Handstand Wall Walks
Start in a pushup position with your feet close to the wall. Walk up the wall one leg at a time with your chest facing the wall trying to keep your body as straight as possible. Alternate moving each limb similar to the coordination used to climb or descend a ladder until your chest is touching the wall with your body in a perfect handstand. Lower yourself back down by walking down the wall with your legs and walking your hands out until you are in a pushup position with your feet on the ground. Rest for a second if you need it before walking back up to complete the desired reps.
