Today is day ONE of our 21 days home interval training workout challenge no equipment training! We are powering through a full-body HIIT workout. No equipment is needed for any of the exercises so all you need to do is follow along and then head back here tomorrow for day 2!
For more advanced CrossFit athletes definitely a great warm-up.
You can do this. Just 10 minutes. Each day for 21 days. It's the perfect workout for people who are too busy to go to the gym, or just can't find the willpower to do it.
