Welcome to step 3 of my mini hips series! Step 1 was about releasing tension through a restorative yoga practice, Step 2 offered exercises to open up all sides of the low body through a yin to restorative yoga practice, and now we are on to step 3 to round this out with some strengthening exercises to help stabilize the low body region through some leg and core work.
