Today we add the 5❤️
Tomorrow is a rest day.

Here's a rundown:
❤️= Burpees
♦️= Sit Ups
♠️= Push Ups
♣️= Squats
K = 13 reps
Q= 12 reps
J = 11 reps
Ace = 10 reps
10 = 10, 9 = 9, etcetera.

If you're just joining us and are reasonably fit then you can jump straight in at this point. Otherwise, start building up from an easier level by taking out a few cards. You can go back to earlier ADOCAD videos and start where you think will work.
