This video. I'm going to share with you the three things you must know before you raise your vibration. If I would've known these about four or five years ago, everything would have been so much easier.
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you the three things you must know before you raise your vibration and these are things that would have made my life so much easier years ago and especially to do with understanding what to look out for, what will happen for most people as they raise their vibration and how you can in a way bypass it so that you don't experience the negative side effects of it because believe it or not, for many people raising the vibration and their vibration may have the negative side effects.
Now, before we get into into it, let me share with you a little bit. If I share that chart of consciousness that I share in a lot of my videos, that chart of consciousness, also shame, fear, guilt, anger, then I'll eventually show that of neutrality. Then reasoning than love. These are all different states of consciousness that we fluctuate between and in life in general, there's a certain level of consciousness we will remain at until we do some inner work, and then once we do that in our work, we can then move up to a new level.
The part that's important to understand about this process is as you raise up the vibration, what will happen is you will then experience people. You will then experience opportunities. You will then experience environments that are equal to that shift you've made within yourself. So if before you were in shame, fear, and anger, you're going to attract people to you that will reflect that shame, fear, and anger back to you.
People that may be make you mad, make you angry, make you feel guilty. You may also find yourself in environments that are representative of that energy, maybe home environments, work environments that are representative of that energy. However, once you start to raise your vibration over time, there will be sometimes a little bit of a buffer time, but as you begin to do it, the old patterns will begin to fall away. I know when I raise my vibration back in 2012 is when the process really began for me.
All things began to fall out of my life and it happened very naturally and some of it I didn't understand why I was happening so fast, but it happened because it no longer resonated with me. I let go of some of the stories I had about, about the way that treat people treated me, and as I let go of those stories, I then experience a new reality that was conductive of a new version of myself.
So to raise up this scale, understand also, this is a natural part of who we are as spiritual beings. We came to earth to remember who we are and to also go through this shift in consciousness. The shifts in consciousness is of a raising of, and right now on the planet, billions of people are going through some version of this reason. Vibration at different levels, at different lengths, at different speeds.
But nonetheless, it's something that's happening at a mass level right now. Most likely, if you're watching this video, you're one of the first people to really make a jump into a higher state of consciousness because then you can help other people around you go through something similar because as time goes on, more and more people will be going through that. A level of spiritual awakening.
So understand as well for this process, this isn't about acquiring a new perspective. This is about understanding. You naturally are a high vibrational being. You've just been born into a reality where you've forgotten who you are and you've learned in imitated that of the patterns around you, your parents, your environment, the social conditioning, and therefore you've got these layers that aren't you. So raising your vibrations about letting go of those layers, letting go of those limiting beliefs.....

Welcome back to another video my name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video, I'm going to give an overview of understanding the vibration of money so you can understand how you can acquire more of it by understanding why money would even come to you in the first place.
Plus, I'll show you some hacks towards becoming more abundant than ever in general. Now, this is the thing that maybe you've heard me say before, but it's something I got from Doctor Joe Dispenza. He says, our vibration is a combination of what we think, how we feel in what we do. Well, in the same way when it comes to money, money, and vibration, the vibration of money.
How would money act? How would money feel? What would money think? Now the way, the reason we say this is to understand the relationship that we personally have with money. Because even though some people may chase money and chase it around, guess what? What happens when you chase something?
It implies that other thing is running. Just like if you're chasing a relationship, guess what? That person can feel that energy off of you and they're going to say, Whoa, I want to step back from this. So understanding that helps us to understand the vibration of money itself.
Now in the same way when it comes to the vibration of money, imagine you have negative thoughts about money. When money want to be around, you could money feel in your energetic field that you were just trying to use money without understanding what money really is because many people think that money is just the pieces of paper that we see.
Everything I'm going to share with you in this video is a game changer when it comes to how you relate to money and how money relates to you. You see, this is the thing, so when we talk about this, there's going to be also beliefs that every single one of us have about money that we've maybe even obtained from our parents.
Money is good, money is bad, money is hard to make. Money is all of these different facets of what money is which are hammy down beliefs from our parents. Now the thing is is when we start to become aware of those beliefs as when we can start to let them go because of the moment we become aware of them, we identified and say, oh, that's not even my belief that I think money is this way.
So in general there's going to be a process of this has to do with understanding your money beliefs and to do that you simply ask yourself, what do I believe about money? Does money come to me easily? What constitutes me receiving money?
That's why I wanted to also talk about the philosophy of money, the philosophy of understanding why you would even obtained money. Because most people are focused on the getting of the money and not even focused on the giving of the value. You see the way that money feels, the way that money acts is.
Money wants to go to people that are adding value because it knows that those people that are adding value, heck can then use it in the form of resources to create more systems to create more value. So instead of thing saying, I wondered, I want money, money come to me.
I want to attract money. I want to win the lottery. See, those perspectives are the reason most people don't have money because they're focused on, they're getting of it. They don't understand the energy dynamics of money.
The way that money works is money will come to you when you are providing value because then money sees that you can use it to create more systems to have more ways of it coming to you. It seems that the money, that money isn't been used in a very powerful way, but a lot of people would get the money.
What do they want to do if they get a lot of money? You see some people that win the lottery, they want to buy jet-skis. They want to buy the cool house. They ended up draining all their money and then normally they end up going.....

Have you ever met someone that just oozes charisma and magnetism? When you're around them, it may just make you feel better, make you feel more confident, or make you feel more energized?

Well, in this video, I'm gonna show you the five traits of irresistibly magnetic people. I'm gonna show you how you also already have this energy within yourself, how to embody it and how it will completely transform your life when you do so.
Now, first off, let me say that as time has gone on,as I've been on this journey of doing what I love and especially making YouTube videos on magnetic energy over the last couple years, I've talked a lot about this.
There's certain things and certain patterns I've learned within myself. And as I've embodied different ideas, different ideals, as I've embodied new, like more empowered aspects of myself, I've noticed people respond to me in a very different way as I've changed my own energy.
Now, I will say that one huge epiphany insight I've had over the last six months or so has been this simple idea around understanding the power of detachment from outcome, but also how you can begin to source your own sense of appreciation for yourself and as you start choosing yourself, other people start choosing you.
It's crazy. I've talked about this in Instagram videos and other content before, and people say, "What does it mean to choose yourself?" Literally what this means is the outer reality,
what we experience in our relationship dynamic to other people is a reflection of the relationship dynamic we have with ourself.
Now, what I began to do these last couple months is I had this belief a while ago, something that I had to heal over the last two or three years was that of a mixture of anxious attachment style and avoidant attachment style in some ways.
And I believe, by the way, when we talk about attachment styles, sometimes people say, "Oh, you're just one or the other." I believe that it can be somewhat contextually.
You can have a more anxious attachment style, especially if you attract someone that's more avoidant, or you can have more of an avoidant attachment style if you attract someone that's anxious.
I've gone back and forth and recently, I've looked at this at a much deeper level and I feel like I've healed a lot of the energy between going from one side to the other, to well, I feel more secure within myself than ever before.
Now, the thing about this and the thing that I believed for so long subconsciously, was that in order to feel whole and complete, in order to feel enough, I needed someone else in my life to reflect that energy back to me via a relationship or someone that I was dating.
And there was this belief there. And what would happen is then, it would create resistance within my body and I would find myself sabotaging different dynamics.
And it was because what I was doing is I was putting resistance into the area of my life around that of love. And I'm sharing this with you because this, what I'm about to share with you changes everything.
Now, the funny thing about this is, is different people in their lives will do this in different ways. For example, I have a buddy of mine who sometimes has challenges with attracting money.
He's an abundant dude, but sometimes he gets in his head and he will start worrying about money. He'll kind of put it on a pedestal, it'll become this important thing, and then he'll kind of sabotage his own energy around it and create resistance.
And the thing that's very important to see, or that's very like easy to see, is that the more he puts it on a pedestal and the more important he makes it and the more he needs it, the more he lacks it.
Now, the funny thing is, is in my own personal life when it comes to money, it's very smooth for me. Money comes very easily for me. I don't put it on a pedestal, I'm kind of cool either way.
I understand money doesn't equal happiness, and I just simply know and it's a part of my natural self-image that money comes easily and it comes in abundantly and therefore, I've been able to make multiple seven figures in my life.

And I'm gonna share with you what that transformation is, what the practice is, the exercise you can do is that will completely transform your entire life if you do it for a period of time.
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm gonna be showing you how to never be needy again and how to ditch codependent behaviors. If you are somebody that feels like maybe you are craving validation or like you fall into other people's frame, I have an analogy for you that I'm gonna explain to you in a second that I think will clear a lot of this up. But realize that it is rooted and it comes from a point in your past when you were a kid where you craved and you needed something maybe that need wasn't met. And what happens is now you are going and looking for it on the outside somewhere not knowing that what you need is already on the inside. Now, what happens is when people become needy, they are craving something from the outside and the challenge with that is that then because they are needy, they are normally repelling of their people.
So if you are needy in love, you'll find that you might really like someone then really hope they text you back and then really hope things go a certain way. They'll feel that neediness off of you and a lot of times it then repels them. Now, what this really is is being needy and being codependent, is being attached, you are attached to something on the outside and to a belief that says that unless I have this thing on the outside, then I'm not complete already. So it is rooted in a fundamental belief that says, I need something out there to feel a certain way. And here, I'm gonna share with you my story through this process as well and how it completely transformed. But first let's realize that it comes from that of a childhood experience.
Now let's imagine like this. When we're kids, we're dependent, we're dependent on our parents. Now what happens is many times let's say this is you, this is mom, this is dad. Let's say when you were a kid, I imagine your mom or your dad came over the crib and it was like, hah, hey, like that, right? It's like, oh, all these expressive faces. Now imagine one day you were there and your mom or dad came up but there was no on their face. Imagine that the, oh, and like all that little baby goggle stuff, imagine that went away. And then all of a sudden you start wondering like I'm not getting attention, I'm not having my needs met. And then what a lot of times happen is as the baby grows up it then says, if I different maybe I can get that love or that approval or that attention. So a lot of times then that person will seek based on the belief that there's something wrong with me, there's a belief that says, there's something wrong with me, I need something on the outside in order for me to feel 100% worthy, whole and complete or in order for me to be enough. So it's a fundamental belief system that simply hasn't been challenged since being a kid.

"I want to attract this specific person." "I want to attract this kind of house." The idea and the emphasis is all put on the external things that we want to attract in. Now, the more powerful way to go about it, and the missing key that I think can profoundly change your life and the way you see this whole process, is understanding how to go within with it, and to give yourself permission to feel the emotions that those would bring right now in this moment.

"Now let's look at how that's done. It's simply writing down what you want to create in your life, so it could be this type of house, this type of person, this amount of money. Look at those things, and then ask one more question. What do I want from those? Or, what emotion will those allow me to feel? So let's tag that emotion on to finances. If we want to have 5, 10, 15 thousand dollars in the bank, that's what I want to create or attract, what will that bring? What emotion would I feel? We can then see that the emotion we would feel would be most likely freedom to do what we want, a sense of security, so maybe it's freedom and security. Well, now that we know that those two emotions will come from that external thing that we can attract into our life, what we can then focus on is making our daily routine or our daily habits and feeling more of those.

"So, how could we feel more freedom and more of that security? Well, what we could do is we can look at different aspects of our life, and have gratitude for where those already are. What this does is it helps to grow the emotion within us, so we can be grateful that we have a car that takes us wherever we want to go. We have freedom to go where we want. We can look at and see that we do have a stable job, or a stable source of income, so we do, at a certain level, have security. We can use those current things, those current circumstances to re-enforce that emotion to feel it more and more, and as we begin to feel that more and more, we are going to create a snowball effect of those emotions, and actually then increase those towards actually coming into our life.

"The difference of this is knowing that the first way of going about the law of attraction and the like mainstream way, is through the external focus, and it's dependent on those external things happening. Now, the paradox is that the second one is internally focused, and you are then giving yourself more permission to feel those emotions now. Then what happens is on the backend of it, you are creating more of a resonance with your state of being, and in that state of being is where you will perceive of those things happening in your life.

"So this is simply a matter of tailoring your day towards ways of feeling more of those, so with financial abundance, look at ways you can give yourselves more luxury. Maybe it's taking a certain bath, or it's doing and going to a certain place. You go to a place that normally, and you're around people that think in that kind of way, you decide you're going to tailor your activities, you're going to tailor the gratitude you have for the things you already have, and then you are growing that focus within you. You are growing that emotional state of being, and putting yourself into more resonance with who you prefer to be.

It has that have symbols on it that represent a very comfortable feeling to you, knowing that you have been here before and at anytime you want. You can come back to this place now. Go ahead and walk up this elevator, this familiar place, and push the button on the side and watched the elevator open. Knowing that you're about to connect to a larger aspect of you. Feel that excitement inside of your heart knowing that this is all meant to happen. Now, knowing that it is time that you awaken to more of who you are, I'll get into this elevator and notice how it feels. Notice what you see. Notice how comfortable it is. No, go ahead and push the button on the side and noticed there is a button.
at the top that is labeled my cosmic self. This is the you that you are going to connect to. That is going to activate the light codes inside of your body, and this is also the you that you connect to with all of your guides and all of the assistance that you get in higher dimensional states of consciousness as well. No, go ahead and push that button that is labeled my cosmic self and as you push the button, you feel the elevator to begin to glide up. Now as it glides, you feel very comfortable. You feel yourself raising.
Go ahead and look down and notice that this elevator is getting higher and higher with you in it and you're looking down and noticing that earth is a period to be further and further away. The higher up you go, the more you feel yourself connect to this deeper part of you, the more you feel a higher vibrational energy inside of your body. I'm going to count down from 10 to one with every number I count. You're going to feel your vibration raise more and more. You're going to feel yourself more and more comfortable knowing that you are connecting to your cosmic self and any emotions that come up you allow...

So do you feel like you are putting more out to them than they are giving back to you? Or, if you're waiting for their text, you're waiting for them to call you, and they're not, then this video will completely reverse the energy polarity and dynamic that is happening.
And I'm gonna share with you exactly what to do. Now, the first thing I wanna share with this is that, when it comes to wanting someone else to text you or someone else to call you, what is happening is, there is a desire for something on the outside to come and to be part of the experience.
So it's an externalization of power. Now, look at just this simple also photo right here, this little diagram. When we think of somebody else or we are sending energy to someone else, what we end up doing is sending them energy, and that is actually depleting our own field, especially because we want something from them.
And think about it. When people can feel that you want something from them, they tend not to give it, energetically. They tend to almost be stingy with their energy because of the expectation that is there.
I know that when I used to, even as an example, sell woman shoes, if I was helping customers and I was thinking, and I wanted them to buy, and I wanted them to respond in a certain way, the more I wanted it, it was like the more they could feel it, and the more they resisted buying.
It was very interesting. But the more I was unattached and the more I didn't care, the more they would buy. Now, one of the reasons being is because when we want something, we are putting out resistance, and then, in a way, we are thinking of someone specific, and it's in a way like a location address that we are energetically sending that energy to.
So if we are thinking of this person that you want them to text you back or you want them to call you, and you are sending them energy, sending them energy that says I want this or I want that, and it's in a way needy energy, because there's a feeling of lack, they're energetically feeling it, and it's like, they're repelled.
They don't want to give you. Maybe they actually wanna give you what you actually want, but, because there's this energy of resistance and this energy of really projecting that energy, they energetically feel it, and then they naturally don't want to give it.
Now, I've shared this example before, but there's a technique or a example that will kind of illustrate why this is and how this energy works. Now, I've done this before at the shift experience, and also I talked about how I did this before at a life transformation place in Costa Rica.
But there was a energy person, they gave a TED talk, that was talking about energetics and the energy within our body. And she said, as an example, "Everyone in the crowd send me energy.
Send me energy. Project your energy at me." And she said that, as everyone in the crowd did, it was like 40 people, she would feel repelled. It would like make her back up she said. She said she could feel it.
It was like pushing her away, as they were setting her energy. She said, "Okay, now I want you to do something else. I want you to bring the energy back to yourself, bring the energy into your body, bring it into your body and your hands and your feet. Feel the energy."
And as they did that, as we all did that in the crowd, she said she could feel herself being pulled into the crowd. It's almost got a magnetizing effect to it.
So I've tested this, I've done this, and this honestly is pretty much the frame technique that I've shared in a lot of my YouTube videos, which is a simple technique of bringing the energy into your body, into your hands, into your feet, going out to public, feeling the separation between you and other people, and you'll notice that other people respond in a very different way.
Where, if you go out and you want them to say hi to you, you're worried about what they'll gonna think of you, you want something, like it's even the validation or approval, it's a very different energy.
And I remember when I first started doing this, I was living in Sedona at the time, I'd go on hikes, I'd go to whole foods and stuff, I know it sounds random, but I would do that, and it was like, I wouldn't need anything from anyone else. And I was just such a different response from people because I was more embodied, I was more grounded.
Now, energetically, when we're talking about someone that you want them to call you or to text you back and you want them to do that, the energetic component of this is being aware of where the child trauma might be, that is actually wanting their call or approval to begin with.

This video I'm going to be sharing with you a feeling is the secret guided meditation that will help you to achieve your goals. I believe if you listen to this meditation for the next 21 days, it will totally transform your life. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be explaining to you the power of what is called the feeling is the secret book by Neto Guard. I'm going to be sharing with you a meditation at the end that you can listen to every single night that will help you to achieve your goals. Now, that's going to be actually a majority of this video, but for the first couple of minutes, what I wanted to do is to share with you how to use it and what the idea is behind the teaching of God art and how it works with the feeling is the secret.
Now, this is a book that I originally read about five or six years ago. It's a short book. It's about 60 pages long and when I read it, I started to really become aware of this window of time before I go to bed at night and it's the same for everyone. As you're going to bed at night, what is happening is your brainwaves are going from that have more of an Alpha Beta state, which is the more awake states into the deeper levels of consciousness. So you're going from Alpha and Beta into more of a theta state and as you're moving more into Theta Delta state, Delta is more of the sleep. State data's more of the really relaxed meditation state. What we're doing is we have this ability to influence our subconscious mind in a very powerful way and we do that with feeling the language that the subconscious mind speaks in is the feeling and that's why the feeling is the secret.
Most people are intending to change their subconscious mind using logical thoughts, but that doesn't work because that's not the language that the subconscious mind speaks in. So many times we can sit there all we want and say something like, I am abundant. I am abundant. I am abundant, but if we don't feel the abundance underneath that, that's when we moved that into what is called an incantation, when sometimes we can even use our body to change our physiology, to change how we feel, will we begin to do is we begin to then influence that part of our brain which then begins to influence our life. Now understand our subconscious mind runs over 90 percent of our life experience, so when we get to the core of our subconscious mind and we learn how to influence it, everything in our life can change and if you look at it like this as well, when we grow up, up until about the age of eight to 12 years old, we're in a predominantly a theta state, which means as we're growing up, we're literally absorbing the environment.
We are attributing meaning to certain things and we're doing that all subconsciously. We're not even aware of it. That's why a lot of times when you see people going through transformation type work, you may see someone like Tony Robbins that asked someone, what was your relationship with your dad like? What was your relationship with your mom like? Because the relationship with the parents is the first relationship we normally have and we have derived so many meanings and associations from them that subconsciously that's what runs our life. So even 30, 40 years later, that person may be still running on that same subconscious patterning. Now here's the thing, up until about the age of eight to 12 years old, we're in that data state. So what happens is right around that time we start to move more into the Alpha state. We start to move more from the subconscious mind into the conscious mind, and we start to then have this thought process where we can have this barrier between what we think and what we experience.
Now what happens is then we get set in our ways for most of our life experience. So the key in the power is hacking our mind by knowing there are certain times of the day when our brain is going into more of a theta state. When it is drifting into the deeper brainwave state to win, then we can influence it with emotion. So the way we do this is the 20 minutes when we wake up in the morning and 20 minutes before we go to bed at night, because that's the window of time. So what I do and what I recommend you do is you visualize what you want...

Life is meaningless, until we give it meaning. The meaning we give situations, outcomes or circumstances are all what determine our reaction and attachment to it. You could lose your job and see it as a major defeat, feeling worthless and stressed now. That is because you gave your job that MEANING. Another person might attach a different meaning to losing their job and see it as an opportunity to find a better job that aligns more with their passion and wants. The only reason we stay attached to these certain things is because we think we are getting some type of benefit or payoff from it. Or sometimes we attach our identity to it which makes it hard to let go because you feel as though you are also letting a part of yourself go.
In order to reach a level of unconditional love, you must look at the reasoning and meaning that we give things in our life. The key to raising our vibration is to release meaning of everything under the levels of unconditional love. This is mainly because we tend to believe that things are built in. We easily tell ourselves that our relationships have to be this way because that is how life is or easily attach our identity to a job or person.
The first step in the process of letting go of a relationship, attachment or outcome is to be aware. Awareness is a powerful tool that starts the transformation process. When you become aware, you allow yourself to re-evaluate the thought processes, meanings and stories that were on autopilot. You're able to observe your thoughts and realize that your thoughts are not things. Be aware of your attachment.
The second step is payoff. What payoff are you getting by being attached to that person or thing? The payoff is sort of like the benefit that gives you meaning. Anything we're attached to, we're getting some type of payoff. Sometimes the payoff is insidious but sometimes it's very obvious. These can be things like comfort, worthiness, memories or emotions/ feelings.
The third step is to reframe. Recall that meaning is not fixed. Once you become aware and dissect what is the payoff you attach to, you can completely reframe the meaning. You should realize that reframing the meaning means that you can give it a completely new-found perspective and believe it as a new. Reframing allows you to realize that simply reshaping an experience, story, identity or situation brings a whole new realization.
The fourth step is making the choice to let it go. All letting go is, is making a choice. Sometimes you may find resistance because of the attachment. But once you commit to the choice of letting go, you allow space for your new identity. You allow yourself to become detached from the initial attachments you had which brings forth new, profound realizations about the self and your true identity.

This video we'll show you three ways to unlock your brains full potential. I'm going to share with you practical tools and mindsets that can radically change the way we view ourselves so that we're able to live up to our full potential. Welcome back to another video money is airing and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing some practical mindsets that I've used in my own life. I'm going to intertwine that with some science and some research studies so that we can apply these powerful tools and our own lives so that we're able to live to our full potential. So I shared this study before and a prior video in this study where it was done on students and a teacher and what they did is in fifth grade classroom what they did is they told the teacher that these kids are this smart kids and these are the kids that are going to underperform.
But what happened is the teacher then treated and had those certain expectations as to which kids were the smart kids and which kids were the kids that were going to underperform. And what happened was is those kids lived up to the expectations and the way the teacher was treating them. Now what they did is halfway through the year they said oh there's been a mistake. Actually these kids are the smart kids and these kids are the kids that are going to underperform so they switched it. What happened is then those kids lived up to the expectations once again and it switched. So it's like almost the way the teacher was treating the kids was the way. And the kind of expectations were being fulfilled based upon how the teacher was treating them.
So what this tells us is that we can treat our self in a certain way. We can have a certain mindset for our self and as we live up to that potential we're more likely to break through those limitations and to start to really experience what we are capable of. So the first way that we can really unlock our brains for potential has to do with letting go of the limitations that we put ourselves and starting to really view ourselves as able to accomplish more. So let me ask you a question. How do you view yourself. What is your full potential. Do you believe that you're only using a small percentage of your brain. You know they say that a lot. They say that we only use 10 percent of our brain.
In actuality we're using 100 percent of our brain the neural networks in our brain are using every area of our brain. But the idea is that maybe we're not focused and we're not thinking big enough so that we're able to use a greater percentage of its potential. So redefine it first off and realize you use a hundred percent of your brain. It's just that we make it look like we're only using 10 percent because we tell ourselves that over and over again. And while there may be so much more potential than what we've already experienced the first part of this is letting go of the definitions and the limitations that we put on ourselves of what we think we are capable of. You know there's many times that people will kind of trick people into thinking that they can do something just to see how they respond and if they tell them it's easy they'll go do something that's hard but they'll think it's easy and it will be easy for them.
So it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So let me ask you how do you view yourself. And that was something that I went through because up until a certain point in high school I think it was my freshman year in high school I used to not be good at school I just wasn't good at taking tests. I didn't have a good GPA I wasn't taking honors classes and there was something that I remember it was an English class and there was something that triggered for me where I simply started to view myself as somebody that was smart. I kind of let go of that old label that just not being that smart or not doing that well in school.

"Now the first thing we're going to do is I'll actually show you what happens. Let's go. Right when I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is a technique that is by Mel Robbins. She does and has a book that's called The 5 Second Rule. It's all about if you have a hard time wake up in the morning, all you got to do is, as you wake up, you go, "Five, four, three, two one," and you just simply get up. What that allows is not the mind to kick in and say, "Let's just sleep for another half an hour or let's just do this." It really proves to yourself the first thing in the morning that you have the ability to just get up and not let the overthinking start to settle in. I do that. That's right when I'll just get up. Five, four, three, two, one. Then what I'll do is I'll come right over to this section, which is my meditation session, which is something that I do for about the first 10 or 15 minutes of my day. Let me show you what that is.

The reason I do this is because what happens is I move from a state of reacting to a state of responding. I'm able to observe my thoughts rather than react to whatever I'm thinking.

"What I do is I come here. This is right close to my bed. It's just a spot that I come to. What I like to do, and I've explained this in prior videos as well, is I like to have a candle. The reason I look at a candle flame is because it helps my mind focus on one singular point. I've found that when I first started meditating about five years ago, that because I had ADHD, my mind would wonder everywhere. The more that my eyes would wonder, my mind would wonder. What I do is I still do a similar thing. I stare at a flame and all I do is observe my thoughts. I breathe in and out deeply, and I observe the thoughts that come into my head. I let the thoughts be there. I'm not trying to control them and resist them. I allow them to be there.

"Over time, what happens is the overthinking starts to go away. It's almost like the thoughts naturally start to slow down as you're not trying to control them. I do this for about 10 or 15 minutes a day. What I do is the first 10 or 15 minutes it's going to be me observing my mind and breathing in deep and becoming more present to the moment. A lot of times what I'll do too, I'll bring the awareness out of the head and bring it down into the body, which means I just put my attention on sense perceptions, and my hands, my feet, my chest. NO CONTACT Only Works When You Do THIS!

Going no contact is perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do. If someone else is losing interest or retracting energy, or if you've just moved through a relationship, one of the most powerful things you can do to really move on and to also at the same time stop tuning to somebody else is to go no contact, meaning you have no contact.
You do not reach out. You do not find out how they're doing. You do not creep on their Instagram. These are things that you do in order to go no contact, which has so many benefits, I'm gonna explain in a minute, but it only really works when you do what I share
with you in this video.
A lot of people do this the wrong way and because they do it the wrong way they don't actually reap the benefits of it.
So, when talking about no contact, I've made videos about this before. Some of my most popular videos talks about what happens when you energetically go no contact.
But basically in a nutshell, what happens is when you're with somebody else, your energy fields are very intertwined, energy fields are very connected. And what happens is when you are even thinking of somebody else and you are around them a lot, you end up sharing fields in a way, energy fields.
And what ends up happening as well is when you're thinking of somebody, even if you're not physically around them, you'll find that you thinking about them, wanting them to come around, wanting their approval, wanting their validation, when you think of them you are literally energetically sending them energy.
I know this sounds esoteric and kind of weird, but just I've seen this happen so many times in my own life and other people's lives when I share this concepts and these ideas.
And what happens is when you go no contact, what you begin to do is you begin to clear the communication, clear the energy fields between you and somebody else.
Now, when you clear the energy and you stop sending that person energy you allow the other person to regroup. If it is meant to come back together you actually give space for it to do so. Now, one of the main reasons people pull away and retract their energy energetically is because they want space.
They want space. Maybe there's a little bit too much intimacy there. Maybe they have intimacy blocks. Maybe they want space because there's some type of needy energy there.
Sometimes that happens, where the way somebody tries to control the dynamic is they're like, "Okay, I'm gonna get this person to come around. "I'm gonna talk to them a lot. "I'm gonna send them a whole bunch of messages."
And the more you do that the more it actually blocks it from working, the more you actually push that person away.
And when you retract your energy and you bring your energy back and you stop trying to control everything, everything ends up working out and you allow and you give space and you give space for somebody to realize how much they appreciate you.
Or you give them space and then you in your own energy realize that maybe it wasn't actually conducive for you, maybe it actually wasn't the healthiest thing for you.
But in general, the reason letting go and the reason going no contact is so powerful is because you stop projecting energy at somebody else.
Now, imagine this, imagine you're saying, "This person is not doing what I want them to do. "They're not texting me back. "I feel like they're in resistance. "They don't understand the dynamic that we have. "I don't get it. "What's going on here."
You're feeling resistance. And when you feel resistance and then you think of that person, you're literally sending resistant energy to them. And when they think of you they're feeling the energy you're projecting at them.
So it's like the resistance is being projected at them. They feel that. And then it repels them even more. And they say, "I want more space. "I want more space."
And going no contact is what you do is you stop sending them energy. You stop sending them resistance. You stop even energetically thinking about them. You start focusing more on yourself.
You start focusing more on your own, being in your own body, doing your own things in life, being around your own friends, living according to your own integrity, following your own purpose.
You are being called to right now, I believe to bring the energy back to yourself. Pull your energy back, bring it back to yourself. When you do that, you then start to feel more safe in your own body.
I've seen this happen so many times with people that are having trouble letting go of their ex and they're thinking about them and they're trying to make it work and they're texting them a lot.
And then I say, "Yo, pull your energy back. "Put the energy within yourself. "Put the energy within your own life. "Live by according to your own values. "Follow your own purpose."

3 Hacks for Grounding Yourself: Most Powerful Grounding Techniques
In this video, I share with you three ways that I ground myself. I don't just share them with you, but I actually take you with me, and I show you the exact things that I do that I've learned how to ground myself into the present moment. Now first off, the thing I want to do is share with you what grounding really is. Well, grounding is when we anchor ourselves into the present moment. It's when we really connect to the present energy of who we are.
Now with that being said, I'll say that in society, especially now more than ever, we have technology. With technology, while there are many, many benefits of it, there are sometimes side effects of it that cause us to be more, I guess you could say conceptual. It almost bring us, because we're staring at a screen, it brings us more to a place to where we're more stimulated with our thoughts. We're more identified with what we're thinking about, and then it turns out to where our thoughts are more thinking us rather than us thinking the thoughts. It's almost like that switch gets flipped.
But what grounding allows us to do is switch it back to where we are present into the moment, and then we are able to then more readily become and use that present energy, rather than us being used by our mind as much. Now, I kind of had to learn this out of necessity, I guess you could say, because when ... If you know a little bit about my story, I used to have ADHD, and I took Adderall, which is the prescription drug they give for it. From taking that for years, I decided I wanted to find something else, so I learned meditation, and that completely changed my life. It changed my energy, and within like two weeks, completely got rid of Adderall. I learned these three things I'm going to share with you out of necessity, and the three things that have had a huge impact on my life. What I'm going to do now is show you the first one of what I do, and it's one of the ones that I enjoy doing the most, and let's go do it now.
This technique is the most powerful technique that I've found for being able to ground myself. Now, it's simply coming outside and deciding to walk barefoot on the ground. I've been doing this for years now, and I find that when I do it, I sleep much better at night, my stress levels tend to go down, and I tend to just simply feel more balanced. Now with that being said, there's also coming out some levels of research that are showing that this is actually something that's good for the body. One of those is showing the effects that it has on the negative ions of our body. Like our body is naturally at a negative ionized state. What happens is is as we go through our daily life activities, and now I mean since especially because we walk around in shoes with rubber in between us and the ground, the idea is that we are more than ever immersed into the idea of technology, which means that those have EMF waves, and it's affecting our energy to where now we have an abundance of positive ions that we accumulate throughout the day.
Now, one of the simplest ways of balancing out our energy is coming outside where there's an abundance of negative ions. In the planet and in grass, there's an abundance of negative ions, and therefore when we come here, we're more likely to balance our state out naturally. If you can't sleep at night and you have problems sleeping, try grounding yourself before you go to bed. It's something I do every single night. I come out here for just a couple minutes and decide that I'm going to walk barefoot on the grass, and I find that I sleep much better at night simply because of that. But more so than ever, they're starting to really understand that there's benefits to the idea of grounding. It's going from some spiritual like woo-woo idea to something that's becoming more and more understood, and I think in the future, it'll come to be more accepted as something that's very beneficial to the body. Just like eating healthy has now been shown that it has an effect on our immune system and how we are in our energy levels. So eventually, I think it'll be something that's proven, but until then, the only way you're really going to know, is if you decide to go out and try it for yourself. So get outside. See if it works for you.

This video will show you a powerful technique for attracting what you want by decreasing its importance. This is a new perspective that I think can absolutely transform the way you see the process and allow you to attract what you want easily.
Welcome back. Another video My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you in new perspective that I'm applying in my own life that's been working. Amazing. Now this is a new perspective because it's something I actually read in the book. The book is called Reality Transurfing.
Books that was written by quantum physicist in Russia. It's a book that's just been translated to a whole bunch of different languages now and it's a kind of advanced for understanding some of these concepts. But what I like to do is read these concepts kind of more advanced the kind of break it down into something I think people can chew on it's kind of easy to understand. So this book and really the point that I'm going to be talking about from this book has to do with understanding something called excess potential. Now the idea is that anytime there's something we want to attract into our lives if we give it access potential which means that we give it excess meaning excess importance we immediately distance ourselves from it and metaphorically speaking. There are forces that come into play to balance out that energy.
Now this could mean that for example there's a certain person that you are chasing because you want to be in a relationship with them because you're putting them on a pedestal and you're making them very important. What happens is having that kind of frame having that kind of energy towards it. There are quote unquote forces that come into play that balance that out and it's almost like that person will be able to feel that neediness off of you and they're going to be retracted from you. Now say that you want a certain type of job and you just want it so badly so you go to the interview. You kind of tense about it and it's something that you really give a whole bunch of importance. All the ideas because you're giving it excess potential because you're giving it so much importance and so much meaning forces come into play that balance that out.
And that's why it doesn't end up happening or it very rarely does. Now the idea behind it is to be creating from a much more neutral place. Now have you ever wondered why yourself to yourself why there's some people that effortlessly attract what they want. Maybe they don't really even care about the law of attraction or maybe they maybe it's like that cool guy right. Like the cool guy that gets all the chicks and you're like oh he's who he does so well he just doesn't care whereas somebody else that really wants you know something or is really going after it seems to resist and not get what he wants. Well the person that doesn't care has no importance that they are given over to this kind of circumstance and because there's no importance there's no excess potential.
So it's much more likely to happen. So this kind of changes around the script a little bit and it makes us really understand the frame from which we're coming from. Are we coming from a frame of neediness of wanting something because it makes us more attuned to it.
The idea is also to get rid of desire. Now
this is something that maybe you're like I don't I don't agree with that.
You know a real lot of Abraham Hicks and desires are a good thing. I've been changed around my perspective desire quite a bit over the last probably three or four weeks since I've read this book and since I practice and Jones is reading not just theories practice it in your own life. Everything I'm telling you right now practice it for yourself and see if it works for you. I'm not telling you what to believe. I'm just giving you my own perspective on what I'm learning and what I've learned is that desire doesn't help unless it is transferred into intention. Now, the first thing to understand with this whole entire process is that based on the energy we are emitting, we are either attracting or we are repelling based on that energy.
Now, if you're clicking on this video, then it's a chance that you might be feeling resistance about your current situation. Now here's the thing, in order to become irresistible energetically, you must release resistance.
Irresistible is void of resistance. And the thing is, is when there's somebody or someone that we're connecting with, and even somebody that we're thinking a lot about, what happens is when we're thinking about them, we're literally projecting energy towards them.
And that energy if we're feeling resistance is being projected at them and they are feeling that. So the interesting thing about this is remember, people feel what you feel about you. And if you're thinking about them, there's a feeling of I'm not safe right now.
I don't feel safe within my own body or I want someone else's validation or approval or them to do something they're not doing. And in a way, what happens is then you're thinking about them and it's literally repelling them from actually doing what you want.
Now the reason this is, is because energetically, when you are in your body, and you bring the awareness into your hands and your feet, there's a magnetic quality that comes from being present.
Now, when the energy's being projected outwards and not only is it being projected outwards, but it's saying I want things to be different than they are.
In a way it's an energy of arguing with reality. It's arguing with the person whose attention you may be trying to get.
Now energetically, the key to this and the most powerful thing I could share with you in this whole entire video is understanding this dynamic and why it is important for you to actually bring your energy back to you versus projecting it towards them.
And the reason this also is, is because when you are inside of your own body, think about it, the electromagnetic energy of your heart is thousands of times more powerful than that of the head.
And this is something the HeartMath Institute has shown. So what happens is, if we're thinking about someone else, we're thinking about someone else, we're thinking about someone else and we're not feeling complete or we're feeling like they're not doing something we want, we're energetically closing in, we're feeling resistance.
There's a certain dimming of the light that occurs. There's a certain level of energy that begins to close in and contracts.
However, when you get more inside of your own body, and even inside your own heart, and you're following your own purpose and you're doing what you love, and you're around friends and people that you like, and you're living by your own values, it changes the energy.
It allows you to then be who you came here to be. And what I would encourage you to do is to look at whether or not you are following your passion, whether or not you are living according to your own values and virtues, because those go very strongly into your own sense of integrity, to how you feel about you.
And here's another main point I want to really wire you're in here because this for me for a long time was a challenge for me. I had to become aware that I was in a way more familiarized with being the cameo in other people's movies rather than being the star of my own movie.
There was a level of safety I got from wanting to help someone else, from wanting to fix someone else. And therefore I would attract people that I felt like I needed to fix, which also was implying there's something wrong with them.
And that would depolarize the dynamic, depolarize the relationship. And that was something that was stemmed from a childhood wound of feeling abandoned as a kid, and there's an abandonment wound there to then said that in order for me to really keep people around, I need to do what everyone else is not willing to do.
I need to fix somebody else, I need to stay around no matter what. It's like I need to have an extreme amount of loyalty. But then in the process I'd always end up abandoning myself.
So one of the main core themes that I noticed within myself, the more I did this, the more my life transformed is the more I stopped abandoning myself.
And the more I brought my attention inside my own body and the more I started living according to my own virtues, values, and levels of integrity, and the more I became the star of my own movie, the more my life changed as a result, because here's the thing.

Video, I'm going to be sharing with you the three things your higher self wants you to know, but will never tell you. These are going to be things that I think will absolutely transform your life once you become aware of them. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video I'm going to be sharing with you those three things your higher self wants you to know, but hasn't told you yet. Now, some of these are things that maybe you've had these feelings about. These are things that your higher self isn't actually holding back from you, but in order for you to actually know it, you have to resonate with the answer. It is something that you become open to once you go through, sometimes certain things in life, but also once you get to a certain place to where you will allow this kind of information to come through because the truth of the matter is your higher self is connected to you and is still you.
So it is something that consciously you won't get the message of until you are ready for it, and these are things that when it happens, it'll just transform your whole entire life. And before I even get into those three things, I want to share with you this little bit of a story about how reality works and why we are here right now on the planet. Something I haven't shared before. And so I think about, uh, every now and then and it's understanding higher dimensions, understanding how we exist and why we in a way formulated this earth reality and how we relate to it. So imagine that in the higher dimensions we exist in a state of consciousness of unconditional love and bliss. We have an ability to think thoughts and instantly thinks, see things come into our life. And we are even beyond just one life.
We can experience the being in multiple places at the same time. We are bound by time and space. These are things that we've in a way put into the reality that we exist in. But we exist much further beyond that. In true reality, who we really are, imagine our higher self in these higher dimensions and imagine that we are communicating with other versions of us that we may call different soles are different people, but at the same level we're all connected. We have that awareness and imagine that when we connect to other people, we see a reflection in them. We know that there are other versions of our same consciousness and imagine that in this higher dimensional aspects we can instantly teleport somewhere else because we're not bound by time or space. There is much more ability. Things are much more magical than we can even imagine and imagine that in these higher realms or have such a high frequency that anything we think of it instantly happens and imagine that we know everything exactly when we need to know it and we have this capacity to know everything at the same time because we are interested in like that.
We have that ability to perceive like that. Now imagine that doing that is a ton of fun for a period of time because what eventually happens is we realize that it's almost too easy. It's kind of like having been in a video game and having all the cheat codes just a little bit too easy. It's cool for awhile, but eventually you want to challenge yourself. You want to challenge yourself a little bit more, so imagine that all of us in these higher dimensions as our higher selves are chilling in this higher dimension and we're like, Yo, this is a lot of fun. Can instantly have this. I can instantly have this. I can instantly have this, and everything's just instantly popping around and we're like, you know what? Maybe it would be a little bit more of a challenging experience if we created a realm. We created this earth realm where when you go into it, you totally forget who you are.
You totally forget that you are new mortal, spiritual being limited, temporary human experience. You forget that you are this higher vibrational state of consciousness and what if we add in this dimension of time where things feel a little bit slow down, where you have time to cultivate your thoughts instead of things is instantly happening...
