This workout is for beginners who want to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time, but don't want to have to do any crazy complex exercises. All you need is a jump rope, a flat surface and some open space!

30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
30 seconds - jumping jacks
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
30 seconds - mountain climbers
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
30 seconds - high knees
30 seconds - jump rope - regular bounce
30 seconds butt kicks

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 3-5x (3 beginner, 5 for advanced)
