Yes, all parchment paper is non-stick... coated with silicone.

While I do use it occasionally, I try to keep it under 200°F to avoid microplastics transferring into my food.

Sometimes, I still reach for it when I don’t have another option. But over the past year, I’ve been working on sharing better alternatives with all of you—so you don’t have to feel stuck using it at high temps.

Making healthier choices is a journey, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. Progress is progress! 🙂
