In this video, we’re going to talk about how intermittent fasting and your willpower. It takes a lot of discipline to do intermittent fasting for 18+ hours a day.

For those of you who are still trying to work on this discipline, I want to give you some encouragement and some tips to increase your willpower and discipline.

I believe you should always have power over your food—rather than your food controlling you. Some people live for the sensation of junk food. Their whole life is wrapped around this. Many chemicals in these foods are highly addictive. They are stuck in this blood sugar trap.

Intermittent fasting is an exercise in self-discipline. It has so many health benefits—increasing growth hormone, regrowing nerve cells, improving cognitive function, ketosis, more energy, better memory, improving inflammation, promoting cardiovascular health, and much more. Along with these health benefits, you also have the added benefit of increased willpower.

Look beyond the short-term pleasure of food and instead look at benefits on a physical and mental level.
