GORILLA POSTURE...KETTLEBELL CHALLENGE... 24 minutes...full body. FOLLOW ALONG!
Unilateral kettlebell workout with my first attempt at a Turkish Getup. 5 movements. 10 reps for each movement, except the Turkish Getup which has 5. 60 seconds rest in between sets. 2 sets on each side, so 4 sets total.
I used a 12KG and 20KG kettlebell but use whatever you wish.
