F45 TRAINING VLOG: Redline | Cardio
This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45
Redline description: Redline is a challenging cardio session with escalating work periods and short rest periods. Redline is a cardio-based workout that consists of 9 stations. This workout follows a follow the leader-style movement system. Members will do 5 sets on each station and 1 lap of the room.
Here is the Abacus layout and timing:
- 9 Stations
- 5 sets at each station
20, 30, 40, 50, 60 seconds of work
5 seconds of rest between sets, 20 seconds of rest to move to next station
- 1 Lap
As a former member and current coach at this gym, I am a HUGE fan of the benefits it provides by targeting functional movements in a targeted and unique way
