Make and Preserve Hash Browns

If you have an abundance of potatoes and need another way to store them, making and freezing hash browns is a great method!!

Recipe:
1 quart bag of hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 block of cream cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Dash of garlic powder and onion powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Top with cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 until potatoes are done (cook time will depend on type of potato you use).
