This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45

Gemini is the sister workout to Deuces. It is a split-resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. This workout has increased working sets that will test your body with muscular overload and strength endurance.

Here is the Gemini layout and timing:
- 7 Stations
- 3 laps
* Lap 1 - 3 sets | 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest
* Lap 2 - 1 set | 40 seconds of work / 20 seconds of rest
* Lap 3 - 1 set | 60 seconds of work / 30 seconds of rest
- 2 minute core reel at the end

As a former member and current coach at this gym, I am a HUGE fan of the benefits it provides by targeting functional movements in a targeted and unique way
