Cluster Bombs
U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan Biden - Cluster munitions ok “they were running out of ammunition” backed by Stoltenberg - Council of Foreign Relations Report

155mm
Due to shell shortages
100 countries banned
Limbs - maiming - cambodia/vietnam
Fortunately Ukraine assured only used in ways to reduce civilian casualties

Lovrov meetings
Ministry Foreign Affairs Russia - spox Maria Zakharova - denies secret talks between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. officials while in New York this week.

Western media has been publicising Guardian CNN - former US national security officials

April - Richard Haas - outgoing President Council of Foreign Relations - US Foreign policy think tank -

Considered to be a “BACK TRACK” and way around the Biden administration to keep a channel of communication open with Moscow.

Timing is right for an article by Haas - talking of the US needing to find an offramp and a way to the negotiating table.

Western Media
An article in TheHill.com The problem is not Russia or China, it is Putin and Xi BY CHRISTOPHER MELLON
This article demonstrates the echo chamber within which much of Washington resides - claims of increasing meglomania from Xi and Putin, and claims of rising threats of violence from China and Russia, all blamed squarely on those nations with no concession given for any US role in the tensions…. Mellon claiming that
the bottom line is always the same: Intolerant adversaries are willing to use violence to impose their will on others.
If Ukraine had voted to rejoin Russia, or if the Taiwanese people were to elect to become part of China, Americans would have no grounds to object.
But because Ukraine did not vote to join Russia, Mellon sees this as justification for the prolonged destruction of the Ukrainian State via the continued supply of weapons, $800 million military aid package including:
32 Bradley IFV
32 STryker APC
31 155mm Howitzers

And 105mm and 155mm ammunition
Note that video has surfaced of former whitehouse spox Jen Psaki - claiming that if Russia were to use cluster munitions it would likely be a war crime. I wonder if this position extends to the US?
Globalist agenda

WEF
Yuval Harari - Advisor to Klaus Schwab - “What do we need humans for? At the moment our best solution is to keep them happy with drugs and computer games”.

Dutch Government (Mark Rutte VVD) - WEF globalist
Prime Minister since 2010 has resigned - Further signs of political trouble in Europe - Dutch coalition collapsed due to disagreements on Immigration - has seen Rutte’s party approval drop to lowest 20% in last few months.

PATRIOTS NATO Vilnius
Images have emerged of Patriot system in Vilnius ahead of NATO Summit on the 11th-12th
No admission for Ukraine to NATO - Whitehouse has rejected the idea
Instead Israel type security guarantee - continued broad military support without direct intervention in the war

BATTLE NOTES
Progress standstill
Kleshcheevka (Donetsk near Artyomovsk) - Russian reports reclaimed all positions taken by Ukraine over last week - heavy losses

Antonovsky Bridge (Kherson) - Ukraine still attempting to place troops into the Dachas - still suffering losses and not achieving anything strategic - noting that the bridge itself has already been destroyed by the Russians last year.

Seems a desperate attempt to claim some advance in the Kherson region - given how spectacular the West has talked up the Ukraine reclaiming of Kherson last year

Avdeevka (Donetsk)
Coke plant - FAB 500’s used to hit equipment and vehicle stored in the stronghold - headquarters and command post stationed here.

P’yatikhatki (Zaporozhzhia)
Russian reports that 128th Brigade of UKR retreated from the settlement today under sustained artillery fire. Disputed many times over last two weeks - heavy fighting

Meanwhile Sattelite analysis indicating that Russians are further strengthening their defences in Zap and DOnetsk.

Tactics - Mosquito - Disturbing results
Due to mine fields - Ukrainians resorting to small assault groups - un-protected by armour - attempting to force Russains to retreat as the Russians are more averse to losing manpower - however losses are tremendous.

FPV Drones and EW - The Game Changer
Reports that the “game changer” everyone has been talking about it not HIMARS, Patriots, Leopards or F-16s but FPV drones. These allow a soldier to strike a piece of armour, IFV, APC Tank from the security of a trench - multiple times a day. Combined with other “sighting/recon drones” advances are now visible well before they approach a range to engage.

Prigozhin
Interesting data online today showing flight logs/routes of Yvgheny Prigozhin’s private jet - lots of travel between Minsk, Moscow, Rostov-on-don and St Petersburg - certainly doesn’t appear to be under any form of strict house arrest?
