My name is Aaron, and I help people expand their consciousness. On this video, I'll be sharing with you the real meaning of 1111 and understanding how you can use it in a very powerful way. I believe that this video can help you have more awareness around who you are, around what synchronicity is, and really taking the woo woo out of some of these ideas because we can understand it from a much more practical point, and as my main intention with this channel is is to give you guys practical tools you can relate to and you can also apply. With this, understand that what 1111 many times means to people is a sign of awakening. " "Let's first off understand that when we become aware that our thoughts, our beliefs, and our actions are creating the kind of experiences we have, we can see then that synchronicity of seeing 1111 over and over again is a part of that process because the more we focus on it, the more we will see it. You can use this in the same way to understand RRAS or the Reticular Activating System of the Brain. What I want to do is show you from this point of view because it really takes the woo woo out of it and it helps you understand it from a point of view that's very practical. The RAS in our brain is what we call our selective focus. " "Whatever we focus on, we will see patterns to and we will see more and more of it. If we see 1111 and we start to see a meaning in it, we start to give it meaning, there's a likelihood we could see it over and over again. The power of this is knowing that that is a natural byproduct of our focus and of that we create our own reality from the thoughts, the beliefs, and the actions that we are taking. " "What exactly do different numbers mean? This is where I want to take this video a step further, and I want to explain maybe something you haven't heard before about this, but I've said this before on the general idea that whatever meaning we put into anything is the meaning we get out of it. This doesn't take the power away, but it really gives you the power in knowing that you decide what it means based upon your own beliefs and based upon your own interpretation or perception. The power of this is knowing that once you become aware and you [inaudible 00:02:31] on that 1111 has to do with awakening, it's a very good sign that you are becoming more aware that you are creating your reality. You become more aware that the more you see these things, the more synchronicity you find in your life. It is a natural side effect of simply the way that things work. It's just that before, it was invisible from our perception because we weren't focused on it, and we weren't aware of this perspective and we weren't aware of this natural byproduct for the way things naturally work. " "When it comes to certain numbers that might be, like you go to certain hotels in certain countries, they'll be no floor 13 because there's a superstition around 13. Is 13 really an evil number? The idea behind it is that it's only evil if we give it that meaning. The idea of 13 is fundamentally neutral. Some people will see the number 666, and they will attain and attribute a negative definition upon that. Is it really a negative thing or is it something that we've given a negative definition to and, therefore, we may get a negative result out of it? " "The power of this whole video is knowing that you give the meanings to the things that happen in life, you give the meanings to what things mean to you, and that means that everything is fundamentally neutral, and if you give it a positive meaning, then you will get a positive effect. This means that it is a natural sign 1111 can be a sign of awakening if that's what we resonate with, and the more that we see it, the more that we know we are on our path. That is one way to look at it. " "The other way to look at it is that you're RAS, the Reticular Activating System in your brain is seeing it and then seeing patterns of it because it is attaining the meaning onto it and because it is focused on it. You could say that that takes the power away and makes it not as connected, but the idea behind it is knowing that that is practical, and that the meaning we give it is the meaning we get out of it. I don't know if I'll edit this out, but this is the next layer of the way at least I perceive things is that there is a consciousness. We can call it collective consciousness. However, if the energy changes, if the energy comes back to self, you'll notice that the energy becomes much more magnetic and literally people respond differently. So in this video, I'm gonna show you that if someone left you, or if you're feeling abandoned, if you're feeling like there's something missing, or you want someone to be behaving differently, I'm gonna show you how to get back to your core, how to stop focusing on them, and how this will completely transform your energy from the inside out, so that if it's meant to be, they can actually come back. So first off with this, if someone left, the important thing to realize with this is that it's not your fault. Now, maybe you look at that and you hear that, and it's like, "Well, Aaron, you don't know my situation. I did this. This is something that I brought on myself." Or it's something that maybe is on the other side of the spectrum, where it's like, "Why does this always happen to me? Why do people show up for a period of time and then leave?" And the thing to realize about the energy dynamic where someone may leave and about this in general, is this really gets down to the core identity. This cuts down to the core of how we view ourselves, because many of us may feel like it is familiar or comfortable for people to show up in our lives and then leave. And normally this stems from childhood energy as well, where in childhood, we had someone that was emotionally available or was there, and then left, physically, maybe the parents divorced, maybe they emotionally left. And when that happened, we started to internalize a sense of reality that says, this is the way reality works. People come into my life and they leave. And sometimes they don't even give a reason, which could for sure happen with parents too. Somebody comes in or a parent leaves, and it's like, why? Why did a parent physically leave or emotionally check out? Is it because I'm not good enough? Is it because I did something wrong? Is it because of something with myself? And that's because we internalize everything as we're growing up. So if there's one thing that will change your life more than anything else with this video, it's understanding to pull your energy back. Because what happens when someone leaves, is a lot of times out of a control mentality, what we do is we start projecting energy at them. We start thinking about them. And energetically, they feel this. And for some reason, when we are projecting energy at someone and we are feeling in a non-coherent state and we're feeling kind of needy or we want someone to react differently, whatever we're feeling when we're thinking of that person is being projected at that person, they are feeling it, and it is causing them to back up or to be repelled. Remember, people feel what you feel. And if you're feeling that about them, projecting that energy at them, because you're thinking of them, they are feeling it and it is pushing them away even more. So to really mitigate this energy, the key is pulling the energy back, pulling the energy back. So many times I've noticed even in my own life that when I'm trying to fix someone else, which implies they're broken by the way, when I'm wanting someone to respond to me, when I'm wanting someone else's validation, I'm putting out this needy energy, and it is not reflected back in a good way. They say that the more you try, this is an Allen Watts quote from something called the backwards law, the more you try to get other people to like you, the less they will like you. The more that you disrupt your energy field and the more you come off weird and needy and the more they feel that, and the less they like you. But the less you are attached to whether they like you, the more they will like you. It's this weird thing. The more you try to control your life, the more out of control you will feel. The more you trust and the more you allow things to happen, the more that then you will feel in control of your life. This is interesting, but both of these apply to someone leaving, feeling abandoned, feeling this energy because the thing is, is what there is an attachment to is there is an attachment to outcome. There's an attachment to how things happen. And that attachment to the outcome, creates the resistance. But letting go of what happens with the outcome, creates a sense of freedom, a sense of allowing, a sense of letting in. So when we talk about this dynamic as well, it's important not to think of it only in the form of manipulation. Because a lot of times when people would click on a video that says what this video says, they would say, "Okay, Aaron, what is the one thing I do to get this person's reaction? To make them fight for me?"

This equation is the foundation of all: Attachment = Resistance and Suffering. In my personal life, I experienced a point where I cared a lot about what other people thought of me. I felt like I gained the reputation of being this "Law of Attraction Youtuber" and if I let go of that identity that everyone associated to me, I would be perceived as "changed". This made feel so limited in who I was and what I could really create, just from the fear of what people might think. Once I broke out of that limiting belief and made videos about all types of esoteric content, it caused an explosion in the YouTube channel. Caring about what others thought and attaching to an identity made my worth attached to an outer entity. Attachment only happens when we think something on the outside isn't already within us. Attachment to a person, relationship or past experience also builds some sort of identity affiliation to ourselves. Releasing attachment encompasses the process of realizing everything external is a manifestation of what we believe. Self love is the key to releasing attachment because once you love yourself, you'll always remain authentic. To let go of attachment and finally move on, you must become aware of the story you tell yourself about the attachment and detach from it emotionally and mentally. This will make you realize that your attachment is actually limiting or distorting your true self. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the 3 things to do instead of chasing love or relationships. This is a video series that I've been doing on stop chasing and what to do instead. I thought I'd do a whole video on three things you can practically do instead of chasing that make and have them actually chase you. This changes the energy dynamic and helps it so that then the cards work in your favor. Now when it comes to this process, let's first off, let's get right into it. The first part of this process of when we're chasing, we are implying that the other person is running. So what if the only reason they're chasing us or we're chasing them is because we believe that they're running. We believe that they're in a way trying to get away. What if we switched the frame in our mind and instead of chasing them, instead of seeing it as like you want something from someone else ...What if you were to switch up the frame? Now, that's why the first thing that I recommend you do, you actually do to stop chasing and have them chase you, is to completely let go of the outcome, let go of outcome. When you are attached to the outcome, they can feel that. They can energetically feel that. If, if you are, I really, really hope and please do this, and it's almost like in a way when you're around them, what you then do is you then put it on a pedestal and when you're around them, you then start to feel more and more resistance because you're hoping in your mind, Oh, I hope this goes this way. I hope it goes that way. And they can feel that and when they feel that they then feel, feel the resistance and they don't know what that resistance is from you or from them. They just feel it. People feel what you feel and when you're attached to the outcome and trying to control it. What ends up happening is there's resistance involved, so then it becomes something that is contagious and actually holds them back from finding you attractive. Now in my own life, I felt this that any time I have been even just beyond just chasing love or relationships, if it was me trying to intending to attract something in my life, the more I try to control it, the more resistance I make and it's almost like the more rules I have about it, the more that gets reflected back to me. In reality, if I'm like, Oh, I really hope this person shows up on time and I'm like thinking about it, thinking about it, about it, it normally will end up to where maybe that person is late. This is just a small example, but in the same way, if I just let go of it, many times I'll let go of it and then I'll get the text. It's like, Oh, I'm almost there. Or I'll let go of it. And then energetically it's like, then reality can reflect that back of what we want. But the key to this process to understand, letting go of outcome when you let go of outcome, it changes. I just shared my other video on stop chasing. I'll go ahead and link that below as well. On the stop chasing love and relationships, a video. I'll talk about how one of my first girlfriends, when I was in high school, I really liked that I really put on a pedestal and I was, uh, things were going well and then she kind of started to withdrawal for me. But then what I did is I just completely let go and I started to have fun. So the caveat to letting go of the outcome is focused on fun. And I know it sounds like something you might not want to do if you're really, really heady about somebody. But I'll tell you what, when you start having fun, it changes your state. They feel what you feel. And in this weird way, think about it like this. You have an energetic field around your body and when people think of you, they feel what's in your energetic field.. That of understanding astral projection and dreaming and a totally new way. Well, your [inaudible] going to start to see yourself and a completely new way in this process because this is the thing we grow up thinking that we are this avatar body, that we are experiencing our reality through the sentences which we do. We experience reality through the five senses, but what we are told growing up is that this is who we are. We are the accumulation of the reference experiences we've had. We are our ego. Now this is the thing, the ego is a part of something. We're having a three d experience with, but it is not just who we are. The truth is you, me, we are all immortals. Spiritual beings live in temporary human experiences and when we get lost in thinking that this is all that we are, we a lot of times create a lot of resistance because we are living in an illusion or disillusion that this is what's actually real and when we identify with it, we then start to give things such seriousness. We start to create resistance and we end up actually resisting and feeling more negative emotions, more lower vibrational emotion. So here is the truth. Now when it comes to this process, the way you're going to understand this is going within yourself. When I tell you these things, experience it for yourself. Go within yourself, see if it resonates, meditate on it. This is how I come into understanding more of all of these ideas I share in my channel. I made 900 videos are more on this channel. The way I get information is to write, tap into a larger part of me, the soul part of me beyond the ego, and by doing so I'm able to bring back certain things which is really just bringing it in, grounded it in here. So here's the thing about ghosts, ghosts, we'll start off there. Now we live our lives thinking that we are our ego like I was mentioning a couple of seconds ago. Now the thing is is our ego and when we are looking and seeing that of the different things in our life for we are perceiving of other people, we are seeing through the eyes of the Avatar, however, the Avatar, which is the three d physical body, whatever we want to call it, however, at a greater level, at a greater consciousness level, since we already mortal spiritual beans, what we need to understand is there's different bodies, there's different parts of us, so we have a three d physical body. In this reality. When we go to bed at, we wake up to what is called our astral body. So we have a physical body in an astral body, the astral body, every night when we go to sleep, we are very active in higher dimensional levels of consciousness. We are maybe doing very similar things we're doing here. We're connected to people in our lives in a different way to astral rounds. Sometimes people assume that when people die, they don't have any communication with them. Many times you may actually have even more communication with them. In the astral realm and in the astral realm, you're more connected to this higher vibrational states of emotion. You're more connected to love connection. You're more connected than you eat are even here. Then you can even perceive it because you're not bound by the physical body. They say that when babies are born, one of the reasons they cry is because they're just becoming awake. That now they're in this limited physical structure and it's actually more of a shock when people are born, when babies are born than it is when we actually die because all we do when we die is we shed the physical body. We wake up to higher states because in a way, life is like a dream, and I'll talk more about that in a minute. Now, here's the thing. When you go to bed at night, you wake up in your astral realm, the astral body, but you and you are doing things that you can't even really imagine right now. But when you wake up in the morning, you forget all... It could be a little bit scary getting that intimate with someone. And what happens is, you then say, "What are these blocks that I have and how can I get rid of them to then be a machine gun, to love, a machine gun magnet." To love and have loved coming to you which a love actually chases you. And the most powerful point in the whole entire video is understanding the third point which is about letting go and why that is so important. It's the one at the end of the video. And if you look at the comments underneath there so many people that said that that one is the one that completely change the way they see the situation and that's the one that the grateful for that they came to learn. Now in and since then we've had so many people ask me to elaborate to make more videos on it. And the truth is when it comes to this process the belief that I have is that we are already whole and complete. Now I know that maybe you don't want to hear that because maybe you're watching this video and you're like dude just tell me exactly how I can get that specific person back into your life into my life. Now the thing with this process is as I understand that coming at it from that frame is coming at it from the frame of us being at the effect rather than that because we're trying to get somebody else that's outside of us into our life. And because of that that resistance because it's not here right now is what is actually blocking the whole experience. Now one of the first steps to this process and one of the most powerful things you can do is to simply take that specific person or that X and take them off the pedestal. We if we are giving them that much importance what we're saying is that they mean this much to me they are we are so dependent on them in our life and for us to be happy that we put them on this high altar and we just want them to come back into our life. They key to this process is lowering the importance of what it is lowered the importance of what they mean to us. Now in order to do this the most powerful way to do it is to simply let go of them even coming back and just start to focus on yourself. Focus on having fun. You know there's so many people that like after a breakup they'll go out and it's like they're just constantly thinking about the other person. But the moment they go out their friends you know and they start to actually have fun they let go of it. It's like when things come back to them I've seen it happen so many times with my friends when I'm like dude just focus on you right now. Let's go out let's have some fun. And the moment we do that the moment he really starts to let go because he forgets about it. It's the moment that person text is back or is the moment that person comes back to them. Now this is the point though. I'm not saying to do this with the intention that that person comes back into your life at all. Do this with the intention of reconnecting to yourself. Do this with the connect with the intention of really becoming your best self you can be because I understand we always get a reflection of who we are being if we're being somebody that depended on someone else being in our life... In actuality, when we look at metaphysics, when we look at how this actually works, the only moment that does exist is this moment right now. So when we look at that, we can see that the past is not something that happens at a different time. It has just a different point of view and the same thing with the future. By the time the future comes, it is still this moment right now, it's just from a different point of view, and this sounds like a small little difference, but it makes all the difference in the world because then when you look at what you understand as a past life, what it actually is is it's a parallel incarnation of the same energy, but most real estate, well, it's parallel incarnation of you. Well, what it is is it's a connection that you have, but the you, that you are living in this life is where the most attention must be in. Let me show you why this is going to completely shifted the way that you forever look at the idea of past lives. If you, uh, if you resonate with it. So right now in this moment, in this life that I am living, there are certain patterns that I live within. There are certain habits that I have. And have you heard these same before, as beloved as above. So below will. Our current life right now is an accumulation of all the quote unquote past experiences and future experiences all existing right now. Because it is all a reflection, so as I changed my life right now, I then change the probable pasts and the probable futures that I connect to because the truth is you are any mortal, spiritual being, living a temporary human experience and what you think of as your physical life is like is such a small part of you. It's like the fingernail on your body. It's like thinking that this, this fingernail right in here is all of who you are because that's all that we identify with when in actuality there is so much more going on and there is so much more to who we are. So the thing to understand is that there are probable past versions of us which are also part parallel versions of us and there are also probable future versions of us or parallel future versions of us and because we're is so infinitely vast as spiritual beings, we get caught up in thinking that we're just this couple past in this couple of future, even if it was a thousand past lives or future lives, it is still so limited to who we actually are. Now. Let me share with you a little bit of a story about this just to show you kinda how this may work. My mom, for example, she was at one point, she went to somebody that was more clairvoyant talking to them at the time. She was in a relationship with someone who wasn't necessarily the best fit for her and it was somebody that was kind of neglecting her and leaving her candidate just would get up and getting a little temper tantrum and he would like leave the house or whatever and kind of leave her behind. And what I think is, I think there's actually a lot more going on than on the surface of what we actually think. Now the first thing I want to talk about is the elite, the elite. So you see this pyramid right here, and this just kind of shows this is a way that I believe the energy has been on the planet for a long time behind the scenes, but the people haven't necessarily been aware of it. Now what I mean by the 1%, I'm not just talking about just the wealthy 1%, I'm talking about a certain number of people that have in a way kind of, they're like, Hey, you over there, let's let's all get together and let's get this, uh, let's get this thing going to where if we can keep people in a certain mentality, then what it's very easy to do is let's keep dim and let's control the way things are because then we retain the power and we can control what is going on. And then these other powerful people said yes. And then that's what happened. And what happened is you got the 1% at the top and then you've got a lot of people the dark that aren't aware of what is going on. The Room I was sleeping in is right there. That's like the main living area. And then this is like the bottom floor. There's different rooms. There's like a rooftop. It's really cool. There's a creek down there that we're going to go to here in a little bit and we're going to swim. Uh, we went there yesterday was really cool. So for understanding, first off, you might be asking yourself, what is a twin flame? Now the way that I understand this, I've heard Bashar talk about this before as well, is what a twin flame is, is you can call it your divine counterpart. The idea is that every person on the planet has a twin flame, but the idea is they don't always incarnate together. So that's the thing as well. Once you're chasing something, you can always connect energetically to that twin flame, divine counterpart and meditation. Not everyone incarnated with their twin flame, which doesn't mean you have any deafness. Less of a relationship could mean that you're meant to connect to somebody else at a very deep soul level. These are just labels as well. Just remember that as well. And the thing with twin flame is twin flame is a divine counterpart. You could say in a way it's like a split off of the same soul. Now the problem with a lot of people looking for their twin flame is they believe that it is the other half to their soul. You're already a complete soul. It means in a way a twin flame is somebody that comes from a similar oversoul. So the idea is that we are here, we have a higher self, we have parallel incarnations. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you some ideas that I haven't shared on the channel that much yet just because they do consider to be a little bit more esoteric. And when I say esoteric, I mean, uh, some people may hear it and think that it sounds like something that's a little bit off the wall and I'll be honest with you. When I first went through my spiritual awakening in 2012 I started to learn about this and it took me a while to really warm up to it. But I have done a lot of research in this area of understanding different ways of, uh, you know, the way reality works, but not just that, not just with all the, you know, the thousand videos on my YouTube channel, but also what we are doing here right now, what's going on on the planet right now and why things are the way they are, why the certain power structures are the way they are. As you can probably notice, you look around right now, a lot of things are falling apart. I think that that is part of a big process. And, um, I've seen a lot of different information that is linked up to say the exact same thing. So when I went through my awakening in 2012 and I think anybody that really goes through some form of spiritual awakening, let me say right now as well, that the great awakening happened right now. Pressure is what spawns a great awakening. And right now, or even a spiritual awakening, that's what happens is pressure comes from it. When you look at my past with what I experienced growing up with having a harder, um, you know, childhood and then feeling unworthy and going through all that pain that catapulted me to then pushing through and going through that spiritual awakening. Most people that have gone through what is called the spiritual awakening, where people become aware that they are eternal spiritual beings live in temporary human experiences. It's been happening more and more on the planet and since everything that's been happening with this pandemic and everything, there has been a quickening of this experience. So many people are waking up now I see it not just in people reaching out to me. I see it just in the world in general. So many people are starting to ask new questions because certain things aren't adding up the way that they used to add up. And this is what's causing that awakening to happen. That awakening to who really we really are and what our purpose really is. Now the great awakening and it's a term that we can use for understanding that there is a mass level of awakening happening on the planet. This means that many people are becoming aware that they may have lived their whole entire lives. Just believing what they were told by the government, believing what they were told by their family, by their friends. And now they're beginning to question certain things and they're starting to see holes in certain things. We now have it to where we have the internet to where we have the media, which has a certain perspective that keeps people in a certain realm of consciousness. And you'll notice that everything, every absolute thing on the media is a, is fear or anger. Have you ever noticed that? Have you ever watched the news even before all of this stuff happened? And what if you understood these concepts, it would completely transform your worldview about what reality is, and it would empower you in a completely new way? Now, what I'm gonna share with you is something that I learned six years ago, and it comes from these right here. These called "The Gateway Experience." It's a set of DVDs from the '70s and the '80s, or not even DVDs, but CDs that are meditations. That actually these costs, when I bought this back in 2017 it cost $500. And the reason I bought this is because someone that I know, that I've known my whole entire life, shared with me and said, "If you get these exact CDs "and you listen to these meditations, "it will completely transform your consciousness. "It will expand your awareness." This person is someone that I knew my entire life, and also once they saw me making YouTube videos in 2017 and my YouTube channel started to grow, they saw that I was into these kind of things. And he very blatantly told me, "Get these CDs it will transform your life "and begin listening to the meditations." So I went online, I thought it was gonna be like 60 bucks, $500 used were these CDs right here. And basically what they are, it's a specific technology called Hemi-Sync that you use that of headphones with that puts your brainwave frequency into a certain pattern that then allows you to access different states of consciousness. Now, with what I'm gonna share with you in this video, it has to do with a very specific technique that is called patterning. Now patterning, and in the CIA document that I wanna share with you it says, this technique involves use of consciousness to achieve desired objectives in the physical, emotional, or intellectual sphere. It involves concentrations on the desired objective while in a Focus 12 state. So a Focus 12 state, there's a certain DVD in here or a CD, I keep saying DVD. And once you experience Focus 12, it's a certain frequency, a certain brainwave state that you get into where in a way your subconscious is more influenced, but also you have the ability to just feel into different states of emotion much easier. Now basically what this document shows, the CIA document that was hidden for a long time. And even the meditation in here called patterning, that's specifically the one that I've been listening to, that I was listening to, especially in 2017, that was helping me get into a certain state of consciousness. And then what I would do is I would imagine myself as the version of me that was already in the reality that I preferred. So I'd imagine how that version of me would think, feel, act, as if it already existed. And what I would do is I would stay in that state in this meditation. Now, this particular methodology is based on the belief that the thought patterns generated by our consciousness in a state of expanded awareness create holograms which represent the situation we desire to bring about. And in doing so, establish the basis for actual realization of that goal. So let me kind of summarize that. In certain states of consciousness, in certain brainwave activities that we can get into using the power of meditation, when we feel in that state and we visualize it, what we end up doing is creating a certain holographic energy. Like literally our reality is based on energy. Everything in our reality is based on energy and everything is vibrating at a certain frequency. What this CIA document is mentioning, what these tapes kind of also are talking about, is that when you get to a certain state of consciousness and you feel a specific way, you then are amplifying an energy that it attracts to you more holograms that are in resonance with that energy you are emitting. This also I believe if you look at the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, which it's all about meditation and connecting to the quantum field and feeling and creating a new sense of self, a new sense of connection to a new vision as if it's happening now.

Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you exactly how you can change your self image and not only that, I'm going to also be showing you in meditation that I think is one of the most powerful meditations I've ever done and this has to do with understanding the self image and how we can transform the self image. Now, the self image is something that runs our life experience like the way we view ourselves if we view ourselves is only able to make $50,000 a year. All of our actions will correlate with that self image and all of our beliefs will emanate from that and therefore that is what our experience will be. This is why a lot of times people may intend to lose weight, but it's something that's very hard for them to do if they viewed themselves as somebody who is just naturally big boned or naturally has trouble losing weight, so you see the way we see ourself has so much of a influence on what we experienced in our life. Now this is the thing, and this is what can absolutely transform our life, is understanding that our self image, the way we see ourselves, is what is called a cybernetic mechanism. Now what this means is however we see ourself, if we revert to something else, it will always go back to that base unless we change it at the fundamental core. Now look at this as the analogy of, for example, a thermostat on the wall thermostat on the wall is set to 75 degrees. Now if it gets hotter or colder, the AC clicks on and it brings it back to 75. Our self image that says, I make $50,000 a year. That's all I'm capable of. Even if we go ourselves to make, let's say, a $100,000 a year, subconsciously, we will sabotage herself to bring us back down to this baseline of the way we see ourself. So the key to this is first off, changing the temperature on the gates before we insist that the actual room temperature changes itself, we must actually change what it is set to. So that's what this video will do if you want as well. What I recommend is I'm doing a free training series on emotional transformation. Now, emotional transformation is about understanding that what we can begin to do is to transform our emotions from the inside out because our emotion emotion is energy in motion is what determines what we experience in our life. It has a very profound effect over the momentum, the direction of our life, and if we want to change our emotions, there's a couple of key factors that are necessary. Now it has to do with letting go of what no longer serves. When we let go of past childhood trauma, past things that have happened. That's when it really changes our life because with ourself image, there was a certain time in our past when something happened and when this thing happened, we decided said, this is who I am. This is who I need to be, and because of that choice that we subconsciously made, we then develop that self image that perpetuates certain emotions, so the key to this is knowing how to transform that. Now, here is the truth, and here's where a lot of the terms come from. A lot of the terms come from understanding that we are multidimensional, which means that we exist right now in this life, the way we perceive our reality through our body, that we perceive our reality through. We perceive our life through this. However, at different levels of consciousness, we have connections to other parts of ourself because we go beyond just the physical structure that we have. Now. This is what we call being multidimensional. Now, the truth is every single person on the planet is multidimensional. They don't just exist here. Their whole entire soul doesn't just have one little piece of it on earth and then that's it. The truth is we are all multidimensional. Every single one of us, and being a multidimensional is about understanding a couple of things. One of it is that when you go to bed at night, you think that you're just going to bed at night and that you are just having these dreams, that your subconscious mind shows you when in actuality the higher dimensional realms aren't perceivable through that of our own mind, so our mind will give us that have subconscious images or subconscious imagery of what could have happened or what we could maybe understand, but in actuality it's beyond the five senses. What we experienced in higher dimensional states of conscious. Now here's the thing as well. There is a veil of forgetfulness that when we are here, we must stay focused here. So because of that, we don't remember what we do in the higher realms, what we're doing in the higher dimensions and every single night when we go to bed, we reemerge with that version of us. We have these dreams through our subconscious mind, and then we wake up in the morning and we don't really remember it. Some people remember more than others. That's why it also depends on our belief systems and how we perceive of this process and how open minded we are as well. Now, when you go to bed at night, your weight to these states of consciousness, when we are born into earth in general, we forget who we are. We forget that we are connected to source energy, that we are unconditional love and bliss, that we are multidimensional. We forget that because part of the cool and amazing things about earth is that this is a place of freewill and that we forget who we are when we come here. Because part of the game, part of this reality is remembering who we are. So if you're watching this video right now, most likely you've been through some sort of spiritual awakening or you at least have the feeling that you are beyond that of just this physical ego structure that we perceive reality through. So that is a sign right there that you are multidimensional and have these connections to these other aspects of you. So another little thing I'll say as well as a lot of times when we think about our spirit guides, we think that they are other spirit guides, other souls from other lives they may be. However, at the same time, some of our spirit guides may actually be other versions of us in higher states of consciousness. You can call it your higher self, you call it different, just different versions of you, but we think in a way that they are separate when actually their best interests are our wellbeing as part of their best interest as well because we're all connected. So it's an interesting way of looking at it. But when you start to see it as that, you start to also integrate more of yourself back into yourself. So in general, what's happening... " "Now with awakening, realize that the context that I'm using it in is understanding that the old self before we become aware that we are creating our experience with our thoughts, before we become aware of our deeper purpose, we can look at that as the conditioned self that, in a way, is asleep, meaning that we are just on autopilot. We don't have any deeper meaning or feeling to our life. Because of that, waking up is the process of becoming much more at the cause rather than the effect. It's becoming aware of the beliefs we have about who we are and how we can change that to then get the effects that we want in our life. " "Now the first sign of awakening that I have for you and the one that really planted a seed for me that allowed me to then go deeper was simply knowing that our thoughts are affecting our experience. I'll take this a step further to say that our beliefs are creating our reality. " "Now on the surface level, though, it becomes the thoughts. That my have been something, if you watched the movie The Secret, that had a profound effect on the way that you see the world or something like that, but when you become aware that you aren't a victim of circumstance, that you can change your thoughts and then you change the kind of experiences that you have, that, for me, was the game-changer. I remember that when I watched it, I was like 15 years old. I remember I watched it and it planted a seed. It wasn't like I watched it and then all of a sudden things started happening very quickly, but that started the seed, and then years later it deepened. As I looked around, and you may look around and start to notice it in just about everything, you can see how your family members create experiences or how their perspectives induce a way of a type of experiences that they have. " "You may notice in your own life how that affects the attitude you have going into a situation and how you get a certain kind of effect out of it. It will be something that you see more and more as you go through daily experience. That's the first step to realizing that you are awake. " "Now the second sign that I have for you is understanding the correlation of what you put into your body and you feel. You may notice that you are moving away from certain types of foods that no longer serve you. You may find that you have more of a desire to eat what can be called higher vibrational food, which means that it's just food with live enzymes in it. It's food that is alive. It's eating lots of kale, cucumber, spinach. It's eating lighter foods, staying away from heavier, deep fried foods or heavy meats. " "The idea behind this is that you might find yourself naturally gravitating towards it. That's what happened for me. I remember that, as I went through the process, eventually at a certain point I started to meditate. It was just a natural inclination that I had to move towards plant-based foods. It took about a couple months to do, but once I did it, I started to feel so much better a majority of the time. It's like a lot of the negative thinking that I had started to go away as I started to eat better. It's like I felt more concise. I felt more clarity as I changed my diet. From that point going forward, I was very conscious of what I was eating, whereas before I had no understanding that the foods that I was putting into my body was affecting my emotions, was affecting the way that I felt. When I made that change, everything begins to change. " "Now that might be something you realize, that you are starting to move away from those heavy foods, and you're starting to really see that if you put lives foods into your body, you feel alive. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the ideas behind attracting a specific person that changed the whole entire game. On my YouTube channel I have had so many people reach out to me asking for more advice as to how to attract a specific person and the feedback that I get from the things that I suggest really do work and what you have to do is you just have to apply it and you have to know and almost have this frame of energy behind what you do. Now here is the thing about attracting a specific person that holds so many people back. Understand that anything you focus on, you send energy to. Now, if when you are focusing on this person, you are feeling resistance or you are feeling like they aren't currently in your life, then you are sending them resistant energy that they can feel because energy is contagious. So the problem with attracting a specific person is that when you lock all your focus on one person, if they're not acting in according to the way you would like them to, they're not returning back your phone call or your text message, they're not asking or having a strong desire to go meet up with you somewhere or to go out on a date. Then what happens is you feeling that resistance and focusing on them is sending that energy to them. So for this, this is about understanding attention and energy, attention and energy. Whatever you put your attention on, you send energy to and however you feel when you're focused on it is where that energy is going is that that is the energy being projected out. Now the other problem with understanding this and the first part of this process, the first thing that you must know about attracting a specific person is that whatever you put attention on, and if you're focusing on them, which if you're focusing on a specific person, then you are focused on just that one person. Then what happens is you end up creating the resistance towards being projected, add to them, and they can then feel that so many times I've seen it to where maybe you ever seen it to where somebody is in a relationship and then, uh, maybe that relationship doesn't go well and they break up and one person in that relationship really wants to be in a relationship with someone else and that with that person that they broke up with, but the other person's kinda not interested anymore. And maybe after the breakup, they're stressing about it. They're talking to their friends about it and they're, um, they're really emotionally, you know, they emotionally want that person back. Then what happens is that person's not returning. Their phone calls are text messages via the person they broke up with or that broke up with them. Then what they do is they go out to a club, they go with the friends, they go out, they just go to a friend's house and they hang out and they start to forget about the ex. They start to just be in their own movie. Well then a lot of times what happens then that X, that person then Texas back because they can emotionally feel that withdrawal of attention, that withdrawal of needy type energy. You see this is an energy dynamic type play that's going on and what happens is when you aren't the star of your own movie and you want to be this, you want to be the cameo in someone else's movie, it then is something that doesn't work in your favor because you're there to support the lead role, the lead actor or actress you see, this is about you claiming your star role and knowing that anything you focus on, you're sending energy to and how you feel when you focus on them is sending them energy. So what is the key to this? Then? The key to this is focusing more on you, focusing more on yourself, on you being the star of your own movie, and I'll tell you this as well when it comes to a tracking specific person, when it comes to this, understand that you attract what you are.... Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you that have a letting go and trusting the universe guided meditation that will help you to trust the process more, to understand that it's not the ego's job to do absolutely everything and it's also understanding the dynamics of what's going on with the manifestation process in general. So before we get into that, at the meditation, what I wanted to do is to share a couple ideas with you because then when you go into the meditation, it will help to wire these ideas in and it'll also get you at ease so that you understand that there's not as much that you think you have to do that you actually have to do. So let's first off understand that in physical reality we have this Avatar, this Avatar, this ego structure that we use to perceive our reality and we perceive our reality through the five senses. Now what happens is that when we have something we want to experience in our life, yes, of course our thoughts correlate with our experience. However, the thing that most people get tripped up about is they only identify with their ego. They think that their ego is all of who they are. So when they want something, they think about it, they think it should happen in a certain way, and the moment something doesn't happen according to the blueprint and the mind, there's this resistance that's built and that resistance ends up persisting and it doesn't feel so good. So the key to this is understanding this larger aspect viewpoint. When you stretch out your manifestations and you look at it from a larger viewpoint in the moment, yes, from the ego's point of view, something happens. You say, oh, now this means it's not gonna happen. It doesn't mean it's not going to happen. It means there may be a couple more steps to getting there, so it's about understand that the moment something happens, we don't have to give it a negative meaning. Think about it like this as well. If something happens that we think is a roadblock and we assume it is a roadblock, then what happens is we end up having that become a self fulfilling prophecy. It's almost like the moment we make that decision, we then shifts to a reality where that is the reality. That's what's happening and instead, what if we gave it a positive meaning? We said this thing, this little roadblock, maybe there's something specific you wanted to manifest when it comes to finances and then you get a bill bill from something somewhere else, right? You get a bill and you're like, oh, I was trying to manifest more money, but I've got to put my money towards this. Instead of assuming that that bill is going to stop you from achieving your other goal. Assume that that's a part of the process and by doing that you let go of you raise your frequency and then you are more likely to experience that which you want anyways. So let's also understand this. We are more than our physical body. We are more than our ego structure. So when we think that our ego structure has to do everything, we're putting all of the weight on the egos back and then the ego must figure it all out, but the ego doesn't have the full view point. Think of it like this. You are connected to your higher self. Everyone has a higher self is actually more who you really are. We are projecting ourselves in this reality. We simply, when we're born, we forget that that's who we are. So we go through this life experience identifying with our senses, identifying with everything that's around us... Now, this video will help you understand the idea of parallel realities in a much deeper way, while also giving you practical tools to being able to become the best version of yourself. " "Now, with this idea of parallel reality, let me first off explain the context so that we understand exactly the whole basis of what I'm saying. The idea behind parallel realities and what science and quantum physics is starting to learn more and more every day is that there an infinite number of parallel realities. The easiest way to understand parallel realities is to think about it in the form of a movie strip analogy. Now the idea is that in the movie strip what you can see is a whole bunch of individual frames, if you take out that filmstrip. " "Now if you were to put it and play a movie, the frames would be moving so quick that you would see a continuity and a storyline with it. Now the idea is that there are an infinite number of parallel realities that exist, and the idea is that we are constantly shifting between different parallel realities. And what we think of as continuity is something that we have, because we live in a time space linear reality, but the idea is that any movement that we are able to see whatsoever is a completely separate frame. Now the power of this is also knowing that the only moment that exists is this moment right now. " "Now the power of this is knowing that we can't actually experience what we call the past, because when it was the past, it was this moment right now. We can only imagine it using our memory or our brain. The idea is that from the future point of view, we can imagine the future using our brain, but the idea is that we can only do that from this moment right now. " "Now this means that in this moment right now any possible parallel reality that you can imagine exists, and that the idea behind it and what I shared in prior videos is that if you want to experience the preferred parallel reality like the perfect version of yourself, what you can do is imagine the best version of yourself and how you would be acting. Imagine your body language, the kind of books that you'd read, what you would be doing for a living, the kind of people you hang around, your morning ritual, all of those things, and start to model those things and start to mirror that version of you. Take on the belief systems of that version of you, the daily habits, everything about it. As you do that, what you are doing is shifting yourself closer and closer to that being who you are being and therefore eventually you will get that reflection in your life. " "Now, with all that being said, the first sign that you have shifted to a parallel reality is that you experience any type of movement whatsoever. Now the reason I say this is so that you come to understand that it's a natural byproduct of who we are. It's not something we have to try to do. The idea is that if there's something we want to really create in our life, that we create a bigger, that we create a bigger degree of change between what we're experiencing right now and who we prefer to be and what we want to experience. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you that have a very powerful healing modality called Ho'oponopono an ancient Hawaiian healing modality that contains four different sentences that when you say begins to shift your vibration, now understand that this sane carries with it its own vibration. The way that I'm going to explain it is a way that you may have never heard it talked about before and it has to do with reality itself and understanding that we are all connected. Now this is an ancient, a healing modality that has to do with sane for simple phrases. And I'll share with you these four simple phrases in a minute, but these four simple praises, a phrases allow us to heal within ourselves and to also heal our relationships with other people. Think of this healing modality of Ho'oponopono as a way for us to change our vibrational frequency and to let go of a lot of things that no longer serve us. Because when you look at that chart of consciousness, the chart of consciousness I always share, you will see shame, fear, guilt, anger, and then eventually you see neutrality. Then eventually see willingness reasoning except uh, acceptance, love. These are all different emotional states of consciousness. Now, the way that we let go of all the lower vibrations is actually by letting go. It's not about pine on in new idea, it's about letting go. And when we say these four phrases and we do it consistently, we then begin to let go of the lower vibrations. These vibrations are no longer compatible with our energy field and we allow ourselves to then also start to tap into higher states of awareness as well. Because then as we let go, it's almost like those are weights that are weighing us down. These perspectives of someone did something to me, the blame that we may put out there, the anger we may feel. It's not about getting a new perspective, it's about just letting go of the positionality, the perspective that someone did something wrong to us and what Ho Pono Pono allows us to do and allows us to take our power back and to heal ourselves. The reason you forgive other people is not for the other people. You forgive other people because you choose to not feel those emotions anymore. If we don't forgive other people, we carry around that emotional burden and then we experience a reality that reflects back those incomplete patterns of the past. So don't make, it may be that some people may not deserve the forgiveness, but you deserve to not feel those emotions anymore. You deserve to not carry that around with you. So something that you can begin to do is you can do this healing modality of Ho'oponopono which will allow you to then shake free of all those lower vibrations and start to exist in a higher state of consciousness, a higher vibration. And what you will see is that then you let go of the lower vibrations, you naturally begin to rise up and you naturally can set that intention before you even move into the process itself of Ho'oponopono...the process for you to be able to feel more in your heart center, for you to be able to say these four phrases that allow you to feel more love than you've ever felt before. And thinking of it like this to our thoughts are literally things. Our thoughts are literally things we may not see them, but they have an energetic form. And as we become more aware of our thoughts and how they're actually things that these structures, we can then see that there's certain influences and ways they can influence us. So think of it like this. The thoughts we think go into our energy field. And then there's a toroidal field around our body that recycles these thoughts.
