Try this standing 15 minute leg workout. You will work your legs all around, Quads, inner thigh, outer thigh, hamstrings, glutes, all standing. Then enjoy a standing stretch. Barre exercises are used.

This is a perfect quick workout to do after a walk, at the gym, or just a quick standing workout to do during your lunch break.

It is so important when you work your legs to not just do squats and lunges, but to work all around your legs.

Original Barre Method is taught in these videos as well as Pilates and Yoga. My instruction is based on movements that are effective and gentle on your body.
