Johnny Grube doing 20 Explosive Over The Shoulder Heavy Bag Throws in under 90 seconds.
This is a great explosive "Conditioned Strength" builder for GRAPPLING.
A guy commented on a past heavy bag workout I did and stated he trained doing the same exercise in wrestling but faster like 12 throws every minute for two minutes 24, but acknowledged he was a lot younger than my 51 years.
So his comments gave me a reference point, something to shoot for.
The last time I got 15 throws in 56 seconds way above the 12 needed each minute.
This was 20 throws in under 90 seconds giving me at least 30 seconds to complete only 4 more, could have maybe 26 or 28.
This is a short workout that will have you questioning you strength and conditioning.
