatory purposes and improved recovery
- Insulin resistance can lead to increased fat storage and decreased muscle activity, resulting in sluggishness and brain fog
- Improving insulin sensitivity can lead to increased energy, spontaneous exercise, and feeling fuller
- Focusing on a carnivore diet can be challenging due to food and sugar addiction, but understanding the effects of neurotransmitters can help overcome cravings
- Transitioning to a carnivore diet may initially feel poor, but it takes time for the body to adjust and upregulate enzymes and pathways
- Reducing consumption of sugary treats and persevering through the initial challenges can help the brain and neurotransmitters process properly
- Avoiding foods that block neurotransmitter production, such as those containing lectins and phytic acids, is important
- Supplementing with electrolytes or salts, staying hydrated, and eating when hungry can support adherence to a carnivore lifestyle
- Getting enough saturated fats and omega-3s is crucial, and there is no need to fear consuming fat
44:12 Be flexible in your carnivore diet and make healthy choices most of the time
- You don't have to be carnivore every day, eat something less toxic if needed
- Eating healthy for 30 out of 31 days will still provide benefits
- There is no strict rule, everyone is on their own journey
- Understand the deleterious effects of toxic foods and make educated decisions
- Don't be too hard on yourself, focus on your why and keep going
51:34 Ketogenic and carnivore diets allow for muscle glycogen without eating carbohydrates.
- The body can upregulate specific enzymes and pathways to send lactate from muscle to liver, where it is converted into glycogen.
- This process buffers hydrogen ions and maintains constant levels of blood glucose and muscle glycogen.
- Studies contrary to this are often done on non-ketogenic individuals or inadequate diets.
- Consistency in the diet is key to maximizing the body's ability to adapt and benefit.
- Supplements like creatine, electrolytes, and exogenous ketones can support workouts on a carnivore diet.
58:54 Lard is healthier than butter from an oxidative stress point of view.
- Personal taste is the deciding factor between lard and butter.
- Salt is essential for creating energy, and fat is underrated.
- You can follow a carnivore diet with fish or poultry instead of red meat.
- Cutting out artificial sweeteners can cause withdrawal symptoms.

The Intentional Carnivore Chat: Transition To Carnivore, Dry Fasting, Tips and Tricks
Hey everyone, here is another chat you may enjoy!
Live chat now available as a playback. Shawn the 'Intentional Carnivore' hosted the livestream.
0:00 Coach Stephen's Story
07:36 Stephen is a UK Carnivore Coach with expertise in physiology, diabetes, and obesity.
- He initially believed in high carb, low fat diets but later realized their ineffectiveness.
- He discovered low carb and keto diets, which improved his health significantly.
15:12 Carnivore diet has been life-changing for the speaker
- Transitioning from keto to carnivore improved the speaker's health
- Being 90% carnivore has significant benefits compared to being 80% carnivore
- Listening to hunger signals and eating enough is important for food freedom
- The speaker experienced improvements in tinnitus, hair quality, and overall health
- The community surrounding the carnivore diet is supportive and valuable
22:48 Eating a carnivore diet is sustainable, filling, and improves overall well-being.
- Influences on adopting the carnivore diet include Paul Saladino, Dr. Chafee, Mark Kay, Kelly Hogan, Laura Spath, Bella Slake, and Buttergang.
- Introducing carbs back into the diet negatively affects performance and overall well-being.
- Fasting is beneficial for weight loss, satiation, and overall health.
30:24 Overcoming mainstream misconceptions and under-eating are obstacles to finding success in the carnivore diet.
- Mainstream opposition often dismisses the positive results of the diet despite evidence.
- Under-eating and fear of weight gain can hinder progress in healing and achieving desired results.
38:00 Keeping insulin low helps in burning fat.
- Eating smaller meals with more frequency can help if you struggle to eat enough on a carnivore diet.
- Intensity of exercise is individual, don't compare yourself to others.
- Start somewhere and take small steps to improve your health and fitness.
- Cutting out carbs and doing some activity increases insulin sensitivity.
- Protein and fats have minimal impact on insulin compared to carbohydrates.
45:36 Exercise stimulates the need for glucose and improves insulin sensitivity.
- High intensity workouts are better for stimulating glucose uptake.
- Walking after meals aids in glucose absorption and insulin management.
53:12 You can have too much fat, but it is difficult to do so.
- The Minnesota prison experiment showed that the group consuming carbohydrates overate by about 8000 calories, while the fat and protein group overate by 838 calories.
- There is no certain ratio of fat to protein that needs to be followed. It is suggested to focus on whole foods with a one-to-one ratio of protein to fat.
- Individual preferences and taste should also be taken into consideration when including butter in meals.
- If you feel like you need more fat initially, it may be beneficial for your health to consume more.
- Taking ownership and making it difficult to access sugary foods can help prevent falling off track with your diet.
- Staying accountable and consuming filling animal products can also reduce cravings for sugary foods.
1:00:48 Identify the triggers behind sugar cravings and address them
- Evaluate your emotional state and determine if unhappiness in one part of your life is causing sugar cravings
- Keep a diary of your moods to identify possible triggers like weather or work-related stress
- Adjust your meal times and composition to avoid fatigue and unnecessary sugar cravings
- Eating excess fat does not directly lead to fat storage, but it may be metabolized differently
- Beef protein powder is a convenient and versatile option for cooking and baking

Rebirth Through Ribeyes: Amy's Remarkable Recovery with Carnivore Diet. Protein saves her Kidneys
In my recent interview with 'Carnivore Diet Amy', her transformative journey with the carnivore diet was unveiled. Having been on the diet for a year, Amy attributes her miraculous recovery from Stage 3 kidney disease primarily to a regimen of ribeye steaks and fasting methods inspired by Jason Fung. Originally, her eGFR was alarmingly at 46 - a level dangerously close to necessitating dialysis. However, with her strict meat and animal fat diet, it shot up to an impressive 84. Furthermore, Amy saw her Creatinine levels reduce from 1.36 to just 0.83.
However, Amy's journey wasn't without its setbacks. When she reverted to her previous eating habits, not only did she regain weight, but she also added an additional 30 pounds. This frightening experience prompted her to firmly adopt the carnivore diet on August 1st, 2022. Within a year, she shed an astonishing 60 pounds. Amy refers to the carnivore diet as a literal life-saver, resorting to it for reasons she described as 'life and death'. To emphasize the dire state she was in before starting the diet, she revealed that her doctor had bleakly assessed her kidneys as being irreparably damaged, likening her bloodwork to that of a nonagenarian (someone of 90 years old)
Amy's motto: NOT PERFECTION JUST PROGRESS

Al Reeves' Journey from Fitness Decline to Bodybuilding Triumph
Al Reeves: Over 45 PURE ELITE WORLD CHAMPION & Certified PT Level 3
Dive into the world of personalized online coaching with an emphasis on training and KETO.
In 1994, Alan Reeves began his exploration into the realm of ketogenic nutrition, although it was widely recognized as the Atkins diet at that time. His initial discovery led him to the insights of Dr. Mauro D Pasqula, a proponent of the Anabolic diet. At 21, Alan's main ambition was muscle growth rather than weight loss.
By the age of 42, despite his relentless commitment to training, Alan noticed his physique changing. The once prominent six-pack abs he had at 35 had disappeared, and basic exercises like squats left him winded after just ten repetitions. But when he transitioned to a stricter keto regimen, the transformation was astonishing. Within two weeks, he shed 5kg of fat, with his jeans size remarkably dropping from 36 inches to a svelte 28 inches.
The year 2018 marked a significant milestone for Alan; at age 45, he clinched victory in his debut bodybuilding competition. Although he had previously earned the "Mr. England" title, it was a distinction focused more on modeling than bodybuilding.
With guidance from Keto Savage, Alan achieved a body fat reduction from 10% to 5%. For the complete story and detailed insights, watch our video interview!
Emphasizing the value of rigorous training, Alan believes, "Stimulation of training catalyzes growth." A follower of Shawn Baker from his early days, Alan also credits the keto lifestyle for curing his chronic acid reflux issue — a problem he had battled daily for years.
For those keen on delving deeper into nutrition, Alan highly recommends "WHEAT BELLY BOOK" by William Davies. Dive in and embark on a transformative journey with Al Reeves.

“It’s never easy sharing personal medical records. It’s considered so personal that we have laws protecting us against having to disclose our medical information. Yes, it’s a thing.
I never shared my medical records during my mental health breakdown until this week. SBS Korea, one of the three major broadcasting networks in Korea wanted to share my carnivorous journey in an upcoming documentary. They asked for any supportive collateral like medical records and old pictures, that would help share my story.
I’ve shared that I struggled with depression and an eating disorder in my past. But do I really want to share the nitty-gritty details? With anywhere from 1.5M to 10M people? While my healing journey has been considered a miracle, it’s still a story of a bulimic girl that was sent to the mental ward because she cared more about being thin than prioritizing her role as a mom…

Robert Sikes Keto Savage
Prior to finding keto, I had followed a traditional, "bro-dieting" approach to my nutrition. I would eat every 2 or 3 hours on the clock and I would count my calories and my macros to the gram. I followed this protocol for the first 5 years of my bodybuilding career. I experienced "success" in the sport in the sense of building muscle and being able to get incredibly lean for a competition but that success was short-lived and it was far from sustainable. I developed serious eating disorders and had a terrible relationship with food. Hormones would take a drastic nose dive with every prep I went through and mental clarity was all but lost. I was the poster boy example of a stereotypical bodybuilder…. Chicken and rice at every meal. Disordered eating. Zombie mode towards the latter half of my prep. Massive drops in strength and stamina. Zero sex drive. Unhealthy surges in body fat post-show followed by the negative cycle all over again. I was definitely not the ideal picture of health and I had no idea where to turn.

Of course Richard Smith (the keto pro) and Coach Stephen will also be answering but do make the most of having the hour with our esteemed guest Dr Robert Kiltz
Glycosylation is the reaction in which a carbohydrate (or 'glycan'), i.e. a glycosyl donor, is attached to a hydroxyl or other functional group of another molecule (a glycosyl acceptor) in order to form a glycoconjugate. In biology (but not always in chemistry), glycosylation usually refers to an enzyme-catalysed reaction, whereas glycation (also 'non-enzymatic glycation' and 'non-enzymatic glycosylation') may refer to a non-enzymatic reaction

Boil and Broth is a British bone broth manufacturer and producer of fermented drinks including water kefir juice and apple cider vinegar. Our apple cider vinegar is produced using apples from our own orchard. We are the only UK bone broth manufacturer to hold a dual license to produce and sell our bone broth for human and pet consumption.
Boil and Broth was founded back in March 2018 by Rachel Down. She started the business from one slow cooker in her house making bone broth and kefir water for friends and family. Rachel had recently transformed her health after suffering for 3 years from Candida overgrowth, a condition she developed after the birth of her two children. Rachel was unable to find support from conventional medicine, so researched gut health and that was when she discovered bone broth. Since reversing her health condition, Rachel has been on a mission to support other people with their health challenges. This has now extended into the pet industry where Boil and Broth are now becoming globally recognised.

From Turmoil to Triumph: How Stephen Williams Conquered Crohn's Disease with the Carnivore Diet
Welcome to a powerful and inspirational interview with Stephen Williams, a thriving strength coach who has combated the debilitating symptoms of Crohn's and IBS through the Carnivore diet. Born amidst tumultuous circumstances and a checkered past, Stephen has risen above the hurdles, transforming his life through resilience and strength.
A troubled teenager, expelled from school at 15, he squandered his youth and resources on reckless behavior and substance abuse. From indulging in alcohol, cocaine, and a flamboyant party lifestyle, Stephen's journey took a significant turn in 2000 when he began experiencing severe gut troubles.
Working as door security in Newcastle while battling health issues, Stephen was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's. He was told there was no cure. But he wasn't willing to accept that fate.
In his early years, Stephen discovered the transformative power of weightlifting and fitness. Despite a couple of years on medications that only exacerbated his symptoms, he noticed considerable improvements with higher protein diets.
In his quest for health, Stephen pursued various diets with minimal success and dug deep into books, expanding his knowledge on holistic and nutritional sciences. He educated himself on various diets, like the Metabolic diet, Weston Price's principles, and The Specific Carbohydrate Diet developed by Dr. Sidney Haas.
Drawing inspiration from several thought leaders and experts in fitness and health, including Stan "The Rhino" Efferding, creator of the Vertical Diet, Aajonus Vonderplanitz, author of "We Want to Live," and strength coaches like Charles R. Poliquin and Louie Simmons, Stephen started to see light at the end of the tunnel.
He became a personal trainer and embraced spirituality, turning his life around. He wanted to be a quality-driven strength coach, a dream that came true when he opened a personal training gym in 2011.
In the midst of his journey, Stephen faced another challenge when his son went astray. Committed to repairing their relationship, he provided his son with free training and coaching once he was released from jail, helping him get his life back on track.
Stephen continued to experiment with various diets, including the raw meat diet and diets recommended by Paul Saladino and Louie Simmons. These diets helped him to some extent, but his health issues persisted.
Three years ago, he discovered Dr. Shawn Baker and the Carnivore diet. Following Dr. Paul Saladino's "The Carnivore Code," he completely switched to a diet of beef, bacon, raw dairy, and eggs. And then just beef, salt and water. This dietary shift proved transformative, and he was soon symptom-free.
Stephen further refined his diet based on advice from Dr. Chaffee and Dr. Paul Mason, eliminating coffee and dairy for 180 days. He even joined Dr. Chaffee's challenge group, adopting the strict Salisbury diet, which he found even more beneficial than the Lion diet.
Having followed the Carnivore diet for three years now, Stephen's life is a testament to resilience, the power of knowledge, and the undeniable connection between diet and health.
Connect with Stephen and learn more about his inspiring journey on www.instagram.com/radicalstrengthcoach. His story will inspire and motivate you to explore the profound impact diet can have on overall health and wellbeing.

Know Where Your Meat Comes From: A Holistic Approach to Health with Niti Bali
In my recent interview with Niti Bali for our Carnivore Experience Channel, we had an enriching conversation about her unique upbringing and views on modern food production. Niti's childhood preceded the era of easily accessible information via the internet and prevalent use of telephones. This circumstance led her to cultivate an independent mindset and a penchant for self-education, honing her research skills through reading numerous books.
A critical turning point in Niti's life occurred at the tender age of 11 when she received a diagnosis that necessitated an informed approach to health. This event sparked her journey towards self-discovery and ignited her curiosity about health and nutrition.
Today, Niti finds herself discontent with the labyrinthine nature of the modern food industry. She is critical of its reliance on technical jargon, unnecessary fees, fines, and the need for costly subscriptions just to earn labels like 'organic.'
One of her key concerns is the counterintuitive pricing of fresh produce at farmer's markets compared to supermarkets. She questions why locally-sourced goods come with a higher price tag, despite supermarkets having to manage considerable overhead costs such as business rates, employees' wages, and extensive advertising. Shouldn't the farmer's market, with its direct farm-to-consumer model, be cheaper?
Beyond just nutrition and food economics, Niti's interests extend to the holistic well-being of individuals. She believes in the interplay of mind, body, and spirit to cultivate true happiness, advocating for a balanced approach to life. This profound conversation sheds light on many intricacies of our modern food system and the path to individual well-being.
