Excerpts from Knee Flection + Upper Body Pull day, … my journey returning to the mats. A couple weeks remaining!

Part of the Build the Basics 101 program by @coachstevensahyoun which I am using to rehab so as to return to martial arts safely, from the ridiculous spinal injuries and nerve damage. I can’t recommend this program enough! Nothing in it for me other than learning incredible body mechanics and functional foundation.

Stats: 53 y/o, 165 lbs recovering from serious neck and back injuries plus nerve damage. All treated by Stem Cells at the @CellularPerformanceInstitute and recovering perfectly!
