Now THAT was a grinder, ladies and gents. I think this set would have went better, as I felt 100 percent confident I could get to seven reps after around the third to forth rep. However, I was not as tight, and a bit off on the sixth rep, making it a lot harder than it should have been. I contemplated racking it after that, but I KNEW that I had seven in me guaranteed, if not for the mess up. So I took my time, reset, and then almost screwed up AGAIN, before going, and then finally hitting that seventh rep for one of the GRINDIEST squat reps of my life, hahaha. Not as pretty as I would have liked, but a PR nonetheless! 🤟🏻
