Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video, it contains the meditation that you can listen to that will help you be in a fifth dimensional state of consciousness. I believe this video can change your life simply by listening to it and by doing this meditation.
Now, just before you get into the meditation, I wanted to explain a little bit about why to do this meditation and also what it is. So on the planet right now, we are moving from a level of consciousness of duality, of positionality, of being in the autopilot mind of really emphasizing time, linear space, causality, and a lot of times you'll see that in three d level of consciousness, it's reactive to the environment.
It's the news, it's the media. Everything in our society that has been controlled has kept us in a certain state of consciousness that has kept us from getting into who we really are. Now a fifth dimensional state of consciousness is that of connection. Feeling love between you and other people with the awareness that those other people are connected to you.
It's a level of consciousness of you being in your passion, you being in the authentic expression of who you are and really of you bringing in five d energy. These you are a multidimensional being. Whether you remember this or not, and being in the five d state of consciousness means you are bringing through the energy of more of who you are. This we forget who we are, we identify with our ego and because we identify with our ego, we stay trapped in the three d reality.
You are so much more than your ego and you're so much more than you can even imagine and when you start to tap into the fifth dimensional states of consciousness, you will also feel higher vibrational emotions. You'll find that when you go out into the world you just feel more connected to other people. You feel more joy, peace, love these becoming natural state of who you are and right now on the planet there is a shifting that is going on.
We are moving from a three d state level of consciousness into a five d level of consciousness. And you came here for this, whether you aware of it or not. Now the work of Dolores cannon for example, talks a lot about this five and three d earth split that's happening right now. How we, there's these two overlaid realities and as time goes on they're going to begin to spread.
It's going to be harder and harder to jump back and forth because these energies become more refined. Bashar has said the same thing before, but Shara has talked about it and said that there are metaphorical train tracks and it was happening as as time goes on, they're beginning to separate.
So the idea is to get on the train tracks that you prefer to be on because you want to be on the most optimal timeline. The law of one, the raw materials, some of the most, uh, profound channeled recordings of all time as talked about the harvest. The harvest is this dimensional shift.
We are going from what is called third density to fourth density. Now this is dimension. They are in a way they have some similarities, but what you can know is that we are moving to a fourth density state, which is also a fifth dimensional state of consciousness. Maybe I'll make a separate video on this explaining the difference.

The number one biggest power move you can make is to actually walk away. When you walk away, you signify and signal value out and that is extremely attractive to other people.
And in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly why walking away is the biggest power move you can make. I'm gonna show you what not to do and why the opposite of that ends up pushing them away.
And also, I'm gonna show you the mistakes to avoid when doing this. Because when done correctly, not only will you feel safe within yourself, you feel like you don't need anyone else to come around and you'll maintain your power, and that changes everything as a reflection.
Now, this reminds me of a experience in my own life where I used to do the opposite of this. What I would do is, I would be in a relationship with somebody, and especially, I remember this in the first relationship I was ever in, where I would choose someone sometimes, that also wasn't entirely choosing me.
And what I would then do is if they would pull back at all I would then think there was something wrong with me. And I would try to change that and I would try to control the situation.
And by being overly like alert to what they wanted, to what they needed, by reaching out to them, it would then actually push them away and have the opposite effect.
But in the first relationship I ever had, I learned the power of walking away and it had the opposite effect of what I actually thought. So what happened was, this was one of my first relationships.
From seven to 15, I had like no freedom at all, wasn't allowed to date, wasn't allowed to go to school dances or anything like that, had a controlling ex-stepmom in my life, my dad divorced her when I was 15 years old.
All of a sudden, I have all this freedom. At about 17, that was when I had my first girlfriend. And it was a relationship where it was like I wasn't fully being chosen and I was okay with that. I was like staying in the relationship.
I remember at one point there was this school dance and instead of us going to the school dance together, she went with an ex-boyfriend and a lot of her friends and other people were like, "That's so messed up."
I didn't even think it was that. I was just like, "Oh, well that's just I'm not worthy," or something like that. And it was a dynamic where I felt like once again, there's something wrong with me.
And what ended up happening through this, is it was mainly because at that time, from seven to 15, I wasn't allowed to have friends. I didn't have as much social emotional maturity and I didn't have many friends at the time.
That was one of the reasons, I think, that relationship was so meaningful is 'cause I literally had no other friends or no other friend group for the most part.
What ended up happening is as her and I weren't really working out and we were like not together anymore, after a period of time, I started making new friends.
I started to expand my social circle. Then what happened is, there was another girl that I was interested in that actually liked me.
What ended up happening, ironically enough, is as I was moving into that, as I completely let go and I walked away from the situation because I started to understand my own sense of self-worth, and also at the time, I then would hear from other girls in high school and stuff that they were attracted to my brother and I, because we were actually then allowed to actually have our own look.
We grew out our hair. We were able to dress the way that we wanted because from seven to 15, it was very strict. We had to shave our head. It was like military almost. I started to realize, "Oh, I'm actually worthy," or not only am I worthy just 'cause of the external stuff but I started to feel more worthy within myself.
I remember that as I started to come to this conclusion, this awareness, I completely cut ties and let that go.
As I walked away from that, as I let that go, I remember at one point I got a call and this person was really desiring to get back together.
They really cared about me, It all of a sudden, brought all of this dynamic to where then they started to understand and become aware of my own sense of value.
And I'll never forget that, because it was when I completely let go and I started to choose myself, and then I started to recognize my own sense of worth within myself, and I started to expand my social group and I stopped putting all the attention on that, that's when the energy completely reverted and then all of a sudden that attraction was there again.
Even in a different way, at other times, even more recently, like the last five or six years, where I was in a relationship.

This video will show you the most powerful way to raise your vibration. I'm going to show you practical tools towards really being able to let go of what doesn't serve you to then become the best version of yourself and to feel good. Almost all of the time.
Welcome back to another video. My name's Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.
Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the most powerful tools the most powerful perspective that has allowed me to feel good. A majority of the time now it's going to be an understanding that this is also the way that we raise our vibration in the quickest possible way. It's something I've shared a couple of times before but what I want to do is make a specific video about it so that you have a view you can come back to towards understanding how to raise your set point for how you feel. Now with this process. Understand that I'm going to be using it under the basis of this. Scale you may have seen many times on this channel it's from a scale that's from the book called Power versus force by David Hawkins and it's understanding that there are different levels of vibrational states of being.
Now under these levels you'll notice that at the bottom you have motion such as shame such as guilt such as anger and that eventually you move into wiliness neutrality above that you have closer to more of love acceptance than love and joy and peace all the way up to enlightenment. Now years ago I'm talking maybe five or six years ago and I'm not saying I'm perfect. I'm not saying I'm in lightened. But what I am saying is that four or five years ago before I started meditating and I really started to learn all this stuff before I did that I was mainly engrossed in the bottom emotional states of being. I was mainly feeling guilt I was feeling anger from my childhood and some of the things that I went through. I was having attachments to perspectives that just weren't serving me.
But this is what I realized when I started to meditate there was something that happened to me. I became very aware of my thoughts now. Our thoughts are always going to be from certain perspectives and there's going to be certain momentum from our thoughts. So I had a lot of thoughts that were in momentums and a perpetual loops of feeling anger about certain things of feeling shame or guilt for things I may have could have done but I didn't do. And those would be self perpetual. But the moment I started to meditate I started to observe my thoughts. And this is the difference between observing thoughts to controlling the major game changer for me that when it came to raising my vibration was when I was able to observe my thoughts rather than react because the first two or three days I started meditating.
I was so focused on trying to control my thoughts. I was learned about the secret and I knew the idea of our thoughts were creating our experience so I became like this person that was trying to control and if I had a negative thought I would like kind of try to get it out of my mind and I would resist it that causes more of that perpetuation that game changer was when I let the thoughts be there and I observe them from a neutral place I wouldn't label them as good or bad. They just simply were. That was the game changer. Now let's look at where that is on the scale. If you go down to wiliness what you realize you have willingness and an under that neutrality. Neutrality is where all the power is because as you are able to observe your thoughts it takes the charge of these lower emotions out of the equation.
Now the best and most powerful way to do this is through the medium of forgiveness for good. Anybody that's ever done anything wrong to you forgive yourself for any situation you may have put yourself in. And as you simply let things be as you forgive you neutralize. That's where all the power is and letting go of all these perspectives that no longer served in all these lower emotional states of being. Because remember these emotional states of being are on loops they're going to continue to perpetuate themselves. And as we fall back into the habitual hypnotic thoughts that we have because as scientists show most of what we think is on repetition we keep falling back and falling back into that realm of thinking.
But the key is to become aware of the way we think is to become aware and able to neutralize it. So realize that neutrality is one of the most powerful ways to let go all the negative perspectives and the most powerful way to...

What Happens When You LET SOMEONE GO Energetically?

When you energetically let somebody go, it completely changes the energy around the situation. And so many times I've seen it where when people actually let somebody go, it allows them to bring their energy back, and then it changes the whole entire dynamic.
So in this video, I'm gonna show you why that is, what actually happens energetically, and what you can do about this to shift the energy, to allow yourself to be more centered, and safe inside of your own frame, and ultimately also more magnetic.
Now, when thinking about this, and you look at it, have you ever seen this happen in your own life with friends, with family, with anybody you've seen go through this, where let's say somebody goes through a breakup, and they're taking it really hard, and it's really hard for them, and they just can't get someone out of their mind, they're thinking about this person getting back to them, they're thinking of ways of like re-engaging with somebody else, but no matter what they do, it seems like it's actually making the situation worse.
And then something might happen where they'll go out with friends, they'll go do something, maybe go on a vacation, or they'll start to focus on their own self-growth or something. And they stop investing their energy into that specific person, and then all of a sudden the energy shifts, and that person reaches out, there's a different type of energy there, and it's almost like that person has more vibrancy and more energy.
Well, what is happening energetically between these two different people is what you wanna understand when it comes to letting someone go. The reason the energy changes so much when you let someone go is you stop projecting energy at them.
So energetically, when you think of this, think of almost like two stick figures, and think of like a ball around these two stick figures.
And this ball of energy is simply the energy field. We all have an energetic field that goes far beyond our body, and what happens is when we are thinking of somebody else, we are literally sending them energy, and projecting energy at them.
Now there's an interesting thing that also happens with this, which I'll get into, where normally the person, not normally, but sometimes what might happen is the person that is,
the person wants space.
They're literally wanting space and they're wanting to separate from the energy, they're wanting to get back to themselves. And what happens is the more somebody's sending energy at them, they're feeling that.
And anytime we think, like we live in a collective consciousness where all of us are connected. So when we think of somebody else, we project energy at them. And I know this too, I did a live event recently, here in Austin, and it is so crazy.
One of the the guests came up, one of the participants, and she came on stage to be coached. She's like, "Wow." She's like, "When I'm up here, I feel so high." She felt high when she was on stage.
And there is something that's very often known in the speaker community of people that do live events, there's a high that happens. And so it's very important for people to be integrity, because they can abuse that high, that energy, that power in a way.
And what it is though is when many people are focused on someone, they're projecting energy at this person. Now what happens is when we're thinking of someone continuously, and we're in a relationship with somebody else, our energy fields are literally inter-twingled like inter dwindled or tangled, entangled.
And what happens is when we want space, we are moving that energy back to be separate. Now what happens is if somebody, if two people decide, or maybe one person decides that they're gonna end the relationship, and maybe somebody else is distraught about it, the more this person thinks of that person, and wants things to be different, the more that that is actually pulling the person to go away, it's literally repelling them.
And think about the person that is thinking about this person, this other person, they're feeling resistance. They're feeling, this person's maybe not responding to me, there's something wrong, this person's not coming around, there's something wrong.
I want this, which means I lack this, which means this person is doing what I want, so it's wrong, and then that resistance is being projected at the other person, because whatever we feel, other people feel, we're projecting it out to them.
So in the energy of projecting that energy towards somebody else, they're literally feeling that energy and it is having them go away and walk away. Now, energetically, when you let go, it allows the energy to then clear, which then has a magnetizing effect.

This meditation will change your life. If you listened to this meditation for the next 21 days, you will find that you become the best version of you you can imagine and you'll find that your life changes and they very powerful way
It is recommended that you listen to this meditation at night before bed, using headphones. Make yourself comfortable. Notice how soft your bed may feel. Notice how the sheets feel, any clothes that you are wearing and how your bed feels underneath your back.
Realize with every breath you take, you feel your body becoming more and more relaxed. You are able to easily let go of anything from your day able to just simply let it go and know that with every breath you take, the more relaxed you feel. Taking a deep breath into your nose, breathe it out through your mouth and relax.
Set the intention right now that this is some of the best nights sleep that you have ever had and set the intention that when you wake up in the morning, you feel energized, excited, and happy, and simply know that that will come to be.
Notice the sensation at the top of your head. Bring the awareness to the top of your head. Notice what you feel. Imagine that there is a healing energy that is spinning and as it spins, you feel healing energy flow through wherever you put awareness.
Now imagine that this energy, this ball of energy that represents healing, imagine that it is warm, relaxing. Anywhere it goes anywhere you put that awareness. Now put that awareness in your forehead and feel your forehead. Begin to relax. Feel that warm sensation.
Go now to your eye and feel your eye muscles begin to relax, but the sensation now to your cheeks. Noticing how relaxed and loose your jaw feel. Notice how relaxed your tongue is, how calm you feel. Bring the awareness and the sensation now to your neck. Imagine this warm energy, relaxing your neck.
Bring the awareness now into your left arm, your left, and imagine it loosening up and relax. Letting go. Bring the awareness now to your right arm, your right hand. Fill it. Loosen up and relax. With every breath you take, you can feel your muscles relaxing more and more.
Bring the awareness now into your chest, feeling the energy inside of your heart feel and notice there is a buzz sensation there. It starts off. Light begins to increase. This loving energy is inside of your heart. And imagine this warm energy, their healing, the energy in your chest. You begin to feel this vibration res.
You begin to feel calm, yet a high vibration of love in your heart. Feel this energy begin to increase. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You will find yourself relaxing more and more. You will find you feel this love in your heart. Begin to increase more and more as you relax.
Feel this sensation in your heart. 10 feel that energy in your heart and feel how relaxed you feel. Nine, feeling an increase of love in your heart. A very warm sensation. Also helping you to feel very relaxed. Eight feel this sensation doubling with every number. I count every number. I get closer to one.
You feel an increase of this love and an increase of this relaxation. Seven. Six feel this energy begin to increase more and more. Five, doubling with every number I count for feeling it more and more so relaxed. Three. Two. As I get closer now you feel double the sensation of love and relaxation and wine.
Notice how calm you feel. Notice how relaxed you feel, and now put the sensation and the energy into your app to men. Feel your abdomen begin to relax more and more relaxation flowing through your body, but this sensation now in your hips.
Become aware of how relaxed you feel, how you've released any tension, and feel how gentle each breath that you take is now bringing the awareness now to your left. Lay awake in the loosen up. Relax your left foot.

Welcome back to another video My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you how you can sleep and grow rich with this technique. Now the idea behind this is understanding that we have an ability to influence our subconscious mind in a very powerful way. And what all we doing at this video is giving you some practical tools towards applying what is called this an LP technique. Neuro-Linguistic Programming using this powerful tool to influence your subconscious mind in a powerful way so that over the course of the next couple of weeks you feel completely different about yourself and you start to see massive results in your life. Now this is something that I've talked before about on this channel is understanding the power of the the window. Right before we go to bed at night the 10 to 15 minute window is when our brain wave activity is going for more of a alpha beta state into a theta state and that theta state is where we have much more power over our subconscious mind.
We're much more closer to the suggestibility of our subconscious mind and as we feel the emotions as we go to bed and that's when we have the most power over influence in our subconscious mind now not to die just kind of gave it a basis there so we know the context of the video that I'm about to do in the technique I'm about to give you because what I've found recently this is something that for me is just a couple of weeks old as I've been doing this technique and it's been given me amazing results and what I did is I just applied this A.P. technique to this idea of understanding it is something that as if it was my life in many ways.
Now here's the technique and here's what we're going to do. What we're going to do is we're going to break down first off the intention for what we want to create in our life or one major thing that we want to happen. What we do is we focus on that one thing we focus and we turn it into what is called a mental image a mental image could be a snapshot. It could be one scene like kind of like in a movie of something that makes you feel a certain way. Now this is important as you look at this mental image. Let me give you some examples. Say your intention is to run your own business or to make a certain amount per month or per year.
Have a visualization or a snapshot of what that means to you or a scenario of you being in that see yourself in that situation and really make sure you can feel it if you're having a hard time feeling. You could just put your hands over your heart like this and you could focus on being in that situation. Now the idea is that as you are evoking in this emotion as you are looking at that snapshot that represents a symbol to you that symbol is what you want to create. And that symbol is also the emotions that that feeling or that the emotions of what that snapshot will bring you whatever the manifestation is that you want. Now what we are going to do with this A.P. technique is we're going to anchor that snapshot anchor that whole idea into one word that word can be whatever's related to it.
So let me give you an example of a couple of different ways we can do that. Me I use the word of either abundance or wealth now. Wealth because my intention is to be able to grow myself and grow within and and also grow without so that I can have more freedom to make different types of content for you guys. So I have a certain image of what that would represent to me which has to do. I'll just let you just tell you guys what it is is traveling and being able to speak. So I had that image of me you know being told to get on planes going up going places and then being in front of a crowd and speaking as I have that image.
There is a certain emotion that that invokes within me. And then what I do is I anchor in an as I'm in the peak of that visualization. What I do is I think of the word wealth or the word abundance. And what I do is I create an anchor with my hands. For me I just pinch my index finger to my thumb like this. Now this creates a physical anchor to where in the future as I look at this image or as I even go like this there is an ability to generate that state from within. Now what you can do is say you have a visualization of you want to be in a relationship. So what you can do is you could think of being in the relationship a certain scenario and what you do is you wait till you get to the peak of that moment until...

This video I'm going to be sharing with you fifth dimensional habits that will raise your vibration instantly. These are gonna be things that when you start to apply in your life, you start to perceive more of the fifth dimension. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now, this video I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding fifth dimensional energy, understanding these habits that if you start to do now will allow you to let go of the lower vibrational states, lower vibrational things that are holding you down so that you start to exist in a higher state of consciousness, and if you want to know the benefits of this, the first benefit is that you're literally going to be feeling better. You're going to feel it in a higher vibrational state. You're going to relate to people in a more connective way is about.
It's more of like an experience that you have when you start to apply these habits than just some intellectual idea was like, Whoa, I am more loving now. It's like no one loving. Now he just whispered that he could feel it more, but it's about understanding fifth dimensional energy. Now what is the fifth dimension, but as the fourth dimension, the third dimension, these are all questions you might be asking yourself right now and in order to understand these, let's first off understand when we talk about these dimensions, it doesn't necessarily mean that these dimensions are different places. I mean sometimes it can be, but in general what I'm talking about here is a shift in consciousness where we in our daily lives can be embodying a quote unquote third dimensional level of consciousness, sometimes a fourth dimensional level of consciousness or sometimes they fit dimensional level of consciousness depending on our energy state and depending on how we are relating to the world.
Now in general, I'm going to share with you some things. We're going to go down the rabbit hole a little bit. This rabbit hole is going to take us a little bit further down, so just stay with me with this is is about understanding. First off, why are you here right now? Why aren't you on earth right now? Because at a grander level, you already mortal spiritual being that is having a temporary human experience. This is something that many teachings around the world have known for thousands of years and it is one of the main purposes of our life is to remember that we are not just the ego structure and the ego structure wants proof of everything. The Ego structure wants to say, well, this is real. That is not real. And the ego wants to measure everything, but when you start to more so embrace your spiritual self and you start to more so understand that you are a spiritual being.
That's when your whole entire life will change. So in a way earth is a form of game. It is a game to be here and part of the game is for us to remember who we are because this is a temporary human experience. Now imagine you're playing a video game and in that video game, you know the whole entire time it's a game and you just start messing stuff up because you just, you just know it's a game. Well, the reason that when we come to Earth, we forget who we are, is that we think it is real because if you're just playing the game sims and you got someone that's like inside the living room and you make them go eat some wheaties and then you make them go do this. You don't take that as serious as if it really does have an effect on you and there really are consequences of cause and effect.
So the idea is that when we come here, we go through what is called a veil of forgetfulness. That's honestly what makes Earth a more difficult place is that we forget our connection to source. As we become socially conditioned, as we grow up, and that's painful, but the beauty of it is that then eventually you remember who you are and when you remembered that you are in immortal, spiritual being, having a temporary human experience, a lot will begin to change in your life. Then you'll start to understand that reality is what you make it....

This video is going to show you three truths about spirit guides that nobody tells you. I'm going to share with you this new understanding, this updated understanding of what they are, how do we connect to them, and the truth about the whole process. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the three truths about spirit guides that nobody tells you. I'm going to show you ways of connecting to them and how to understand how you can trust yourself more in the present moment right now because at a certain level you always have guidance. Now, this is something that I've seen people make videos about before and while I think that inherent in reality itself, that our beliefs create our reality so we will perceive of things that are in alignment with what we believe to be true.
Now, Spirit guides is one of those things that in a way it presents itself based upon what we believe to be true, because that's how we feel comfortable. Now, I'm not saying in any means that spirit guides aren't real. What I am saying is that the way in which it is presented to us will depend upon our own belief system. So many times if we have maybe a certain religion, maybe we see them as more of angelic type beans. Now if we have some other belief system about it, maybe it's somebody that has passed on from the past or maybe it's some type of a spirits in the sense of some type of culture. It just kind of depends on our belief system first off as to how they are presented to us now at a certain level, it could be a one on one reflection to something that you in a way I've experienced before or maybe it's like a grandparent or great grandparents that passed away.
That's a spirit guide. That can also be an experience as well. However, what I want to impart to you and the way I'm going to be explained in this video is under a couple main premises now. One of them is that we are immortal, spiritual beings having a temporary human experiences. So what this means is that at a deeper level we exist now, therefore we will always exist. So at a certain level we can relax. We don't have to think things are as serious as they appear to be. Life is meant to be in experience. And when we start to have this frame, this understanding, it makes it a lot easier to understand the truth about who we are. And the truth is we exist now. We will always exist. And this is something that quantum physics shows us. This is something that we have learned because energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
It's simply is. So that's something that can be very empowering. Now in our life experience, we experience our world through the five senses. We can hear, we can touch, we can see we taste. All of these things are interpreters of vibration. That's how we interpret our reality is with the different senses that we have that interpret what is around us. Now, here's the cool thing. There are sounds that the human ear can't hear. Sounds like in like the sound of a dog whistle, like really liar, low or high pitched frequencies, we can't. We can't hear that with our human ear, but does that mean that doesn't exist in the same way? There are certain color light spectrums that we can see and if it's between certain shades we can see it, but if there's things that are infrared or if there's things that are x ray, we can't see it, but does that mean it doesn't exist?
So the idea is that our senses are very limited with what we experience in our life. We can understand that there are vibrations everywhere. There are many different interpretations of reality. So this also helps us expand our definition of who we are. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you something that I think is revolutionary when it comes to ways and healing modalities we can use, and it's a Hawaiian technique that is founded by a doctor or that was founded by a doctor that was studying that of mental patients that were in a form of ward.
And what are you would notice is that when he would do this certain modality, what he found out was groundbreaking. It's different. This is deeper than I ever imagined because I've always known about Ho'oponopono. Not Always, but I have known about it for probably like the last six or seven since I've been on the spiritual awakening journey.
I've heard of it many, many times, but I never looked too far into it until recently. And it, it really is the deepest level of reality. The things that I've studied with metaphysics. It touches on that and it explains it in a way that makes it much easier to understand. So Pono Pono Pono will help you to heal different aspects of your life, especially relationships with other people.
And it's because it gets to the roots of the way reality works. It gets to the roots of how reality and why reality is the way that it is. So this goes very deep. Now when we look at Pono Pono Pono, I want to share a little bit about it because I want to give credit to the process itself.
It's a Hawaiian technique that came from a doctor. His name was doctor Akio. Aha. I practiced this like five times before I did it because I wanted to say it right. Alchiali Alcala Ah, Kellyocg all up. I had it. I swear I had it. I'll call it. Ah, it's just a word. It's one of those words, you know? Um, Dr Alchiali Alcala I think that was, it don't mean... I want to be respectful with it.
I'm trying my best to say it. But it was a doctor that was in these mental wards and what he was these mental wars with people that were, had all of these different profile cases. Some of them had killed other people. These people who've done all these, um, these horrible things.
And what he was able to do is he founded this technique. He founded the truth, this truth about reality. And as he began to do this technique, these people began to come in to find more of themselves. These people started to heal as he did the technique. Now how could it be that he does a certain technique or he sends some words and does this little processes and then these other people transform their lives? How could that be?
Well, this is what he realized and this is very deep. What am I about to share with you? And this is why I think it's absolutely genius and I think it's an amazing process. What we think of as out there
isn't really out there. What we think about there is actually in here, this is what the process is founded upon this understanding, this realization.
So what he realized is instead of him trying to change all the patients, what he did is he changed the patients within him. He changed the interpretation he had of them. He changed the perception he had of them because he realized he was creating them. You see, this is when we get deeper into reality.
Everything is a reflection. And what he realized is if he changed his interpretation of them cause he realized he was creating them, we'd say, how was he creating them? Well, if you, we have a belief or a judgment that somebody is quote crazy, we're creating that label, that judgment and therefore creating that experience. If we don't agree to the premise that they are crazy people, then we don't affirm our reality for that.
So it gets very interesting because it could be that as we change our perception of them, we shift to a reality where they're not crazy, where they actually heal. So this is where reality starts to become very slippery. But that's why I think this is a....

Welcome back to the video. My name is Aaron and I hope people expand their consciousness on this video. I'm going to be sharing with you those three ways that you can apply in your life that can really allow you to love yourself 100 percent. Now understand that when you love yourself 100 percent you then give the opportunity for other people to love you as well. Now there may be some people that love you no matter what. That are unconditional with it. But many times we get a reflection of who we are being. So if we don't appreciate who we are and we're not focused on we know what we're grateful for for ourselves and many times people will kind of be blind to it. Understand that when you go out into public you are projecting your self image out and the emotions you feel about yourself are contagious to other people. So to have magnetic energy and to really have you know the ability for people to love you you must first love yourself. Now normally it's kind of counterintuitive you would think that in order to love yourself it's more about taking on these new perspectives of Pioline on you know these things that are good about yourself and that can be powerful.
But the key is not so much on the piling on it's more about the letting go. You see the reason I say this is because love and unconditional love is actually our natural state of being when we are born. Now I know that sounds kind of weird because you know it seems so unnatural for us to love ourselves but understand that that's based on conditioning. We've been conditioned to not love ourselves. We've been conditioned to have all these rules as to how we can love ourselves and why we should or why we should and we've had all these magazine companies and all these advertisements that show the perfect models of how we're supposed to be and if we're not you know we need some type of pills. We need some type of weight loss formula in order to look exactly like them you see but that's just conditioning.
That's not really true. We think it's true. We might think it's true we might buy into it and that's where some of the pain might come from. But love is our natural state of being. I believe that love is everyone's natural state of being that when we put labels in our mind when we're focused on other perspectives we create barriers between ourselves and that causes a lot of the problems we have in the world. But get back to the core of who you are and the reason I say this is because when you realize that your natural state of love it's less about shrine and it's more about just letting go letting go of perspectives that no longer serve. Letting go of all the baggage that we may have been carrying around imagine you've been walking around with other people's baggage other people's beliefs of when we grew up we were picking up these baggage as we were walking around with other people's beliefs and we're lugging them around on our back.
And it's so tiresome to bring them everywhere we go. But now what we're learning is that we can let them go that they're not really even our beliefs. They were just things that we picked up that we thought we identified with we thought oh I'm supposed to pick this up and to carry this around. This is what everyone else is doing. Everyone else is carrying luggage around looking to hire some armfuls to do the same thing. What I'm encouraging you in this video is that you can let that luggage go. You can realize self-love is your natural state of being and that as you start to understand this you can let go of everything that is answer.
Now the first powerful way to really love yourself is to forgive yourself. Now of course you can forgive other people for everything they've done. But let me tell and share with you the most powerful way I've found to forgive other people and to forgive even myself is having the perspective that wherever I was in my life when I made a certain decision that was where I was at. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the magic of detachment and letting go and how when you trust this and you do this, it then gravitates things towards you and I'm going to share this not only for my own personal experience, just in general.
You can use this by the way, for anything. You can use this for love. You can use this for abundance. You can use this to get a new job or attract something, anything that you want, you can use this to attract. Now, the thing to understand about this is that you have the ability to generate the emotion inside and the feeling inside without needing any external thing to feel a certain way. Now the reason this is important to understand is because any time we want something else, we chase something else.
We are saying that I don't have that within myself. And one of the biggest desires there is within humans in general is to feel connected. And the moment we say I want that, we are actually emphasizing our separateness. You see, the more we raise our vibration and our level of consciousness, the more we realize we are everything we are at all.
So why would I want that over there when I realized I am that over there? Do you see it has to do with understanding a larger scope of consciousness. So that's what I'll be sharing with you in this video. This is why it makes such a big difference. Now first off, uh, it's understand that we think in the form of mental pictures.
We think in the form of mental pictures. Some of these mental pictures, not, not everyone's completely visual, but we think in the term of mental pictures and when we think of things and we want something, maybe we want a goal or something that it is, maybe it's money, maybe it's love.
We infuse all these other mental pictures that we have about why we can't have it, why we can have it. The kind of person that we attract. All of these different mental pictures go in place and then that creates resistance. So this is about becoming aware of those mental pictures. This is about understanding that anything we are attached to, we are creating resistance around.
There's been times in my life where I realized that if I really want something or just wanted in general, I resist it. But if I move into that of not caring, it's almost in a way you could say as well, the more you're able to not care which way it goes, doesn't mean you're apathetic, but the more you're able to not care one way or the other, the more power you have.
That's why letting go of the outcome signals abundance. Think about that too. Letting go of the outcome actually signals abundance. If you are around someone else that you're attracted to and you're like thinking of every little thing you're going to do and you're like, Oh, am I doing this the right way? Am I going to say this the right way?
You're going to feel stifled. You're going to feel resistant, you're going to think too much and overthink things and subconsciously the other person's going to be able to feel that energy off of you. However, if you were to let go and not care, you'd give yourself a lot more permission to just be yourself.
And when you are just being yourself and you are unapologetic about what people think about you, that is attractive. And the reason that's attractive is because it shows that...

Basically, the understanding, and I have to give this to give us the context for it, is seeing the theory, or the idea, that parallel realities, there are an infinite number of them that exist right now in this moment, that there is a parallel reality where you are a billionaire, there is a parallel reality where you have no money at all, and everything that you can possibly imagine in between.

"The idea behind this is that we are constantly shifting through parallel realities, and that depending upon who we are being in the moment, the beliefs that we have, and the state of being that we're in, the action that we're taking, that will determine which parallel reality we shift to. "Most people, when they think of the lottery, and winning the lottery, when they go to get the numbers, they are focused on, "I hope I pick the the winning numbers." That's what they're focused on. But understand that the numbers haven't even been chosen yet. It's about picking numbers, maybe you pick numbers you're passionate about, do numbers that you like, you pick those numbers, then from that point forward it's about shifting to the parallel reality where you have won. This is a very different perspective of looking at it, because it comes with the awareness that all realities exist. There is a parallel realities at the time you choose the numbers that you could shift to, but the degree to which you shift to it will depend upon your state of being for what you're doing and the beliefs that you have as to whether you can even do that.

"Understand that one thing you could do is follow your passion, be excited, in an excited state of being, in order to shift to it. Because if you imagine that when you are doing what you love doing, you are automatically opening up those probable ... You're making it more probable that that is something that you shift to depending upon your state of being. Focus on being in that state. Focus on really looking at the beliefs that you have, because many people will say that they want to win the lottery, but they'll have a very strong belief that thinks that once you become rich you're a horrible person, or they think that that it's not a spiritual thing, that's the funniest one, to become wealthy. When we start to see that those beliefs might kind of come up, we can look at those beliefs and choose to let them go.

"Another very powerful process for shifting to that reality involves you looking at that reality using your imagination. Right now, imagine what would happen if you won the lottery. Imagine how you would feel. Imagine after a couple days of winning the lottery, what your body language would be like. How would you look around? What kind of thoughts would you have consistently? How would you habitually act? How would you talk to your friends and family? What kind of state would be in when you do that? Understand that when you imagine this probable self that exists right now in this moment, you are then beginning to actually sync up with that version of you.

"The key to this is to then just know that that is who you are. Begin to actually mimic that version of yourself. You could even do this in your room. You could do it when no one else is looking. You could begin to mimic the way that person acts, and as you begin to do that, you start to become that version of you. Realize that there is an infinite number of versions of you, and the reason you would focus or you would shift to that would depend upon how you are being in the moment and how you identify yourself to be.

Also, ask yourself the question, is it relevant for me to win the lottery? This video. I'm going to show you how to have money, relationships and success chase you. What I share in this video is the key to transformation and it's the key to creating what you want from a higher level of consciousness.
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video I'm going to be sharing with you how you can stop chasing it and how it can start to chase you, whether that be success, money, relationships, whatever it is.
This has been one of probably the most profound realizations that I've had since I've been on this journey of understanding metaphysics or how our thoughts create our reality. Understanding the way reality works in a way to where then you can in a way kind of hack it and when I learned this, it changed everything because most self development content has to do with that of willpower has to do with that of discipline.
Thinking about something consistently, even when you look at a lot of what you learned in the movie, the secret for example, it's about focusing. It's about wanting. It's about desire. But as you may have seen me share before on the level of consciousness, I'll go ahead and put the chart right here.
The level of consciousness you see, desire resonates at 125 desire doesn't resonate at that high level of a consciousness. That's because when you desire something, you are energetically also saying that you don't currently have it. So a desire is also many times tied to that of a longing, a longing for something. So when we look at these different levels of consciousness, we can see that eventually you see desire, then you'll see willingness.
Willingness is the willpower. Now, where our society has been and where a lot of personal development content is, is that willpower because most people are clearing the bottom layers and then getting into a sense of powerfulness.
You don't feel very powerful if you don't have the discipline or you can't set intentions on what you want or focus on what you want and that many times will move people in a certain direction. So it is very powerful. Willpower can be very powerful.
But when it comes to this understanding, I remember I was with someone at work once and she was telling me she was, we were talking about somebody else that worked there. Um, Gus, that bean, but he was, it was a like a friend of ours and he was trying to um, like get in a relationship with this one girl.
And we realized that the more he chased her, the more she ran away. Does that make sense? So the more somebody wants someone else, the more someone else can feel that energy, they then go further away. And it's because of the energy resonance is because they can feel that neediness from that person.
So therefore they're running. So they're chasing them. But if they're chasing them, it means that the other person's running away. So you see this as a two, two way thing when it comes to that of relationships, success and money. When it wants to come to you, it wants to come to you.
But it's running away because the energy field that you have says I really, really want you. And then you look like crazy and like you, you just really, really need it. And of course that off puts it in general. So the key is understanding that when you really, really want you vibrationally say, I really, really don't currently have, and then there's this desperate resistance to it because right now in the present moment it's not good enough.
It's not good enough because in the future when you have that thing, when you have that relationship, when you have that money, when you have that success, then you can feel happy. So your energy fields in the present moment carries with it a sense of lack.
But if you were in to instead feel the abundance that you have right now and you were to instead feel the emotions that you'd want to experience right now, eventually those things because of vibrational resonance can make them appear. This video I'm going to be sharing with you a guided meditation that will open your third eye. My name is Aaron. Expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you a process that you can use in your own life to open up your third eye and as the new style of these videos, I'm going to be doing what I've been doing, which is a, in the beginning, a five to 10 minute explanation of how we go about this process. The, uh, kind of like the understanding of how to do it. And then the last part of it will be that of the actual meditation that will help to wire it in.
Now, let me say that recently I have been studying the third I way more than I normally do. Now normally it's all about the practical tools towards understanding how our story is creating our experience. Beliefs create reality. How to transcend certain beliefs and for the longest time I kind of put this in the background because I've had a couple videos that I did a year or two ago that got almost a million views on that have the third eye and I realized that there's such a strong interest for people, but I just felt like I wasn't as passionate about it so I put it in the background. Then what happened is recently I've been more interested in expanding my awareness when it comes to that of understanding the third eyes, some more of the esoteric type practices and it was actually my grandpa that explained to me and told me about these guided meditations in this process from what is called the Monroe Institute.
So the Monroe Institute is something I've heard of before and it's been around for quite a while now and it deals with understanding how we can expand our awareness using meditations and exercises that helped to see us more than that of just physical reality. Like to see us more as just a who we think we are kind of expands that perception now. He and I had a conversation recently and my grandpa and he told me that in the nineties he did it and it really transformed his own consciousness and the way that he goes about doing what he does, like he has a. he's always been kind of and had the ability to see auras. He's always had these. Well, he's developed and practice that as well, but he's explained to me that if I did these meditations and I went through this process that he was almost certain that it would expand my awareness and helped me to see things from a completely new point of view.
So I decided that what I was doing was going to get those. So I got that CD set and it's hard to find and it's not cheap. It's a six CD set, six cds I paid over. I got them on sale, I got a great deal on them and I paid almost $400 for them. So the reason I say this to you is because some of the information I'm going to be sharing this video is going to be stuff from that and just know it is a credible source. It's been around for a long time. You can read reviews on it. It's something that's very powerful and it's something I want to share with you guys in my own way by doing the guided meditation that uses some of the principles from it that can help you also expand your awareness and help you expand your and open your third eye.
And before we get into that and the actual process, let me explain a little bit of my perception of the third eye itself. Now normally the stereotypical way that we think about the third eye as we almost kind of put it on this pedestal and we think that it's this really mystical type experience that we must have and we get all these expectations to it. Now. Not that the third eye is not mystical and not that we're not going to have a experiences beyond that of what we think to be like possible. Like we can really open up to a whole new reality, but it's about understanding. Let's understand the philosophy of the third eye first. In this video I'm going to be sharing with you the three things that all starseeds must know for 2019. If you're watching this video right now, then you are one of them and I have some stuff to share with you. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video, I'm going to be sharing with you a little bit more about star seats, understanding who we are at a greater consciousness level, understanding the multidimensionality of who we are and what our mission on earth is right now. Uh, first off, let me just throw this out the gate right now. If you are here right now, that this is for you, because you cannot perceive that which you are not the vibration up. So if you're here right now, synchronistically, maybe you saw the video as a suggested video, or maybe you just saw the video and you clicked on it.
Then this is related to you. Now, let me explain to you why also when we stayed, when we say star seats, the implication of a star seed by the way, is somebody whose sole has a strong connection to a parallel life on a different existence or planet. Now, this might sound kind of woo woo, but understand that we are multidimensional beans. Now, the key to this though is understanding that every single person on this earth is multidimensional. Now the reason I say this is because sometimes we're like, well, I am a star. Steven de are not starseeds are just more activated or have processed a lot of the social conditioning and a lot of past experiences, so there are more aware of who they are. We all have connections to many different star systems because we are immortal spiritual beings living in a small human body for a small period of time, so we wouldn't incarnate all of our energy, which we are a vast being on just one planet.
Now, some people on earth may have had many, many, many thousands of lives, whereas somebody else may have just had a couple but a lot of lives in different reality systems. So the reason I say this is because then you can really understand that we're all multidimensional. The key to you being a star seed though is a couple characteristics that I'm going to explain. They're going to help you understand a little bit more about your mission on earth, why you're here right now, and how to best move forward, especially in 2019. So there was a call that was put out in the early 19 hundreds in this call. Had to do with the the bomb or maybe was the mid 1900 [inaudible] 19 thirties. When the planet was going down a road of destruction. There was a call that was put out because as a planet we were messing around with that of nuclear power.
And the thing is is we have free will on earth, but if we do something that then affects all the neighboring galaxies, which if you put off a nuclear bomb, it does affect all the other galaxies because we're all connected. If that happens, then many times there is a need for some type of change because it is not allowed for us to, to influence all the other neighboring star systems with what we are doing on our planet. Because this is a planet of free will. This is a planet. Also have a masterclass. If you are here right now, make no mistake you are a master soul. Doesn't mean we have to grip this big old ego with it, but understand that to be here because this is one of the only places in the universe or in in the galaxy where you forget who you are at the degree that earth has it, we feel separated from source.
Many different other planets that you come that may be still 3d. You remember who you are or you are at least top that. And it's something that you know, going into that life. However, here you completely forget, you go through Amnesia, you go through the birth process, you have social conditioning growing up, you have the environment of your parents and all your friends and all this stuff and you forget who you are. So first off, understand that. If you're here right now, you are already a master. Yes, it is difficult here, but things are going to get better. Things are going to get better because we're going through an ascension right now and essentially of vibration. Just go within yourself and ask yourself, does this resonate with you? Go within your heart...

If you feel them pulling away or pushing away, and what you naturally do is you lean in or you try to get them to come back to you, that energy is what is actually propelling them to do it quicker.
It is repelling them from you. And in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly what to do if they're pulling away from you so that you can maintain in your own energy, you don't feel dependent on them, and how that also signifies more attraction than you can possibly imagine.
Now, first off, I understand. I get it.
If someone pulls away or if someone's walking away, there's a natural inclination to chase them. In my own life, I've had to learn this the hard way.
The hard way was they walk away, they don't choose you, and you then decide there's something wrong with me.
I must lean in. I must get them to understand my sense of self-worth. I must show them how worthy I am. I must show them that if I fix them, no one else will do that, and I will then be indispensable.
That's the belief. But what that actually does is it actually pushes them away even more. Why? Because of this simple energy dynamic. All right?
People feel what you feel. And when you think of someone, even though you may not physically be around them, you may feel this person pulling away from you from 40 miles away, energetically.
They're not responding to your text message. They're not getting back as quickly as they used to. And you may then say, you may be thinking about them. Why are they doing that?
Why are they being that way? Why don't they don't understand how worthy I am, or how valuable I am? Or why aren't they thinking about me? And then you start sending them energy.
So energetically, you're then sending them energy. And then they feel that and they feel kind of suffocated. And they feel suffocated. So then they want more space. And then they want more space. So what do you do again?
You double down again. Let me get even energetically closer. Let me call them three more times. Let me respond to even more texts. Let me do all of this. And then what happens is they feel uncomfortable.
Like, imagine I'm right here. The whole time we're doing this video, I'm pretty close. You might be feeling like, "Dude, just back up a little bit.”
And if I were to back up a little bit like this and do the video like this, you might be like, "Aaron, come a little bit closer. I want you a little bit closer."
Or maybe not, and I just make the video from this part of the frame, right? But that's the difference. That's what you're energetically doing when you go and you have somebody that might be pulling away a little bit.
When they pull away, they're saying, "I want some space." That's it. They want some space so that they can be in their own energy and then they may find that they actually miss you.
So many times what I've done is I bring the energy back to myself and past relationships, especially when I was in high school and stuff like that, bring the energy back to myself, stop focusing on them.
And all of a sudden, they come back around. They say, they start realizing. There's more feelings there than they thought.
Or they start then realizing because it also signifies value and self-respect when you put the awareness back in yourself, when you focus on your own life.
So energetically what happens is this. Imagine this. Are you liking this video? Do you like this video? Do you like it? I'm getting so close. Come on. Don't you like it? Don't you like?
And you're like, "Dude, just back up," right? And then I back up and you're like, "Oh, I have more space now to appreciate you.
I'd actually like you to come a little bit more close." And then here I am at a natural balance part of the frame.
This is a metaphor for how it works in the dynamic of dating and the dynamic of relationship. Realize the key to a relationship is not codependency.
And when you lean in and you're trying to fix and you're trying to get someone else to come around, a lot of times what that actually is at a deeper level, too, it's trying to get somebody else to come around so they can see your sense of self-worth.
They can validate. They can approve of you. They can see that you're worthy. What ends up happening though is the opposite effect happens. It's the opposite. You think in your mind, the belief is, if I lean in, if I try to control, and they will then come around.
It works the opposite. The degree to which you let go is the degree to which you give them space is the degree to which they are empowered to figure it out themselves.
That's when they really come within their own power. So understand that for this process, the key, the mantra that you wanna remember is to just let go.

This video, I'm going to be sharing with you why I stopped smoking weed or marijuana, how I did it, and how it's absolutely transformed my life since I've done so. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the why I quit smoking marijuana and how I did it and how it changed my life and baby. A perspective that you haven't heard before. Now, first off, let me say with this that I quit back in 2012, so it's been a while now, but I feel like I want to make this video because there's a perspective that I have with it that I think is a little bit different than you've heard of other people that may have talked about the same thing, how they used to do it and how they stopped doing it.
First off, let me say, you know, I live in Vegas. It's legal here, is legal becoming more and more legal other places. I'm not in any way saying that weed is bad or marijuana is bad. The question is not whether it's bad or good, I think the question is is isn't efficient and does it work for you? Because for a long time I was smoking and just to give you a little bit of a background on it, I used to have what is called Adhd, which means I was taking adderall so that I could focus which would like really help me focus, but the side effects of adderall where I couldn't eat very much and I couldn't sleep very much, so I took adderall for years. I worked a sales commission job at the time selling women's shoes and I remember I would take that during the day at work.
I'd be very focused. I would make a lot of money and then I would go home and at the end of the night it was. It would have trouble sleeping and I have trouble eating well. What takes care of that? Well, weed is something that when you do it enhances your appetite and it also enhances being able to sleep good. So what I would do is during the day I would take adderall. I would make money at work selling women's shoes at Nordstrom's here in Las Vegas and I would come home at night and then what I would do is I would smoke so that I could kind of wind down and get to a place to where I could eat and I could sleep. And I did that for a long for, for probably a year and a half, two years very consistently. And it worked at the time. However, one of the things I realized was that I felt like I felt like I was dependent on it as dependent on both the adderall and that of the weed.
And I remember just starting to get little signs. It was almost like little signs that there was other ways to go about this. And there was other ways that I could balance out my energy. And I remember I actually came across and found a, a, a, a research article on meditation and the powerful effects of meditation, how meditation can balance out the hormones. Um, and I was like, oh, that's cool because it's adderall is making me feel more dopamine. But then I'm crashing and I don't feel as good, and meditation is something I can do that I can balance myself out and there's only positive side effects, then why wouldn't I try that? So the idea was I'm going to try meditation. So what I did is I started meditating and at first I thought it was kind of annoying to meditate. I remember sitting down and a.
What I did is I started at a candle flame because I read that somewhere. If you started a candle flame, it keeps the eyes focused on one point. And when your eyes are focused on one point, your eyes aren't moving around. If you've ever heard that saying that when your eyes wander, your mind wanders. It's like every time your eyes shift, you have a new point of stimulus. So if you keep it focused on one point and it becomes much easier to focus. So what I did is I focused on that candle flame, that one point, and then the first day or two that I decided to learn meditation, there wasn't a huge difference because I was still trying to control my mind. I was like, can't think negative thoughts. This is also shortly after I learned that I learned that have the secrets and the power of it.
I was really starting to apply it in my life, which is like the law of attraction. So what I was thinking negative thoughts as I can't think negative thoughts. I was trying to block them out because I didn't want to manifest something bad, but what I did is a. by the third day I read somewhere and I just had this feeling that if I would just observe my thoughts and allow them to be there, that that would change a lot, that I would get a completely different result. And I remember that I made this choice...

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you exactly how to really attract love from the place of resonance. Understanding that attachment will keep you from actually doing that.
Any type of attachment, whether that is an attachment to some type of story that you have, whether that's an attachment to some type, one specific person that you're putting all your energy on and realize that when you think of someone, you are sending them energy and if you're feeling that lack of love and you're acknowledging that you don't currently have love, you're also sending that energy out.
That's why attachment many times is something that you have to let go of. So letting go of attachment to the story, letting go of attachment to that of the uh, two different people to the thoughts you think the attachment to the vacuum, which sometimes you can find, sometimes you can't find because you don't remember where you put it.
Okay. This is very important to understand this whole entire process. Now let's first off, let me show you something right over here. I'm going to get out the handy-dandy whiteboard for this to show that the vibration, wait for the, uh, the light to come back. The vibration of wanting versus the vibration of having are two completely different realities.
The importance of this is knowing that when we talk about desire, when we talk about attachment, it's an attachment to a desire. And anytime you want something, you can't have it. I know that sounds paradoxical, but let me, uh, let me show you a better camera and go first so that I could show you this.
Now the vibration of wanting versus the vibration of having understand these are two totally separate realities. And imagine that there's a version of you that wants something and then there's a version of you that has something. The version of you that wants something, feels the lack.
If you want it, it means you don't Got it. I want it, I got it. But if you want it and you want it and you want it, then you don't have it. And the key to this is understanding that when you see there's two separate realities, which are first off, must understand is that what must change is your inner reality first.
The outer reality is only a reflection. That's it. It's just a reflection. So when we want something and we're looking to the outside, we then can't actually have it because we don't first off have it within. We must first off have it within. So the key to this is understanding that the other dynamic to this is knowing how important is this?
How attached are we? Now I remember when I first got on YouTube, this is doesn't necessarily have to do with love, but let me just share with you an example of how this might work. So back in the day when I, before I got on, I was on YouTube and I was starting to grow my channel. There were certain people that I wanted to make videos with.
There were certain people's content that I liked and I was like, Hey, let's, I'd like to make videos with you. And I first off got to maybe 50,000 subscribers on YouTube and I kept reaching out to a, to a couple of different people that I was like, Oh, maybe eventually I'll be on their radar and we could make a video together.
Now when I wanted to do that, when I really wanted it, I wouldn't really get any response back from either of these, like two or three people I'd reach out to. The more I wanted it, the more I could not have it. Now, what I had...

The Most Powerful Technique to Reprogram the Subconscious mind
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. Now, this video is going to be about the most effective technique that I have found for being able to influence the idea of our subconscious mind. I got this idea from a book that I read that was actually recommended by Dr. Wayne Dyer. It was in his book The Power of Intention, I believe, that he recommended this book called The Feeling is the Secret. It's all about the idea that before we go to bed every night if we condition ourselves for the feeling of what we want to feel and the idea of what we want to create in our lives, we then begin to change our life in a very powerful way.

"What I want to do in this video is help you maybe understand it from a point of the idea of science and infuse an idea in here that helps us understand maybe why that's true and then understand a process that we can do to get ourselves to that state. Let me first off just share with you guys that I have been doing this process for years now. It's one of the reasons that I meditate the first 15 or 20 minutes of my day and the last 15 to 20 minutes of my day every single day. I don't think I've missed a day in the last four or five years. It's something I find that if I do it right in the morning, it leaks into the rest of my day to where because I'm observing my thoughts and I'm not reacting it's like the rest of the day if something happens, I'm more able to control my state of being rather than being affected by the environment. That's why I choose to do it then.

"Nonetheless, I want to explain this idea from understanding brainwave states. There's four main brainwave states. The first one is the most alert state, which is what's called a beta state. Then we have a little bit deeper is the idea of an alpha state. Then we have a theta state and a delta state. Delta is the most like we're asleep type state. Then we have theta, which is very in between state. Almost, we get there when we're in deep levels of meditation. Then we have alpha state. Alpha state we're in when we close our eyes or are thinking of something or we are watching television. A lot of times we'll be in an alpha state. That's why it's important to pay attention to what we're consuming because that is a little bit closer to our subconscious mind than our beta state. Then beta state is when we're doing things or we're consciously aware, we're very alert.

"The idea is that as we go to bed at night, we are shifting from a beta state to an alpha state to a theta state to a delta state. These levels and these states are closer to the idea of our subconscious mind. As we go to bed, we're shifting through those. If we can control our state of being and condition our body for thinking in a certain way, we then begin to have more effect over our subconscious mind. Then as we go to bed and we wake up in the morning, a lot of times we'll wake up in a similar emotion or feeling that we felt as we went to bed. One reason I like to meditate before I go to bed is because when I wake up, I wake up in the same state. When I jump into meditation, I get to that state very easily.

"When we wake up in the morning, it's the same way in reverse. We are coming out of a delta, then a theta, then an alpha, then a beta state. If we control our state of being for the first 10 or 15 minutes of our day, the idea is that we ease into these different states. Then we have a better feel over the rest of our day. Not just that. As we are in that window of time for when we wake up in the morning, that is the most powerful time that we have to influence our subconscious mind.

"The same thing goes when we're going to bed at night. As we begin to go down into the deeper levels, that is the time that we have to really influence our subconscious mind. What can we be doing? This is something that I do right when I go to bed. It might be 10 or 15 minutes before I fall asleep. I anchor in the idea of feeling gratitude for whatever I want to create or for whatever I already have in my life. As I begin to focus on those aspects, I find that it's almost like I condition my body for feeling more and more gratitude in my life. If I have certain beliefs that I have about myself or a certain self-image that I want to change, one of the ways I do that is I start to see myself in a completely new light.

"I imagine myself how would I want and prefer to be? What would I feel like if I were doing the things that I prefer to do? How would I act? How would I move? As I begin to sink myself with that version of me and as I begin to focus on it, I then begin to feel as if that were true. And a lot of those were based in some of the old school philosophies if you wanna attract
something then do X, Y, Z. This is the energy dynamic of it, blah, blah blah.
Now, here is a video for you. I think it's the last video you really have to watch on this, and it is the most effective and powerful way of attracting love and manifesting love, when really it's a kind of a counterintuitive thing 'cause manifesting love and attracting love is bulls##t.
What I mean by bulls##t is I mean, it is not the stereotypical way that we think about is we are attracting something from outside, inside.
It gums from the inside out and it has to do with looking or finding a reflection but not looking, finding a reflection of the love that you already have in yourself.
And when I look at the process of attracting love, it is not bringing something into your life. It is not doing something a little bit different, you know, what is the one technique that you can use? How can you see something a little bit differently or say the right thing when you're dating or texting someone?
It has nothing to do with that. This is what it actually has to do with and I'm gonna share with you that in this video.

What I share with you, in this video, I believe is one of the most profound ideas that has changed my life when it comes to understanding what it means to be an empath. And recently, I was in a live Q and A I was doing for one of my groups, and I shared this idea, and I could tell that it was like, things were just shifting for people, because they were having realizations. So in this video, I want to share with you what those realizations are about being an empath, how to turn it from being what some people consider to be a curse into a super power, and then also understanding why it's there and what you can do about it to completely change the way you interact with other people. This has to do with having more magnetic energy, but at the same time, creating for yourself a container to where you don't absorb other people's energy. So it works both ways, and in this video, I'm gonna share with you exactly what to do.
Welcome back to another video. My name's Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I want to share with you some of the most profound ideas that I've learned about being an empath. And what I think is very important for us to know in 2021 as well, because 2021, in this year moving forward just in general, there's gonna be more and more of the old structures falling away, and there's a tendency for people that are empaths to feel that chaotic energy, to feel other people that are going through a lot of trauma or a lot of processing of the shadow, and then to think that it's them. And I'm gonna share with you in this video how to go through that, how to navigate through that. Now, first off, what is an empath? An empath, or what some people call a highly sensitive person is somebody that's able to feel other people's energy. And there's some science here that I have written down.
And there's some signs that you may be an empath. One is, you have good sense of intuition. You have a lot of empathy for other people. You're able to really feel into them. You're able to know if people are lying to you or not. You're able to see through their intentions in a very powerful way. Sometimes closeness and intimacy can overwhelm you, because you can feel it so deeply. You take a lot of comfort in nature. Most likely, if you're in a chaotic city environment, you feel bombarded with energy, and it's a lot for you. It's a lot of stimulation. You don't do well in crowded places. People tend to tell you their problems. You have people that come to you, and they want to tell you what's going on in their life, because they feel like you'll understand, and you'll empathize with them. And you have a hard time not caring as well. It's hard for you to just draw the line, and a lot of times empathic people as well, have trouble setting boundaries with other people.
They say, "Yes," to things maybe they don't want to do, because they don't want to disappoint someone else, because they can so clearly feel what someone else is feeling. So if you have any of these, I think they say three out of those seven that I stated, then most likely you are an empath. Now, here is the, I have a coach that I've been going to. It's a shadow work integration coach. It's somebody that has a double PhD in psychology and that also is a master when it comes to Carl Jung, understanding his different archetypes, and I've learned a lot about myself.
