The Vibration of Sexual Energy (Don't WASTE it!)
When it comes to vibration and how much energy you have, sexual energy, symbolized by this cup right here is one of the most potent energy centers that we have in our body. Now when we are going out and what we are doing, is we are wasting it, now wasting, it could be one, could be a form of masturbation 'cause there's some people that masturbate every single night and think of it, you're just literally spilling it, spilling it everywhere, it's not going anywhere, it's going towards any actual purpose, it's just being spilled, making a mess. Now, that's one way that a lot of people use their sexual energy, they waste it, they pour it out everywhere, they make a mess, and they're energetically literally depleting themselves. And what happens is, then they feel lethargic, they don't know why they don't have that much energy, when they talk, they don't have a lot of enthusiasm or passion in their voice. Well literally what they are doing is they are getting their lifeforce energy, and they are spilling it everywhere and wasting it. And then what happens is when we talk about the vibration of sharing sexual energy can be very magical thing, can be a very sacred thing.
But sometimes what happens is understanding the connection that we make to other people, and how that vibration of the other person, we in a way mix with that. Imagine that you are going out and you are sleeping with many different people. So imagine that you are then mixing your energy with them, you are then, I mean, that's what happens when you are having sex, what happens is then the pure energy that you have, if you are doing it mindlessly, let's say you're doing it with people that maybe have a lot of trauma, maybe you're doing it with people that you know, it's giving you an ego gratification, but there's a lot of stuff underneath the surface that you're absorbing, you may not even know it. And then what happens is you go out and you're literally giving your energy to other people filling up their cups. But imagine that what happens is when you keep doing it, and you're doing it from a place of maybe validation, or your your mind, you're not aware, you know, when it's with somebody that you really love, or it's somebody that you really connect to, it's a different type of energy, it could then be self sustaining, actually fill up your cup, but realize you're energetically mingling with other people and if you hardly know them, you may be taking on energy that you're not even aware of, could be an energy cord, you know, they talk about this in some esoteric traditions, but cords that we literally connect to when we connect to other people, but they've actually shown epigenetically, that when two people have sex, especially for the woman, the energy is absorbed inside of her and then that changes the DNA in the genes, which is very interesting.
And it's something to very much be aware of, and that be more protection of your own sacred sexual energy. Because what happens is when we continue to waste it by putting it on the counter, when we continue to mix it with other people, and we're not aware of the things that they have under the surface. Imagine that gunk in the bottom and you're you're moving that around but then you feel afterwards, you feel kind of drained and depleted? Well, one of the reasons could be is because literally some of that energy now is something that you're dealing with. So when it comes to this, realize you can use your sexual energy for just about anything. You can use it towards certain goals, you can use it and you literally feel that you have more vitality, I know that when there is, when it's just been wasted, there is a drop in energy for men, what happens is there is a drop in testosterone, there is a drop and actually oxytocin, ironically enough for a woman, there's normally if especially if it's with somebody else there's an increase in oxytocin, there's certain increases, but when it's being wasted, when we're mindlessly throwing out sexual energy, it is maybe the reason people feel fatigued.

This video I'm going to be sharing with you three signs that you have shifted to a parallel reality and may not know it. This is something that so many people go through and they have no idea. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you those three signs that you have shifted to a parallel reality and may have no idea of it even happening. The idea is that things look so similar to the way that they did before that we assume it is the same life track. It is the same type of parallel realities stream when actuality it is a totally different parallel reality. Now, this is something that actually happens quite often and it's something that quantum physics has been showing us that we exist within so many different parallel realities and the idea behind this list.
To give this a little bit of an explanation before I talk about my personal experiences with this and things that you can know whether you've done it or not, is think of it like this. There's an infinite number of realities that exist. What we think of as movement, this of me going like this right now, is actually the me shifting through different parallel realities. Now, think of each individual parallel reality as a separate frame, so this is a separate parallel reality. This is, this is, this is, and if there's one little change, there is a total change. Now, think of this like a film strip analogy. This is the easiest way to understand it. If we have a film strip and we were to the layout and stretch out of film strip, we would see that even though when we play it through a projector, everything looks like it's very fluid.
We could stretch it out and see that there's individual frames within each of those different frames of reality. Those are each individual frames that are totally different than the other ones. They may look very similar, but this is different than this is different than this. Every change is a total change. They are not the same, so in the same way, what we think of as time is actually the movement through different parallel realities. Because at the fundamental base, the only moment that does exist is this moment right now, I really think about this. We've never actually experienced the past because when it was the past, it was the now moment, just from a different point of view, but we can remember the past with our brain and I'll talk about that in a little bit and the same thing with the future. We can imagine what the future could be, but once again, that's the imagination.
It's in the brain. When the future gets here, it'll be this moment right now. So experientially, we've only experienced this moment now, but the idea is that we are shifting through different parallel realities so quickly that it looks continuous. The idea is that we have memory so we can tag all of these together. We can look at them in a continuity type way, so we assume that it is all one reality when in actuality we are shifting billions of times per second through these different parallel realities. If that's hard to believe that. Because when I first heard that it was something I had to really let sink in. But think about it like this, if I'm right here, right now, and there is one other variable in this parallel reality, like maybe a catwalk and around the cat moves around just a tad, then a different place, then that's a totally separate parallel reality.
So there's billions of variables in our lives. It could be people walking around, they move a little bit different, and it could be me making different choices. So there's different ways that we move through parallel realities, but there are times when a, at a higher level of consciousness, we may shift ourselves to a parallel reality that is conducive of a different way of being. Now, the reason I say this is because I believe that we are immortal, spiritual beans, that contemporary human experiences, just like quantum physics shows us, energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video I'm going to be showing you the three step process to changing your dominant vibration because whether you're aware of it or not, your dominant vibration is controlling your life.
You are experiencing in reality a direct reflection of your dominant vibration and even though there may be times that you intend for something else to happen, you set intentions, you visualize certain things, you go along a certain process, you might find that it always brings you back right to a certain bandwidth, right?
To a certain type of experience. Whether that's having a nine to five job and wanting to do what you love full time, and you find that every time you try to get ahead, it always brings you back. And there are different layers to this, but in this video I'm going to show you to track money, love, success.
The key is within you of changing your dominant vibration. I did this back in 2012. And even then, there's been levels. I've realized there's levels to this. The levels are depending on your level of vibration. Now, in many of the videos I've shared my art, it's not mine, but you know the levels of energy or the, uh, the scale of consciousness.
You'll see emotions such as shame, fear, guilt. You will see that of neutrality, willingness, acceptance. You'll see that of reasoning, of love, of joy, of peace.
I've shared it so many times that it just kind of know these things off the top of my head. And you'll notice that right here, your dominant vibration will be within one of these levels of consciousness within one of these ranges.
Yes, you will fluctuate. You'd think of it like you will have a gravity of a vibration and that your vibration may go up a little bit, but then normally it will be right brow ride back down and then it may be down for a little bit and then get right back up, right to whatever your dominant vibration is.
Your dominant vibration has been set depending on what you repetitively do, what you repetitively think and how you repetitively feel. These things are on autopilot, so something may have happened in the past that then bumped your vibration down and then you may. I've identified with it your identity is what keeps you locked into these different frames.
My identity for many years was that I'm not worthy. I had an ex step mom that was abusive. I wasn't allowed to have my own freedom. I didn't even deserve to have my own freedom. I was working nine to five job that I hated and in general there was a self image there that was in general like I'm not worthy.
I was angry about my past, angry about what I went through. And because of that, it kept me within a certain bandwidth. And even though sometimes what I do is I might go do something, I might go smoke a little weed or I might go drink a little bit, and then the, whew, I feel a little bit better if I just keep doing it.
Maybe I'd raise my vibration, I feel better. But what I realize is that that was a crutch. I was using it. It would bring me up a little bit. But the key was when I realized that I wanted to do this and I wanted to let go of having to do anything to raise my vibration other than use my own consciousness.
Once I did that, I went so far up, so high vibe, but I did. I went much further up than I was. I started to feel high literally all the time. And I remember walking around my room thinking to myself, will this feeling go away? And it was, my base point was risen.
Of course, there's still a range there. There are times I feel frustrated and not positive emotion, but the gravity of my vibration has raised to a point now to where I don't need to smoke. I don't need a drink, I don't need caffeine. I you see how much energy I have.

Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding how to transform your life by transforming your self image, and I'm going to give you a meditation that will also help you to do that. So this is something that I highly recommend you listen to for 21 days. In doing so, you're going to wire in this new way of being, which is actually your authentic core being of who you are. A lot of times it's about just understanding. There's these layers. There's these layers of beliefs that don't serve us. There's these layers of how we identify ourselves that cover up the true essence of who we are and our true vibration, and that's what keeps us in a quote unquote low vibrational state.
Because the truth of the matter is, our natural vibration is a high frequency. That's why a lot of times you see the chart that I shared, the the scale of consciousness moving up. The scale is not so much about piling on. It's about letting go, letting go of what doesn't serve, and as you let go, you naturally start to bob up just like the Bob have an ocean. You put a bottle in the ocean and it povs down. You push it down. What happens when you let it go at Bob's right back up. So this is a similar type idea and when it comes to self image, understand that self image is going to be what is the autopilot mind for the way that you see yourself. Now, the reason I'm sharing this before we get into the meditation, because this will help you to understand exactly what is happening, understanding what is happening at a deeper level.
Understanding that as you make these shifts within you, that's when your whole reality begins to change because your outer reality is a reflection of your inner reality and the inner way that you see yourself. So just to give a little bit of a basis of what our self image is, however we see ourself is going to be the confines of what we are capable of. If you see yourself as only able to make a certain amount of money per year than your thoughts, your emotions and your actions will link up to that self image. If you only see yourself of being worthy to be in a certain type of relationship, then you will only attract people that are equal to that self image for how you see yourself as worthy. So this is about being aware of what that is for you because the moment you become aware of what your self image is is the moment that you can then switch it and then let go of what is off inauthentic because the belief that you're not worthy of being in a great relationship, that's not really who you are.
That's just something that happened in a moment. In time. You may have decided, this is what I'm capable of. This is who I am, and in actuality you are capable of so much more. So a self image is also kind of like that. Have a thermometer. I got my thermometer on the wall right over there and on thermometer it might say right now, 75 degrees. I think that is what it says. And if I were to open up the window because it's cold outside here in Vegas, it would start to bring in the cold. And then that cybernetic mechanism, which means it always returns back to the default, would kick on the heater to heat the house back up to 75 degrees. That is a cybernetic mechanism. So if you see yourself as only able to make 50 k a year, then your thoughts, emotions and actions will lead up to that.
That will be your reality. And the thing with most people is they simply are not aware of what their self image is. They're not aware for the way they see themselves. They're not aware of the, uh, the, the thoughts, the emotions, the actions they're taking. And because of that, they live in the autopilot mind. They live doing the same things every single day. They may wake up on the same side of the bed that may go and do the same things. They may go to the same job, talk to the same people, have similar conversations. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you and Abraham Hicks guided meditation that I think will totally transform your life, and the reason I say that is because the principles that I share in this meditation have transformed my own life. Now, understanding what the vortex is, understanding how we can get into it is the key to us experiencing a totally new reality when that goes beyond having to try hard, when that goes beyond having to re create resistance along the way, and when you understand the vortex, you understand manifestation all together.
Now, in order to do this, what I want to do is I'm going to do a quick demonstration of exactly what the vortex is explained in such a simplistic way that I think you'll really begin to understand it because a lot of times when we hear it talked about, we can kind of get it, but to feel into it and understand it's totally different thing and I believe that this will help you to do that. Then we're going to move into the meditation that I think if you listen to for 21 days will totally transform your life. I think you'll begin to merge with yourself in a completely new way. The real part of who you are and that as you do that, you find that things happen easier than ever. Now, first off, just to explain this, just to give us a little bit of basis when we're in a certain state of being.
When we are in a higher vibrational state of being, we manifest things easier than ever when we are trying to create from a paradigm of lack. When we are creating from a lower vibration, it takes a lot more energy to make things happen and we create a lot of resistance and blocks along the way. That's why when most people have the intention of having and getting certain things in their life, they'll experience blocks. It's because they're coming at it from a place of lack. They're coming at it from a place as if that over there. It's going to make me feel better, but the truth is we can make ourselves feel the way that we prefer right now in the present moment by understanding our emotions in a new way. Now let's look at this of our goals and that of the vortex like this.
I'm going to use my handy dandy notebook here to show you, but imagine that this is us and what we want to do is we want to create what we want in our life. Now in general, we always get in life that which is equal to the vibration that we are putting out. Now, when we think of that about it from the higher vibrational point of view, I'm going to go ahead and put a charge right over here that you're going to see right there and that chart you'll see there's different emotions on that chart, the higher vibrational emotions or towards the top. Now when you get towards the top, you move from that of shame, fear, guilt, up to neutrality. Then eventually you get to willingness. Then you get up to love bliss, and then enlightenment is at the very top. The idea behind the vortex is that what we learned how to do is to tap into our higher vibrational states of consciousness, of love, of bliss, of joy, of peace, and we can do that by getting into what is called the vortex.
Now imagine that this is the. What I'm putting out is the vibration. Imagine that. This right here is my vortex. Now my vortex is that have a higher vibrational state of being. You can think of this as an energetic. You can literally think of it as a vortex that is constantly having the energy go within it and it's also increased in the vibration of what has ever within it. Now think of it like this. We all have a state of consciousness that when we get to our things just happen effortlessly for us. Maybe you've had it before. Now, the way I want to explain this is different than maybe you've heard before, but the way I look at letting go is it has to do with our identity and our self-image for the way that we see ourselves. It also has to do with the power that we're giving to whatever we're resisted to let go of.

"For example, say we need to let go of a certain relationship. Maybe it's a significant other, and it's not working out. We realize that it's hard to let go. If we are giving too much power over to the other person and to that importance in our life, what'll happen is is that becomes a part of who we are. Any amount of letting go of that is scary. Now, let's relate that maybe addictive feelings, maybe feeling a certain way. A lot of times subconsciously we'll have a certain self-image, we'll be attached to certain ideologies that make us feel a certain way, and we'll subconsciously be afraid to let those go. That comes from an attachment to those perspectives.

"Now, say it's a relationship, and it's a specific person that our intention is to let go of. The idea is to change the focus from always thinking about that person and thinking that that person equals the key to our happiness. Now, this may mean that we start to focus on other perspectives. It might mean that we get away from being around that person so much. Or we start to get in new environments that don't constantly give us triggers for remembering and thinking about that person. Now, this means that one of the key things that's important is starting to look at ourselves as already whole and complete. Now, what this does is it takes out the necessity to have someone else that needs to be there, and it allows us to generate the state from within.

"Now, the next part of this is to simply trust in yourself, trust in your life experience, trust that things will happen when they're meant to happen. As you trust in the moment right now, it takes away from the power. It takes away from the energy of that having power over us and thinking that we actually need it. Now, then what you can do is start to see yourself in that way and to start to take action from that. It might mean that you start to hang out with other people that you haven't hung out with in a while that take you out of the realm of always thinking about her or him or whoever it is.

this video I'm going to be sharing with you three law of attraction truths that I wish I knew earlier. If I would have known these earlier, I would have saved so much time and I would have achieved my goals easier than ever. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you three commonly understood law of attraction mindsets of the way we go about attracting what we want. I'm going to be showing you how it is completely outdated and how it only works from a certain, you could say level of consciousness and how when we shift that perspective, everything and our life can change and how also when we shift that perspective, things become so much easier because in the very beginning of my youtube channel, when I first started making daily videos, the main thing that I would promote was massive, massive action which did get me massive results.
However, the reason it got me massive results because I loved what I was doing. Even though I was working full time at the time I was working at Barneys New York selling woman's shoes, I was also working 40 hours a week, uh, there and I was also working about 25 to 30 hours a week making daily videos because I made myself a choice. This is what I'm going to do. Bank daily videos. I did that and I got results. I was like massive action, massive action, massive action. However, the things I learned along the process has totally changed everything because while I still do what I love, obviously I'm making videos, still do daily videos. I woke up this morning and it's the first thing I do every day, but it's also what I love to do. But many times in my past, I look at my past and there's been times that I would do and take massive action doing things consistently.
But if I wasn't passionate about it, it wasn't sustainable. Not only was it not sustainable, but it's almost like things would happen to show me, hey buddy, this ain't the thing to be doing. This isn't what is actually going to get you results. So it's about being in tune with that higher energy stream, understanding that when we're doing what we're passionate about, we are in a higher vibrational state. When we're in a higher vibrational state, we manifest things easier than ever. So in this video I'm going to be sharing with you those three things I've learned in the last year and a half of a taking massive action and also things that I found that it made everything so much easier. Now, the first thing that most people that teach the Loa will tell you and the thing that you'll learn, especially from the old school law of attraction books, I remember this is something that was in the book think and grow rich, which I think still is a great book.
However, there's this understanding that when you transcend it, it changes absolutely everything, and it is this understanding. The first one is about the idea of desire. Most people believe that desire is the best thing. Desire is what gets you results, but all desire does is if it's transferred into intention then is powerful. I'll explain that in a minute, but the moment we say I really, really want something is the moment we vibrationally say, I really, really don't currently have that something. So it's about being aware of the vibrational resonance because we always get in life a reflection of what we believe and a reflection of our vibration. So that's always reflected back to us. Now are we resonating with the vibration of the reality we want? If we say I really, really desire it, will the version of us that is already experiencing the reality we want.
They already have that which we want so they don't have to desire it. So the key is seeing it from a new perspective because I've realized this is my own life. The more I needed really want something, the further away that thing goes because wanting and needing is a energy of desperation and it is also an energy that retracts whatever is in its field. It's just going through a belief system, it's going through a filter in our mind, that converts it into a negative thing. It's almost like that negative definition itself is what causes the anxiety to begin with. I haven't even got into the three techniques I'm going to share, but that alone can allow you to really transmute it from being that feeling of anxiety to sitting there and saying, "Wait a minute, could this be excitement for something new, and is there some type of negative definition I'm imposing on this feeling, and therefore getting that result?"

"Now I've been someone that's felt social anxiety many times before, and especially because of the way that I grew up. Let me give you a little backstory real quick. Between the ages of me being about 9 to 15, my dad was married to someone that was my ex-step-mom. She was very intense when it comes to discipline. We were allowed to watch TV before. We were allowed to have friends before. All of a sudden, when they got married, we weren't allowed to watch television, we weren't allowed to have friends, and all we were really allowed to do was yard work, house work, or go to school. It was like a very military-type style.

"Between that time, of course we went to school, of course we still had interaction there, but we weren't able to really have that casual interaction of being socially at a party or something like that. Then 15 came around and a little bit before that my dad divorced her. When that happened, all of a sudden me and my brother are very excited because we're allowed to have friends, we're allowed to watch TV, which was something we weren't allowed to do for that whole period in our life, and I had to learn how to relate to people. I had to learn how to not be so anxious around other people.

"I remember, looking back at this, maybe I didn't know all this information now, but when I look back at this, one thing that really helped me go through, which is the first one I'm going to share with you, is to change the story that you tell yourself and to change the attachment that you have. If you go out into public and you always believe that you feel anxiety when you're around other people, it's almost like you've been conditioning yourself to feel that emotion where you could simply decide you are going to change that story. As you change the story and you simply realize, hey, I'm just going to decide right now that that doesn't have to have power over me in the present moment, that's when things began to shift.

"For a period of time I was always thinking to myself, "I lost this period of my childhood and I wasn't around people." I realized that that didn't help me, and that, in a way, influenced or emphasized that kind of experience. I remember, even if I went to a party with friends that were already my friends after I started making friends, I would still feel that anxiety. It always came from making it all about me. When I would go somewhere I'd put all the focus on what will other people think about me. But the moment I decided to put that energy out to simply have fun, have more of a sharing-type vibe, which is just loosening up about it, that's when things really began to change. But I had to let go of that story and I had to be more present to the moment.

Imagine that you go to a restaurant and you put in your order and you say, I would like this, and then you say it and then the waiter says, okay, I'll be back. They leave, and then imagine the whole time you're worried about what's happening and you're asking other staff member if everything's going okay in the kitchen, you're asking your friends to do something about it.
You're creating all this resistance and all you really had to do was let go and trust the process. Now, it's a huge paradox, but when you let go, that's when you can have it all and in this video I'm going to show you exactly how to do that.
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now on this video I'm going to be sharing with you how letting go allows you to then have it all, and this is a huge paradox, but I've looked at all the like if you were to take a timeline of my life out from me working that nine to five job that I wasn't passionate about selling women's shoes, you've probably heard me talk about it in other videos before.
If you've seen or heard me talk about going from that to then going full time on YouTube to now going into a new arena, which is me doing live events, if you've seen any part of this journey. I was looking at it myself and seeing and noticing that when the great results came, it was when I really let go of the outcome, trying to control it.
Now. In a way, willpower got me far, me choosing my actions, choosing what I'm doing, but in order for me to then get a jump from let's say here to here, it always required for me to let go, to let go of outcome, to let go of something. And that has been the key. I remember especially there was a time, maybe a year and a half ago where my intention was to really grow on YouTube.
The more I thought about it and I was thinking about it and I was making the daily videos, I've been making daily videos for three years in a row and I was doing all of these different things and I realized I was creating a lot of resistance. And one day it kinda hit me. I remembered that there was this talk I listened to or something, and he had this talk where he was talking about, you know, 15 minutes a day.
Think about what you want, feel it as if you have it, and then let it go. Trust the universe to bring it to you. And in that moment, I also had a remembrance that when I was working that nine to five job selling woman's shoes, it was a commission-based job. And the days I did the best were the days I went in and I let go.
I had a vision for an intention. I want to sell this much amount per day or whatever it was, but then I let it go and I focused on having fun and joined the process every single time I did that, I would have amazing results. So when it came to YouTube wanting to grow on YouTube, what happened was back in December, 2018 I think I still, I was focused on it, but then what happened is I started to let go of it.
I actually at that time was moving into a new relationship and when I was, it was like almost, I was creating so much resistance around creating an, and having my YouTube channel go to the next level that what I ended up doing is I realized I was like holding it in place. I get wanted to take off, but I was trying to hold it in place and because I was trying to hold it in place, it was then, it was resistance.
As I was moving into that new relationship, I realized that my attention was going away from that and I would just start to allow it to be, in a way, I kind of put it on the back burner a little bit. I still wanted, I still was intending for it, but when I did that, that's when everything got taken to the next level because I let go of the outcome.
I look at the energy dynamic there and anytime I let go from trying really hard and in a way like holding the resistance in place, that's when then the results came. So it comes from letting go of the outcome and trusting the universe to do its job and imagine that like this too. Let me switch...

This video we'll show you the truth on the 17 second manifestation. And I'll also give you the tools and perspectives in order to really make that happen. Welcome back to another video. My name is Erin and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you the truth and all about understanding the 17 second manifestation. It really comes from Abraham-Hicks which talks about the 17 second barometer that we can use in order to feel any Both emotion within us. But what I want to do with this video is give you a whole new perspective as to how this process goes. That can really transform the way you see the whole idea of the law of attraction. But at the same time give you a better reference point to how to go about the process. Now with this and with manifestation the way I'm going to explain it has to do with understanding resonance and understanding a little bit of quantum mechanics.
But I'll break it down very simple so that it's easy for us to understand. Now when it comes to quantum mechanics when it comes to this idea of what we're starting to prove in science understand that the only moment that really does exist is this moment right now when this really begins to become something that we understand we can then see that when it comes to this timeframe of 17 seconds that really is just a barometer for something we can give ourselves permission to see to feel and to experience. So with this and because the only moment that does exist is this moment right now the process of manifestation is more about understanding. It's about making the invisible visible.
Now with this understanding becomes apparent that then what we can focus on is resonance. It's more about also knowing that when the only moment that exists is now the other part of quantum mechanics is that everything is right here right now is just vibrating at different levels of frequency. So the degree to which we experience certain things in our life will depend upon our own resonance. Now the power of the 17 second manifestation is that as we are focused on certain thoughts and certain emotions and we are building up the momentum it gets us to such a peak to where then we can visibly see something that prior was invisible because of our own momentum because of our own focus. So as we simply decide to choose to focus on certain things in our life we will build that up to a peak to where then we are able to break through where it's seen in our life now going through this process and realizing this is more about making the invisible visible allows us to really tailor the RIAA as the reticular activating system in our brain to certain opportunities and to certain ideas and it may be opportunities that have been in our life the whole time but we just weren't able to perceive of them because we weren't in the right energy state.
Now think of your R8 Yes the reticular activating system in your brain as your selective focus. This is for the people that maybe think the law of attraction is Woo-Woo. It's easy to understand this idea and think of it in the form of maybe you buy a certain car and when you buy that car you then go out and because you have a certain level of value you've given to what you just bought or the car that you've been focused on you are more likely to see more of those cars around so all of a sudden you're like I see my car everywhere.
The idea is that those cars were around the whole time. It's just that our brain had given it importance or value and we hadn't been focused on it. Now in the same way. Think of the momentum that you can build by focusing on the things that serve you think of the moment and you could build by really embodied the best version of yourself and how then you will perceive of opportunities that weren't there before. But are there now. And the idea of course is they were there before we just were resonating with those opportunities. So the power in this is also knowing that what we can do is we can act as if and as we embody the motions of the best possible version of ourselves we will literally start to perceive of opportunities that that version of ourself would have.
So the simple way to do this is to imagine the best possible version of yourself how you would be acting the kind of body language you have and as you mimic in near that version of yourself behavior you will start to create the same patterns you'll start...

This video, I'm going to be sharing with you a daily meditation for the morning for manifesting your day. I believe if you listen to this meditation for the next 21 days, it will radically change your life and you'll find that you start to consciously create what you want. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you my personal guided meditation that I do every single morning right when I wake up and how this has radically transformed my life over the last five years, year, eight months to a year that I've been doing this specific meditation I'm going to be sharing with you. Now. The purpose of this video is to give you something that's easy to apply, something that you literally just put headphones in. You'll hear some binarial beats underneath that of the music with some music.
With that of the meditation itself, and what the meditation will do is do a couple different things. Now, as with a lot of my videos that I've been doing lately, what I share is in the beginning of the videos, I explain the understanding of everything. Then we move into the meditation. If you're trying to go straight to the meditation, you'll see a timestamp and added the description box that goes straight there and then every day from that day going forward, you can just click there and go straight to the time that you want. Now for this process, there's three main parts of it that are very powerful that when we begin to apply changes our whole entire life, and really that's what happened when I learned how to do each of these different aspects in my life. Everything began to change and the first one, the first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna.
Take a couple minutes to simply observe our own thoughts. Now, the reason this is is every everyday that we wake up and we go straight to our phone, what we do is we go straight into reaction mode. We go straight into reacting to the stimulus of what's going on to life events. And the thing is, is when we do that, especially when we do it consistently, we get into the pattern of just always been at the mercy of what is happening, but when we learn how to observe our thoughts from a neutral place, we can just simply see them as they're the even just doing this for five minutes or just a couple minutes that we're going to be doing it in the meditation. What that does is that affects the rest of our day. I remember when I first started doing this, I realized that at the time when I first learned this meditation, I was working a sales commission job at Nordstrom's and I remember doing it and then doing it just for five minutes in the morning I would go into work and someone would say something that would maybe normally trigger me or normally get me to react.
And I was able to observe that thought. I was able to observe what was happening and I wasn't feeding into it. I didn't feel like I was given away my power. And from that moment on I decided I was going to do it. Every day because it's so changed my outlook on everything, you will literally start to relate to life in a completely new way because you'll see that there are things that happen and that's what they can stay. They can just stay as things that happen, not things that happened to me or some stories that the mind will develop from the reaction mode. It's about learning to observe, so that's the first part. The first couple minutes of the meditation, I'm going to guide you along the process so I made it very easy. Guide you along, observing the thoughts and then letting them go, observing them, allowing them to be there, and then letting them go.
This seems counter intuitive, but it's powerful. Now, the purpose of this meditation as well is to show you the power of intention because when you simply start to set your intentions, your life begins to change in a very powerful way because the thing is is what intention is intention is the direction of our life, and a lot of people simply aren't setting enough intentions. They have a general intention for maybe one thing they want to happen throughout...

Our self-image is perpetuated through years of reference experiences and the way we relate to the world. People respond to us not so much from our appearance but to how we are showing up (i.e our energy, how we feel, our beliefs about who we are, etc. The key to this is understanding that the way we define ourselves sets up an expecation of how people treat us and people reflect that back to us. The power is in changing our self image of who we are by dropping the labels and limiting beliefs that have held us back from being our authentic selves. The paradox is when this happens we will naturally not care what others think because we feel accepting and secure with how we define ourselves. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to show you why narcissistic and sociopathic people don't get their Karma, or at least why they don't appear to get their Karma.
What you can do about that, and you may have a, you know this question comes up a lot in the spiritual community as well. There's a lot of, there's narcissistic people in the world that have certain agendas and that have things that are completely service to self and ego gratifying.
What I see happening in the world is so many people are waking up and starting to take their power back. They're starting to draw boundaries and say no to people that they've always said yes to and they're starting to really take the power back in a very empowering way.
Now, let me preface this video with talking a little bit about sociopathic and narcissistic people. This is a lot of times has to do with manipulation, has to do with people that will manipulate other people to get what they want. People that see themselves on a higher pedestal than anyone else and wants everyone else to conform to them.
They are very much service to self type personalities. That would service to self means is there's these two perspectives of service to others and service to self. Service to self is when it's very ego gratifying. A lot of times it's things that um, project their own agenda and service to others is when you have a general awareness that we're all connected and you have an intention of adding value.
These two concepts I get from the books called the law of one, which has to do with a lot of esoteric but powerful information on spirituality. Now let me also preface this video by explaining that I grew up with somebody that you could consider to be narcissistic and sociopathic.
For those of you that know my story, I'm going to talk a little bit about this just so you kind of see where I'm coming from. And you also see how I navigated through this because I did have to deal with this. So first off, when it comes to this, my brother and I dealt with our ex step mom.
So between the ages of seven to 15 years old, you probably heard me talk about this story in my many other videos that I have, but between the ages of 7-15 years old for me, my brother's two years, two and a half years younger than me, I earn, we had our dad and our mom divorced when I was like 5.
Then my dad a couple of years later met this lady and she was, um, at first it started off as like a normal, you know, normal type relationship. You know, they were dating and slowly but surely. Then she moved in and then we were going half and half. We're seeing our mom half the time seeing our dad half the time.
Slowly but surely she started to gain control. The Ex, you know the ex stepmom and at first it was very small. It was stuff that you'd be like, Bro, that's not, there's nothing to worry about. You know, the TVs got taken out of our room, our Nintendo's got taken away because she said that she didn't have that when she was growing up.
Then what happened is, you know, my dad works 24 hours shifts cause he's a firefighter, right? Not that you would know that, but he works 24 hours shifts cause he's a firefighter. So he was home and Yvette and then he would be gone 24 hours. He'd come back for 24 hours, gone 24 hours and then didn't have like six days off every so often.
However, as she was started to be trusted, she may know my dad allowed her to be home with us. So we had to deal with her when we were young. Now what are the actually ended up happening is things started to escalate. So she started to gain more and more control.....

In this video I'm going to be sharing with you the truth on ghosts, astral projection and dreaming that no one tells you. This is going to be a perspective that really sets it into place, that you understand this at a deep level and you'll start to relate to life in a completely new way. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you the truth on what are called ghosts. That of understanding astral projection and dreaming and a totally new way. Well, your [inaudible] going to start to see yourself and a completely new way in this process because this is the thing we grow up thinking that we are this avatar body, that we are experiencing our reality through the sentences which we do. We experience reality through the five senses, but what we are told growing up is that this is who we are.
We are the accumulation of the reference experiences we've had. We are our ego. Now this is the thing, the ego is a part of something. We're having a three d experience with, but it is not just who we are. The truth is you, me, we are all immortals. Spiritual beings live in temporary human experiences and when we get lost in thinking that this is all that we are, we a lot of times create a lot of resistance because we are living in an illusion or disillusion that this is what's actually real and when we identify with it, we then start to give things such seriousness. We start to create resistance and we end up actually resisting and feeling more negative emotions, more lower vibrational emotion. So here is the truth. Now when it comes to this process, the way you're going to understand this is going within yourself.
When I tell you these things, experience it for yourself. Go within yourself, see if it resonates, meditate on it. This is how I come into understanding more of all of these ideas I share in my channel. I made 900 videos are more on this channel. The way I get information is to write, tap into a larger part of me, the soul part of me beyond the ego, and by doing so I'm able to bring back certain things which is really just bringing it in, grounded it in here. So here's the thing about ghosts, ghosts, we'll start off there. Now we live our lives thinking that we are our ego like I was mentioning a couple of seconds ago. Now the thing is is our ego and when we are looking and seeing that of the different things in our life for we are perceiving of other people, we are seeing through the eyes of the Avatar, however, the Avatar, which is the three d physical body, whatever we want to call it, however, at a greater level, at a greater consciousness level, since we already mortal spiritual beans, what we need to understand is there's different bodies, there's different parts of us, so we have a three d physical body.
In this reality. When we go to bed at, we wake up to what is called our astral body. So we have a physical body in an astral body, the astral body, every night when we go to sleep, we are very active in higher dimensional levels of consciousness. We are maybe doing very similar things we're doing here. We're connected to people in our lives in a different way to astral rounds. Sometimes people assume that when people die, they don't have any communication with them. Many times you may actually have even more communication with them. Welcome back to the video. My name is Aaron and I hope people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing my experience with subliminals. I'm going to be showing you ways that you can make them actually work so that you attract what you want. And I want to first off say this is a video that I even asked probably for the last five months now.
I get asked quite often if I make a video on subliminals now I think the power of subliminals. Is that a lot of people want a quick solution to being able to attract what they want and what I want to encourage you to know first off is that I'm not the biggest fan of subliminals. I think they can work. I'm not saying they don't work. I'm saying that it depends upon the person. But when it comes to this understanding subliminals I think even more powerful than subliminals is getting to the core of our beliefs changing our beliefs and then getting a new reflection in our life. But subliminals are very appealing because it seems like a quick fix. Now the truth is we are always being primed. We are being primed by advertising companies we're being primed by the movies we're watching we're be primed by the people we're talking to our environment.
Always it's always happening now. Subliminals are a way to consciously put that kind of priming into our daily life and you can listen to subliminals whether it's audio tapes and it's some type of like dual induction affirmations. You can listen to it when you watch insert imagery and it has certain meaning and it has certain symbols inside of it and it can work. So I'm not knocking it in any sense. I'm simply saying that the other part of this is our beliefs about if it works because if we believe it works then we may get a positive effect out of it. If we believe it doesn't work then it may be a self-fulfilling prophecy. But it's in the beliefs that the power really exists. Now what this means is that we can decide and just simply choose to be how we prefer and if we put the power there we will get the effect out of it but we use subliminals or other tools as a symbol that says I am here I want to be here and if I do this action I will get there.
Now in general there are many actions you can do that can reprogram your subconscious mind. There are many daily habits that you can do that will reprogram your subconscious mind and it subliminals is one of those. But what I want to encourage you to do is to not look for the in a way this could be like to kind of get rich quick type thing. You know it could be just the quick fix the seven minute abs you see what I mean and I'm not knocking it.
Like I said but what I am saying is I encourage you to go deeper to get to the core of your beliefs and understand that the power exists within you. Now it depends upon our belief system. If we have a belief system that looks and we're looking at subliminals and we see people get Mazan the results with it and we see all of these results and then we decide to do it we may get similar results because our beliefs are honoring the expectation that we have. So this video goes deep I also did a video a while back on the power of 10:49 and why the truth of 11:11 is that we give it meaning. And because we give it meaning we then start to see more patterns of it and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy in a way is a similar type thing.
Now the best most powerful thing that we can do is to make a choice as to how we prefer to be a new self image for ourselves and they consistently to wire that in with our behaviors and subliminals can be a powerful part of that. Now my own personal experience with subliminals is that I've done them before. I've listened to meditations before that has them inside it. I watched meditation videos and seen them as well inside of that and I can say that I felt a difference but it wasn't a grand difference to what I felt like I was transformed in order to feel some type of transformation. This video I'm going to be sharing with you a guided, subliminal meditation that will totally transform your life and allow you to start living the way that you want and attracting what you want effortlessly. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you that subliminal guided meditation that we're going to do together towards the end of this video. What I want to do before that, because as in all my videos going forward, what I'm going to be doing is sharing some very powerful ideas that I think are powerful. They can can change your life for the first part of it. And then the last part of it, it's wiring those ideas in with the meditations that can help us to embody the learnings rather than just intellectually understanding it.
So this is something I've been doing on the channel for about four or five videos and I've had amazing feedback from you guys and I'm grateful for that. So I'm going to keep on doing it. So let's first off understand subliminal meditation or subliminal type programming, like how we can program ourselves subliminally. Now, I'm actually coming at this from a different point of view than maybe you've heard before because the definition of subliminal means under the surface. So normally when we think of subliminal, we are thinking of it in the form of maybe some type of Disney movies with some type of subliminal messages in the background. We could think of it an advertising. They're subliminal advertising with certain things that trigger certain emotions that we aren't consciously aware of.
But that's the key is it's we aren't consciously aware of it and the most important thing when it comes to you experiencing what you want in your life and you really living your life in a very effortless type way, isn't necessarily going to be just these little flashes that go inside your mind of certain colors or certain type of phrases that come out. And it can influence the mind subconsciously, but even more powerful than that. It is the story that we subconsciously tell ourselves every morning when we wake up. This has been one of the biggest game changers in my life. I've changed my story that I used to tell myself and it was all done subliminally. Now what do I mean by subliminally? Well, it was done subconsciously. You notice how subconscious, subliminal. It's both the same type of under the surface type influence, but nonetheless subliminal.
Think about it as something that we are just completely not aware of and that is the story we tell ourselves and when we start to tell ourselves a new story using the kind of meditation I'm going to be showing you, you're going to start to wire in a new type of understanding of who you are. You're going to start to wake up as a new version of you, and the more that you do that, the more that everything changes as the reflection because everything we experience in life is a direct reflection of what we believe to be true and how we identify ourselves. The only reason that it’s hard to let go of certain people, places or things is because of the story about the attachment that we have. You see, attachment is actually the root of all suffering as taught by Buddha. So whenever we are attached to something or someone, it becomes a component of our identity and worth.
Attachment makes things that aren’t you, you. When you have an attachment to something external or physical, you subconsciously create an affiliation of yourself to it and it begins to emotionally and energetically impact you. And what happens is that the presence of absence of these external factors start to define our self perception and how we show up in the world. Letting go is key because once you let go, you make energetic room for new things and receiving all that you desire.

This video, I'm gonna share with you a guided meditation for raising your level of vibration. This is going to help you to feel in a much better place and at the same time let go of a whole bunch of emotions that no longer serve you. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you a guided meditation that will help you, that will facilitate for you and help you guide you along the way of raising your vibrational state of consciousness. And this has to do with a couple key things. I'll first off, let me say that in these types of videos, what I'm going to be doing from this point going forward is making videos that have the first section of it learning some type of ideas, and then the last section is a meditation that wires in everything that we learned.
I really believed that with education, learning awareness, we can mix it with meditation in a powerful way to make learning more of an experience. So that's something that you're going to see in the videos going forward. Now this has to do with raising vibration and what I'm going to be doing is recapping on the different states of consciousness so that we can understand what we are really letting go of and the visualization that we're going to do in the guided meditation will help us to in a way raise our vibration and let go of all those things that no longer serve. So this has to do with that. Let me show you that chart by Dr David Hawkins. This is the chart of consciousness or emotional map of consciousness and what you see is you see on the bottom emotions, you'll see emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, anger.
You eventually move up to willingness, neutrality. Then you'll see love, peace, enlightenment towards the top. Now these different states of consciousness have with it a vibration. Now what quantum physics shows us is that everything in our life is vibration and that things that look separate are just vibrating at different frequencies. Emotions that we feel are just vibrational interpretations of meaning, vibrational interpretations of perspectives, vibrational interpretations of where we consistently are. Now, as you see on the scale, they're at a certain level. You get to neutrality and when you get to neutrality, which means you're able to observe thoughts rather than react. A very interesting thing happens. You're able to let go of all the negative emotions. They no longer have power over you because you relate to them in a new way. When those thoughts come up in the mind, you're able to observe them from a neutral place instead of thinking that they have power over you and that's when you start to exist and you start to exude more power, which this chart of consciousness is from the book called power vs force.
All the lower emotions are forced. All the higher emotions are emotions of power. Anything in general, over 200, 250 is going to be more of a power emotion than that of the lower emotions. Now, a lot of us, what happens is something happens in the past and what we do is a meaning we give to a certain event to a certain level of identity, of how we view ourselves. We made entrained. We have thoughts that are on autopilot, that are on thought loops that continued to play themselves out. So for example, we feel fear and anger for something that happened in our past and because of that, we think about it now in the present moment and it constantly keeps us tethered to that level of vibration into that level of consciousness. But what we can learn to do is just by simply observing our own thoughts and observing the thoughts that come up when we feel a certain way, we automatically start to take our power back.
And this is when we begin to transform our life from the inside out. So that's what we're going to be doing today, is letting go of all those negative emotions. What we're going to do as a visualization that will help us to literally raise the dial a vibration in our body. That's part of the visualization. We're going to be doing and the next thing I want to say before we do the meditation is that your natural state of being is high vibration, so normally what we think of is that we start down here and we work our way up towards the upper vibrations. This video will show you a meditation for walking into a parallel reality. Now, I want you to know that this meditation I think can absolutely change your life, and I think that if you listen to it, you'll see a greater reflection of who you are really meant to be. Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you a meditation for that of walking into a parallel reality. Now what this meditation will do is this meditation will give you permission for you to be your best self under the awareness of parallel realities and have the parallel reality where you are already doing in living. The exact way that you want to live. Now, as I've been doing in a lot of these videos, is before we go into the meditations, I explained some of the concepts so that when we go into the meditation, we wire it all in now that have parallel realities.
Let's see this from a point of view of the way things naturally work. Now, what quantum physics is showing us is that we are constantly shifting through billions of parallel realities. Now, think of it like this. When I first heard that billions of parallel realities, I thought, how is that even possible? We'll imagine that right now I am like this. Then I go like this, and then I go like this, so this is all one movement, but this is a parallel reality. This is a parallel reality. This is a parallel reality. Now imagine that one little variable is a little bit different. Imagine there was a cat that was walking around and instead of the catwalk and this way it walked this way, it was just a tad bit different. Well, each individual version of me doing this and the cat moving a little bit differently is also a separate, totally separate parallel reality because there are so many different variations and variables that come into making the parallel realities a little bit different.
There is also an infinite number of parallel realities in general that exist now. What we think of under understanding of this quantum physics is when I'm going like this right now, we see this in time space reality. Now the idea is movement is the shifting through different parallel realities. So because I'm going like this right now, each individual little frame, if I were to take this video and edit it on a strip or edit it on the, uh, on itunes edited on final cut pro, what would happen is I would be able to stretch it out and see individual frames. And those individual frames are all symbolic of individual parallel realities. Now we are constantly shifting through different parallel realities. So the question is not can we shift through different parallel realities? It's can we create a greater degree of change from the parallel reality we are experiencing to the one that we quote unquote want to experience.
Now, here's something that's really cool and I've been sharing this a lot on the Channel One. Normally under the old law of attraction way of thinking, because we can also use these parallel realities to shift to the one that we prefer under the old loa law of attraction way of thinking. We assume that we must create our own reality that we must try really hard and we must create it. Think about how much connotation, how much meaning we give to the word create. There's so much of this connotation of we have to try think about how much we'd have to do to create something. We have to put all the variables in a place. Then we got to take action. Then we got to do all of this stuff. Now, how much easier does it sound if instead of create your own reality, it was choose your own reality because it already exists, so therefore you don't have to try to create your own reality.
You just have to choose it because all parallel realities you can possibly imagine exists right now in the present moments. So what this means is that we can start to allow more things into our life. We can start to imagine the best....

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video, I'm going to be sharing with you that of understanding how you can shift to that of the 4th dimension instantly understanding really what that is and why it is so important on the planet right now to be in this high vibrational state.
So first things first, this has to do with understanding that right now on the planet, we are going through a shift in consciousness. You might be like, Aaron, it's a shift in consciousness. Why would we go into that right now? Dolores cannon, I've kind of shared this before. Dolores cannon has been, uh, somebody that teaches people something called QHHT, quantum healing hypnosis technique.
She is an author. She wrote 17 books, actually, really didn't even write them. They're just transcripts from her hypnosis sessions. And what she was able to do is get people to what is called a s, I think it's called a symbiotic or a, it's a, it's a deep level of brainwave activity where their higher self comes through and answers questions.
And this was like in the 70s and the 80s that she started doing it. So she did it for like 40 years. And when she would do is she traveling around the world, putting people into this deep level of new hypnosis and their higher selves would come through and answer any questions.
So they answer questions like, why did this person in Carney that this time, uh, they would go to past lives, future lives? What was the relationship with your dad or this person and why did it happen this way? And you get answers.
Now One of the most consistent things that she began to hear from people all around the world who did not know each other was that one of the main, or the main reason that they came to earth at this time is because now is the time of transformation. And because there is an ascension going on in the ascension of vibration, we're going from a 3rd density and to that of a 4th density level of reality of the 4th, the 3rd dimension, the 4th dimension.
And because of that, us as souls all wanted to be here for this time of transformation on the planet right now. And we came here to go through this shift in vibration raising vibration because then it allows us to let go of a lot of Karma and it's supposed to, if something has never happened before, the way that it is happening right now in bodies.
So that's one of the reasons there's almost 8 billion people on the planet right now is because everyone wants to be here right now for this shift in consciousness and it's happening right now as well. Sometimes we think of it, but like, oh there's going to be this place. It's going to be the 4th dimension. It's going to be amazing. But 4th dimension is not a place. It's a vibrational state of consciousness.
And here is the thing when it comes to this process, understand that we're constantly shifting. We are aware of it or not. The key is that most people create the same thing over and over and over again. So what most people do is they will create the experience of being in the 3rd dimension. The 3rd dimension is the dimension of uh, of duality polarization. Good, bad light, dark up, down. It's a level of control.
Normally there's been a control factor on the planet for a very long time. So it keeps people in the dark. That's their dimension is about feeling separated from everyone else. It's lower vibrational emotions are most often what is emphasized in this 3D reality. That's why the news always keeps everything in lower vibrational emotions cause then keeps us shut out from who we really are.
And in 3D we're also, we for, we don't know that we are these powerful beings having these temporary human experiences. We are immortal, spiritual beings having a temporary human experiences.
