Turnip Salad Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 turnips
1 clove of grated garlic
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Chopped walnuts for garnish
Instructions:

First, boil the turnips and set them aside to cool.
For the dressing, finely chop the parsley and place it in a bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, juice of half a lemon, sugar, grated garlic, and salt, and mix well.
Once the turnips have cooled, cut them into desired slices and add them to the dressing. Mix well.
Finally, garnish with chopped walnuts.
Serve and enjoy your turnip salad!

مواد لازم:
2 عدد لبو
1 حبه سیر رنده شده
2 قاشق غذاخوری سرکه
3 قاشق غذاخوری روغن زیتون
2 قاشق غذاخوری جعفری خورد شده
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری شکر
آب لیمو ترش
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری نمک
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا لبوها را آبپز و کنار میگذاریم تا سرد شود. برای سس، ابتدا جعفری را ریز خورد کرده و در ظزف سرو میریزیم، روغن زیتون، سرکه، اب نصف لیموترش، شکر، سیر رنده شده و نمک را اضافه کرده و هم میزنیم. بعد لبوهای سرد شده را به اندازه ذلخواه برش زده و به سس اضافه کرده و هم میزنیم و در پایان با گردوی خورد شده تزیین میکنیم.
