Smoothies get HUGE. 🥤

You're just adding a little bit of this and a little bit of that...

...and it really adds up!

As I'm showing you in the video, I've got an apple, 10 grapes, a cup of berries, half a head of lettuce, an English cucumber, celery, and a whole banana. Plus, remember you're going to add liquid in the form of yogurt or milk.

If I'm making a smoothie just for me, this is way too much! I would never eat this much in one sitting... yet, that's exactly what it would be in a smoothie, just blended up.

Better to be realistic with your smoothies!

Put in them what you would ACTUALLY eat in one sitting.

If we're anything in Eat God's Way, we're realistic!

Not fads or overeating... we're getting back to basics.

Simple methods. Simple tools. Simple whole foods. Simple goodness.
