5 Minute Stretching Routine With Fun Yoga | Legs & Hips
Something we all forget from time to time is to stretch and recovery our body. We use our body all day everyday, it is so important to give our body the rest it needs. I show many ways to stretch your lower body. All muscles are covered, but the main focus was the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and hips. There is a total of 13 stretches, be sure to try your best. Ease into each stretch, do not rush it. Stretching is all about finding what is best for you.
