Martial Arts: Retraction Supplementary (Intermed/Advanced)

My firm belief is that, solidifying your basics will make you more well-rounded as a whole, rather than speeding your way up to be advanced. Being latter often times lead us to forgetting the very basics that lead us to where we are today. Training on Retraction is no exception. Hope this supplementary reminded y'all to also train in this.
