BREAKING: Dan Bongino says there was supposed to be a tactical team on the roof where Thomas Crooks shot from but they chose to post up in a 2nd-floor window instead.

Bongino accused the USSS of "bullsh*tting" and lying to the American people.

Bongino suggested that the sn*per team may have been confused when they initially saw Crooks on the roof because it was supposed to be manned by a tactical team.
