2- Iliolumbar Ligament [Extended TP of L5 and Iliac Crest]
Insertions:
1- Rib 12
2- Transverse Processes of L1 – L4
Functions:
1- Extensions of Trunk @ the Spinal Joints
2- Lateral Flexion of the Trunk @ the Spinal Joints
3- Elevation of the Pelvis @ Lumbo-Sacral Joint
4- Anterior Tilt of the Pelvis @ the Lumbo-Sacral Joint
5- Depression of the Rib 12
Nerve:
Ventral Rami of T12, L1, L2, L3
