3MAD (Early Time Restricted Feeding, Eat in a Day)
The mini prime continues. Today I am trying the Early Time Restricted Feeding method (eTRF) and I am not sure it's right for me. I seem to do better with a delayed first meal of the day BUT I am always keen to try things first hand to see if it feels better for me. I did not really feel any better from doing it. I do realise i may need to try it for much longer to give it a proper trial. maybe next year. Along with glucose and ketone readings. Maybe.
Eating the RIGHT foods is obviously key. Make sure it is animal proteins and animal fats.

Fish Dishes (What I Eat in a Day)
Up until age 50 I was highly allergic to all types of seafood. Hospitalised twice! Once when sweet and sour chicken was ordered and it arrived and on eating I realised they'd made a mistake and given me prawns (the dish is covered in tempura style so I could not see this)
Another time is was a meat cake that did not mention fish as part of the ingredients.
This was before I learned about low-carb, then keto and now carnivore.
So many things have changed. I have no sun sensitivity, no rashes on my face, no athletes foot and NO ALLERGY to fish!
Hence I love fish now.

Eating Enough (What I eat in a Day
Eating enough. It's a problem for some people as they have been so conditioned that restriction is the way to get healthy.
It's all about easting ENOUGH of the RIGHT THINGS. At this point in the Chisel challenge I had lost 27lbs over the 15 weeks.
Here is a very short video with two days both OMAD but using the reduced eating window theory. Eating plenty of food within less than two hours when you do eat. So you are not eating for 22 hours per day or slightly more.
