It was a loooong ass day doing this workout, Happy Halloween my butt! LOL...
20sets...yup, 20 and duration was just shy of 2 hrs!
This is my 425lb partial pull, 3 sets, and I usually add a wee bit over 3 sets, but fml, I was trashed, so I only did 2 sets, then a drop down to 315 for 5...
Part 4 in this series was 5 sets of wide stance/sumo style deads for sets of 5 to round out the 20 set marathon...good thing my job isn't physical :/
