We're just building a habit right now, so the going for many may be fairly easy, for others who aren't used to training at all, then it will take more of an effort. regardless, just hang in there.
Don't build too fast. Underdo it rather than overdo it. I want you to be here at the end.
Rest if you have to. Our first scheduled rest day is after Day 9, so not long to go. Slow and steady wins the race. Osu!
Today, we added the Q♦️. That's 12 sit-ups. I made a couple of mistakes.
