Ingredients

Meat Bulgogi:
250g ground beef, cut into strips
2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Pimenta preta

Molho:
2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Other ingredients:
400g of cooked rice
1 carrot, peeled and sliced in strips
1 zucchini, cut into strips
2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of bean sprouts
5 large sliced shiitake mushrooms
2 eggs, fried
sesame oil
Roasted Seaweed
Year

If you're a vegetarian substitute the meat with tofu or just use more mushrooms!

Method

Cook the rice if you haven't. This works well with leftover rice too.

Meat prep: Mix all the ingredients for the beef bulgogi in a bowl and let marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.

Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and reserve

Prepare the vegetables: In a pot with boiling water, heat the bean sprouts and spinach separately and then pour the spinach in cold water to interrupt cooking and maintain the colour. Squeeze spinach from excess water and season with salt and sesame oil. Also season the bean sprouts with salt and sesame oil.

In a pan with some sesame oil on medium heat, fry the carrot, zucchini and mushrooms separately until cooked. Spice it up to your taste.

In the same pot, cook the marinated beef. Left it aside

Assemble 👇

Dolsot: Brush your stone bowl with sesame oil and place some rice in a bowl. Carefully arrange the vegetables, meat, and mushrooms side by side to cover the rice. Place sauce in center and place a fried egg on top. On medium heat, heat the rice bowl for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the rice at the bottom is very crispy. Crush roasted seaweed on top, mix and serve
