White and Purple Cabbage Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1/4 white cabbage
• 1/4 purple cabbage
• 3 spring onions, finely sliced
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 3 sprigs fresh parsley
Dressing Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Thinly slice white and purple cabbage and place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add finely sliced spring onions and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
3. Chop fresh parsley and add it to the bowl with other ingredients.
For the dressing:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and honey until well combined.
2. Season dressing with salt and black pepper according to taste.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture in the large bowl.
4. Gently toss salad until all ingredients are evenly coated with dressing.
