Easy, Low Carb, High Fiber Bread Recipe That doesn't taste eggy at all

This is the first of many Keto/Low Carb Videos I will be uploading.
I just did this one on the fly so the video quality will get better! I have a TON of recipes! And the recipes are James (hubby) approved! This bread holds up to the loaded burger test and doesn't fall apart!

**this is NOT a gluten free recipe**

Recipe:
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Carbquick
1/4 Cup water

Beat the eggs and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and cook like a pancake in a lightly oiled non-stick skillet or if you have one of the little doodads I have, I cooked them for about 3-4 minutes each.
Makes 6 Pieces and 2 pieces = 1 serving
