Overall this is a great day and I really enjoy it, because it produces great results! Taking the weighted vest on and off is a bit of a pain, but I'm grateful to have it and be able to do the weight and reps that I do.

Flow Markers:
0:00 Intro
3:25 A1 round 1
8:10 A2 round 1
11:40 A3 round 1
17:00 A1 round 5
22:20 A2 round 5
25:20 A3 round 5

This was week 6, or the sixth workout of this day, and I said I'd lay out what I had done up to this point and what I plan to do going forward, because that shows a nice sample progression:

A1 - Lateral crawling pushups
A2 - Single arm rows with ring
A3 - Standing braced sandbag shoulder lateral raise

Week 1
A1 - 4x 50 reps with bodyweight
A2 - 4x 12 reps with bodyweight
A3 - 4x 18 reps with lightest sandbag

Week 2
A1 - 5x 40 reps with 15 lbs weight vest
A2 - 5x 12 reps with 10 lbs
A3 - 5x 20 reps with lightest sandbag

Week 3
A1 - 6x 30 reps with 30 lbs weight vest
A2 - 6x 7-8 reps with 25 lbs
A3 - 6x 15 reps with medium sandbag

Week 4
A1 - 7x 24 reps (average) with 45 lbs weight vest
A2 - 7x 7 reps with 35 lbs
A3 - 7x 12 reps with heaviest sandbag

Week 5 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aUsLZ2rX9NM&t=2121s)
A1 - 4x 60 reps with bodyweight
A2 - 4x 15 reps with bodyweight
A3 - 4x 23 reps (average) with lightest sandbag

Week 6
A1 - 5x 36 reps with 30 lbs weight vest
A2 - 5x 8-9 reps with 25 lbs
A3 - 5x 18 reps with medium sandbag

Plans for Week 7
A1 - 6x between 24 to 30 reps with 45 lbs weight vest
A2 - 6x about 8 reps with 35 lbs
A3 - 6x between 12 to 15 reps with heaviest sandbag

Plans for Week 8
A1 - 7x 20 or so reps with 60 lbs weight vest
A2 - 7x low reps with say 45 or 50 lbs
A3 - 7x low reps with perhaps both light and medium sandbags, or say 10 lbs added to the heaviest bag

Then plans for Week 9 would go back to higher reps for 4 rounds. I'm not sure if that would be bodyweight, or with some low weights.

So, weeks 1/5/9 are less sets, but are still long days with a lot of reps and total tonnage lifted. Throughout the year, all my programs have some element of a deloading week, but the ones in the summer can still be very hard. In a prior vid (week 5 linked above), at the end I mention matching your training to the seasons. The summer is fire and is akin to a more competitive period, thus the more challenging weekly progressions overall!
