In this video I make a Peanut Butter Bread (Keto, Low-Carb Recipe) using steam baking over a gas canister stove while in the woods

Peanut Butter Bread
Serves 12
Nutritional Information/Slice:
Cal: 137.4 | Net Carbs:0g | Fiber: 1.4g | Total Carbs: 1.4g | Fat: 10g | Protein: 10.1g

Ingredients:
256g/1 cup Peanut Butter (organic if you can)
9 Egg Whites/308g Carton Egg Whites/6 Large Whole Eggs
16g/1 tbsp Baking Powder
16g/ 1 tbsp Sweetener (Optional)
½ tsp Salt (Optional)

Directions:
Set you oven to 350F / 176C
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth
Pour into a lined loaf pan
Place foil over in the pan in a dome or tent shape
Bake for 15 minutes, turn pan around and bake for 15 more minutes
Remove foil and bake for 5 minutes to brown the crust
Optional Method:
Place loaf pan in a large pot or Dutch oven (foil on top)
Add enough water half-way up the side of the pan
Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes

NOTES:
Pre-mix batter in a Ziploc bag for camping/hiking
Can fresh eggs be replaced with dried?
