Join me today for a follow along CORE + CARDIO workout! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You do not need any weights for this one! Bodyweight only. We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. squat tap jumps
2. invisible medicine ball slams
3. star jacks
4. plank folds
5. swimmer crunches
6. bird dogs
7. alt. leg raises
8. seated crossbody crunches
