Are you spending hours in the gym and not getting much stronger? Do you have a complex training routine? There is no need. Science now shows what Mark Rippetoe has been saying for years, the best training workout is surprisingly easy.

Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article written by Christie Aschwanden on the Medium website. Christie quotes several experts int the strength training arena, including Greg Nuckols, founder of StrongerByScience.com, James Steele, PhD, a scientist at U.K. Active, and Shannon Kim Wagner, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and founder of the Women’s Strength Coalition. There is a wide array range of backgrounds for all the ideas too.

What do you think of the points covered in Christie Aschwanden's article? Do you agree with what has been presented or would you rather have a very complex strength training routine?
