This is the simplest bread to make if you are on a weight loss diet. It's the softest ever. I make with a no-knead and no-dutch oven method. It does not require special ingredients, no fussy processes.

Ingredients
500g bread flour - any type you like - i am using wholemeal
7g instant yeast bag
1 +1/3 cups of water - equivalent to 320 ml
4 teaspoons of sugar - any type you like - i am using unrefined coconut sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of oil - any type you like - i am using olive

Optional herbs & spices
I am using thyme, oregano, rosemary &
Combination of 1 teaspoon of turmeric + 1/4 teaspoon of pepper

To learn about the benefits of these two ingredients together see the link below

Method:
With the flour add the yeast and mix well first so that the yeast spreads well,
then add the sugar and the salt and mix well
then add water gradually and mix well with your spatula until absorbed completely
This dough is by nature wet, so don't be scared. Continue to mix and blend with the spatula for up to 5 minutes, this will activate the gluten.
Cover with a plastic bag and place it inside the oven not on with only the little light on.
Boil a kettle/pot full of water - with lid off - and place in the oven near the dough, this will quicken the rising process.
You will be really amazed how well this works.
Leave it for up to 2 hours to ferment and rise.

Take the dough and beat out the air with the spatula,
add the oil and the optional herbs and spices, if you like.
Mix and combine really well to activate the gluten.
Pour in a bread tin/mould and level it really well, pierce all over the top with a fork to let any blocked air escape.

Bake in a pre-heated oven @ 190c/375f for about 44 minutes.
